Friendly staff, nice swimming pool, strategic location (10 minutes from major beaches and city center).

    The bathrooms are fairly outdated.

We stayed at Paolas Town recently and had a great 2 nights. Irene and her Dad were so lovely and although it was packed we felt well looked after. The customer service is faultless and we had a big, clean room with a balcony. We were there in the high season so it was very noisy in the hotel until very late at night but not too much of a problem, however, if you are looking for somewhere quiet maybe travel out of season. It was a steep walk of about 700 metres into the town, the location was really good. We would stay here again and a big thanks to Irene for being so fabulous!!!!

Very noisy late into the night/early morning, would stay here again though.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Pick up from port and drop off at airport included. The room was spacious and clean. very convenient for airport as very short drive.

The busiest noisy and dangerous road right outside the hotel. The very steep and dangerous walk to the town as traffic so bad. Longer and more arduous walk than expected when booked. As a stopover hotel for airport but not for leisure. Swimming pool cloudy so we did not use.

Please note that the ratings we have given relate to Paolas Beach - we had booked into Paolas Town but switched on arrival. Hence Booking.com are just asking me for a review on Paoloas Town. I cant imagine that Paoloas town would be run any differently or provide any lesser quality of service or accommodation and we would have been happy to stay at either. Irene and her family go out of their way to help everyone.

The staff were amazing The hotel was immaculate and beautiful! The pool was lovely. Supermarket and back just over the road. Excellent value for money

The location is at the top of the hill so heading back from the town center (with-out a moped) was tiring. The hotel is located next to a busy road so you can hear some noise (but didn't bother us to much).

Irene, who owns the place, picked us up from the port and was extremely hospitable. She took the initiative to show us various paths to get to town and suggested excellent beaches and restaurants. There's also a wonderful pasta place next door which we patronised twice during our stay. Plus a bakery, supermarket and fruits stall just a walk up the hill. The hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere with nice mykonian styles. We stayed in a family room which was very spacious, clean, homely and had a kitchenette. The best hotel that we stayed in during our two week Greece trip. We will definitely return again!

Please just note that we stayed at Paoloas Beach, not Paoloas Town as we were given a choice - the ratings are therefore for Paoloas at Ag Stafanos. Cant fault the accommodation or the service we received from Irene and her family. We used the accommodation for one night at either end of a trip to Amorgos. Ag Stafanos is quiet but has everything you need for a short stay. Yes, Paoloas is up a steep hill after a lot of stairs but we dont mind walking. Would highly recommend a stay there.

The family that run the hotel are wonderful, especially Irene who is extremely kind and generous. My room had the most amazing balcony and panoramic views across Mykonos. Not too far to walk in to town. The hotel is very attractive.

There was no shade on my balcony and no shade around the pool (no brollies) so the only way I could get out of the sun was to sit in reception or my room. The hotel is very near the busiest roundabout on the main bypass road of the island. Constant road noise and diesel fumes 24/7. Very small kitchen with no storage space for food. Whilst I was there a very large party of young Americans booked in. They dominated the hotel. The management tried to get them to behave. Wifi even in the public areas is flaky.

Firstly i would like to say that we are frequent travelers and both agree that we have never received such excellent customer service before. From the moment we arrived at the airport Irene was there to welcome us and take us to the hotel, where she introduced us to her staff/family and told us the best places to visit. NOTHING was ever a problem for the staff. Location was great, close enough to the main town but far enough not to get all the noise. Supermarkets are close by as well as a Starbucks. Room was cleaned daily and the grounds/pool were immaculate. Don't even think about it just book!

This is a small, family run hotel ... and we were made to feel like we were one of the family. Nothing was any trouble at all. On departure, we were taken to the port for our ferry and farewelled with hugs and kisses ... and we only stayed 4 nights.

The bed was great if you like sleeping on a washboard. Though I guess it is to be expected on Mykonos, we were put off by the noise generated by a couple of the guests on our last two nights (which happened to be a Greek long weekend) .

Lovely big room with large bathroom and good shower. The pool area was great and location was good. Only minutes to town centre. Super market and fruit shop just around the corner. Our host Irene was amazing. Anything we asked for she obliged with a smile.

This place is amazing!! Irene and Alex looked after us very well! Transfers to/from port, hired quad bikes through their recommended company, awesome pool, incredibly friendly hosts :) great value for money. Nice walk into town.

What a fantastic find. The hosts could not have been more helpful with lifts, directions, boat trips, restaurant recommendations and even left us a plate of the Grandmothers home-cooked food in our kitchenette. The room itself was spotless and was cleaned daily with fresh towel replacements. We even had a small terrace to watch the sunset over town in the evening with a glass or two of wine. The pool was fantastic and we had breakfast by it almost every morning. I cant rate this place highly enough and would definitely go back and have recommended it to all my friends and family. The value for money is unbelievable and Id much rather support a family run business such as this rather than a corporate chain hotel.PS- the town itself is a 10 minute walk downhill or about 4 euros in a taxi.

We liked everything! Irene is marvelous, totally accommodating. We were supposed to be here for four nights and extended to 12! Most move on but would stay longer if we could. Cleaning staff especially lovely. We often didn't leave the room until 2 in the afternoon and they still cleaned!

    Not a thing. Highly recommended
