It is a very good location for a family with small children. A friendly owner and a clean accommodation meant a pleasant vacation for us.

Higly Recommended. Friendly owner and his Husband, always ready to help you. Perfectly placed, near everything and in a quiet position, the beach very close ( and when we say very close, means very very close) and the center of the city too. That maked our time staying in Asprovalta very lovely and nice, quiet and relaxing. Perfect for live the sea, and suitable for every kind of tourist, such as young people, families, etc. very nice place! Plus, you can have a dinner in a nice balcony, outiside!

Location 100 m from sea. Big garden

1.Toilete doesn't work properly 2.Clima and electrical cooker shouldn't work in the same time, because the fuses go off 3.Beds are very small and not confortable 4.Shower is not having a fixing point. 5. Water evacuation is not good. You have to wash all the time.

Excellent location very close to the beach and promenade, and the shopping street, in a quiet neighbourhood, with free parking space available. Attentive owners, quick WiFi, spacious room with big balcony, functional kitchenette. Good value for money!

Die stets freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Inhaber. Die prima Lage, Nähe zum Strand, Kontakt zu Einheimischen Leuten. Ruhige Straße. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe bei Selbstversorgung. Zuverlässiger Transfer vom Flughafen. Unheimlich schöner Landstrich von Griechenland. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt empfehlen. Die Pansion befindet sich an einem ruhigeren Strandteil und man hat trotzdem nur fünf Gehminuten zur belebten Promenade mit Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften. Der Strand ist sauber und gepflegt. Eignet sich auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Maria und Alex sind supernette Leute.

Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig. Bei der Dusche wäre ein Duschvorhang von Vorteil, damit das kleine Bad nicht vollständig überschwemmt wird. Die Ausstattung der Küche wäre ausbaufähig.

Lipsa totala de servicii,nu sunt asigurate nici serviciile elementare.Lipsa curateniei.Cu greu se ridica la o pensiune de 2**.Este pentru prima data cand sunt dejamagit de o rezervare pe Booking.com.Nu recomand aceasta pensiune.Pretul este mare pentru ceeace se ofera.

Dicht bij centrum - in rustige buurt

In het pension zelf niets; maar blijkbaar wordt de regio overspoeld door (ex)oostblokkers voornamelijk Bulgaren die amper verteren en/of op restaurant gaan, dit komt zeker de sfeer niet ten goede.

The place and the rooms are shoddy, badly kept and with little or no furniture. Only table in room was a plastic garden table. The shower had no curtain and, therefore, floods the bathroom. The page on Booking says Credit cards are accepted for payment, but they are not! When I showed this to the staff they said I didn't understand how Booking works and that they have never accepted credit cards... Also, there is no reception, when you arrive you have to call a number that is hard to find next to the door bell. Avoid this place if you can.

The hotel is near the beach and the place is really convenient. The people are fantastic. The only thing I did not expect was that the beach is not sandy but stony but the sea is clean and nice.

It is noisy, nobody cleaned the room during our stay, there is no privacy of the tourists, in fact you live with all the other tourists there.

Amplasare foarte buna, fata de plaja si centrul statiunii, personal foarte amabil, studiouri foarte incapatoare (cu bucatarie separat fata de camera de dormit), aerul conditionat inclus, balcon foarte mare cu vedere la mare(in departare dar se vedea rasaritul soarelui), parcare privata in curte la umbra,statiune frumoasa cu tot felul de activitati in special pentru copii si plaja foarte mare si neaglomerata.

La camerele de la sosea putina galagie de la masinii si baia se poate putin reamenaja, in rest nimic de obiectat.
