Beautiful 5 star resort situated on it's own private beach, with lounges available for guests of the resort to use (including towels and water). The rooms are quite spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast is comprehensive with many options and coffee made to order. Nice touches like bringing by water bottles to your room at night, since you are a bit removed from shops etc. You can also walk to several restaurants nearby for dinner if you don't have a car. All in the value is quite good for the price you pay, and it was the perfect place for a relaxing week at the beach.

The hospitality of the owners was overwhelming. They take great pride in delivering a bucolic beach experience for visitors and could not be more helpful with luggage and taxis--sometimes even driving themselves when we needed a connection. I would definitely stay again and enjoy the hospitality of this kind, attentive family.

It is nicer than the pictures and the pictures are nice. A quaint little authentic Patmos house where they have retained the original country house look, it has a surprise outdoor partially covered living area with ocean view that is although on the modest side, upscale, beautiful and tranquil. The front entrance has a nice garden private entrance that is lovely and well maintained by the owner Nektarios, who is a delight and very kind young man. He takes pride in this home and likes to serve and make sure his guests are happy.

The large rooms have all the amenities, making it a great base to stay in for a week. We should have stayed longer. It is very close to the beach and there are several excellent restaurants to choose from. The location is a short drive to the famous Patmos monasteries and other places. The location of the hotel is 5 mins drive away from Skala and Chora. A couple of mins walking distance to the sea and restaurants in the small fishing town of Grikos. The hotel staff is really helpful. Whenever we needed help they did their best. Even though our ferry arrived late we had a hard time finding a taxi they came and picked us up and checked in smoothly at 9.30 PM.

The bus runs all over the Island, up to Kambos. Sandy beach (with too much seagrass however) with beds and umbrellas (30 Eur/set) as well as 3 tavernas 10 min away. Nice hiking trail from Grikos to sandy Psili Ammos Beach. Very helpful owner. She drove us from the ferry port to the studio and back to the port. Early check in and late check out (at 10pm!) All for free.

The entire site is tastefully designed with a beach at your doorstep. I stayed in the studio which had super fast wifi for working, a large comfy bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Arias was the best host and offered to drive me to the health clinic when I had an accident - thank you for your generosity!

Unfortunately, another hotel has occupied the entire beach, so we had to walk quite a distance to find another beach. We were pleasantly received by the host, and shown a very spacious room. The breakfast was simple but good, and contained everything for a good start to the day. Down in the small harbor there were a couple of nice taverns, and it was a very nice walk up to Chora and the Monastery.
