Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
30 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 29 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Extremely friendly staff, beautiful place and very comfortable, the price per night was equivalent to the cost of a dorm bed - so unbelievably cheap for a 3 star quality hotel that includes buffet breakfast and dinner. Upgrade cost to superior rooms are also reasonable. |

design and layout and decor of hotel was very inviting, relaxing and the location is stunning. Staff were helpful and friendly. The food was ok with good variety, and was reasonably priced in the half board plan. The pool is awesome, the music selection was great, and the view stunning. Service in the dining room was excellent. the most disappointing thing was that some of the buffet foods were extremely salty. The food otherwise looked nicely prepared but we heard several complaints about this and we were unable to finish meals because of the saltiness. The hotel is a bit far from corfu town. |

The deluxe room was great altought it was almost at the top of the hotel and unless we had a car we would have needed to climb up and down each time. We originally booked with hald-board but after one night cancelled it. The food was of poor quality compared to any simple taverna. The price also didn't include drinks which cost a lot and wasn't even from a bottle. |

We liked the comfort of the hotel and also the hotel staff (all the stuff from the reception are very kind and we received a very nice room-although we paied for standard room, the facilities were like for luxury rooms). |

The hotel looks exactly as it is portrayed in the photographs, stunning scenery, great pool area, attractive rooms, excellent selection of Greek, Corfiot and international food at breakfast and dinner, best value for money for a 3 star resort. As it is very steep a shuttle car was provided to help you get to your room or back to the bus sop.WE Caught a water taxi to have aday in Corfu town, a local bus to visit Kassiopi further up the coast. We also took atrip to other nearby islands so plenty to do as well as completely relax. A great supermarket very close by with fantastic range of Corfu souvenirs. |

We had a luxury room which was very modern and clean with all extras such as tv, fridge and aircon. It was excellent value. The hotel is situated on the side of a mountain and the walking from the town and to your room is very steep. The staff are efficient and the pool area is superb with a lunch bar with very cheap meals by local standard. The breakfast menu is varied and tasty although the coffee is terrible. (Coffee facilities in your room for a much better brew) The thing that stands out about this hotel is the fantastic value of the restaurant.They have a smorgasbord which although is slightly German biased in it's cuisine is the best value of any hotel I have stayed at anywhere in the world, cheaper than the local tavernas. If you are not very fit, walking around this hotel will give you a good workout.If you have a medical condition forget it! But I think they could probably organise a ride for you. Bad coffee! |

I thought the reception area, location and pool area were lovely. The design of the hotel with the rooms up the hill was good too. The rooms were really basic, dark and dreary - Rather more like cells than hotel rooms. Apparently all the money was spent on the common areas. The breakfast was not great either. |

the staff was absolutely stellar...Dragos, Samuel, Andres...you couldn't ask for a more hospitable group of young men. the view was ten star..you can't imagine a crystal clear pool and an Ionian Sea view at the same time to melt your heart....unbelievable and hard to leave... the pillows were hard as rocks...not quite |

Food was excellent, chef in cuisine was crazy - every day something different and tasty, hotel staffs were very nice and polite, but also very profesional, room is good, terrace with nice view and great flowers,...Location of hotel is good for those who would like to go around the island. It is quiet place with nice beach. |

Large terrace and top notch view both ways - you have a sweeping panorama of the sea and then the Pantokrator mountain is just overhead. The only downside is that the hotel facilities are located on a steep hill and the Barbati village itself is really tiny and doesn't offer that many attractions for the evenings. Hiring a local car is a really good idea if you are staying at the Pantokrator hotel. |

the food was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and the village beatuiful. the beds were very hard and would benefit from mattress pads to give a little more comfort.The showers were not up to normal standard but are perhaps better in the luxury rooms. |
