Breathtaking views, great location near everything, staff went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome. Delicious breakfast and very spacious, comfortable rooms.

The view was spectacular and waking up to breakfast each morning on our terrace was just the perfect way to start the day. The location is excellent and only a short walk to the local shops and restaurants.

The overall experience we had at this lovely hotel made the remainder of our trip most enjoyable. Location was perfect! Hotel was in the heart of Fira, next to restaurants and shops but it was tucked away and hidden so it was extremely private, quiet, and peaceful..we didn't hear one noise! Views of the Caldera were amazing! My wife loved the fact that she could easily go back and forth to the room to shower, change or use the clean bathroom. Level of service exceeded our expectations, Michelos (sp?) was such a gentleman, and he treated us like we were the only guests; We felt like we were staying at a private b&B. The room was spacious, immaculate, and bed was very comfortable, it was nice to finally be able to get a good night's sleep! Bathroom was huge with a large tub/shower, what a treat compared to other hotels in Greece and the islands. We are very picky people and we can't think of anything to complain about. I think this hotel is very well priced! We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Service and views. Views are spectacular and service was exceptional. Can't say enough about how much the staff helped.

Only a teeny complaint about the (lovely looking and spacious) bathroom not having an electrical socket and shower screen not big enough to keep water off the floor. (But now in my second hotel with the same two issues, so maybe bathroom designers need advice about how a bathroom actually gets used?!)

We were greeted warmly, given information about the area, and provided with free WIFi. Our room overlooked the sea and was beautiful inside, with rounded archways and a ceiling mimicking that of the caves. The breakfasts were prompt and plentiful. I fell in love with Greek yogurt and honey. Our host offered to send for a rental car, arranged for laundry pickup and delivery, and was very helpful. Our off-season rate was only 140 a night. Very reasonable for such a place. It is adjacent to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

All the stairs! But this is Santorini, so you must be part goat.....At least there was no donkey shit here.

We certainly would not agree with the overall high rating this place has. Staff , breakfast are ok-ish. The bed is of very bad quality. In this price range , the value for money is poor.

The receiption girl gave us 15ms introduction about the lsland upon our arrival, which is very helpful. Good view - sunset

The breakfast selection is limited.

Vista magnifica, serviço fantástico, café da manhã excelente servido na varanda com uma vista espetacular. Vagelis e Simon sempre disponíveis para ajudar e orientar os hóspedes. Recomendo a todos que queiram um ótima estadia em Santorini.

El buen gusto en las instalaciones exteriores, las espectaculares vistas a la caldera y la posibilidad de disfrutar con tranquilidad de los atardeceres de Santorini.

非常幽静的酒店，但又紧邻Fira中心，步行范围内餐饮，超市等一应俱全。酒店布置非常舒适，私人露台能让- 人惬意享受临海景致。若考虑住Fira区，应是不二选择，因为比起镇中心的酒店，既保证了私密性又完全保留- 了令人屏息的美景，而且价格适中。非常推荐！

各部屋スイーツで、洞窟っぽさもあり広くてステキな内装です。敷地内のどこも絵になる感じで、朝食は前日の- うちに項目から希望をオーダーし、専用テラス席で眼下の海を眺めながらいただきます。ウェルカムフルーツと- ワインボトルの他、バスローブやとても気持ちのいいスリッパも用意されていて、アメニティも使ってみて質が- 高いと感じました。何より寝具が全部大変心地良く、珍しく快眠できました。フィラのバスステーションから坂- を上がって大聖堂の前のホテル「アトランティス」と「Aressana」前の駐車場を奥へ進むと、レストラ- ンの左隣に入口があります。フィラの道は大きなゴロゴロの石畳が多く、スーツケース等を転がすのは困難なの- で持ち上げて運ぶしかなくなったりします。よって車も入れず坂や階段ばかりでやっと行き着くホテルは、同じ- カルデラビューでも移動が大変そうでしたが、ココはバスターミナルに近く街を徒歩観光するにもすぐに戻れる- 便利な位置でした。早朝到着でしたがとても親切に気遣ってくれて、観光のアドバイスもたくさんいただきスタ- ッフも素晴らしかったです。
