Radisson Blu Park Hotel Athens    

The staff was very friendly and helpful, however the extras such as room service and food were very expensive.

Was disappointed that the pool wasn't ready for use...30 degrees and over for the 2 days I was there. Also one treadmill out of the 2 supplied didn't work! So had to wait 2 hours.

The friendly , very polite, accommodating staff all the available comfort facilities in the room: great shower facilities. fantastic shampoo and soap quality, coffee/tea in the room, ironing facilities in the room,WiFi available in the room

The bed for two persons was not a queen or king bed , but 2 single beds put side by side The carpeting in the corridor was too dark and a harsh green color The carpeting in the room looked old

The staff were extremely warm always smiling, understanding and helpfull. Took great efforts to sort out our problems. Our special appreciation goes to Vicky and Georgos at the Front desk

I visit Athens 3-4 times a year, and each time I choose the Radisson Blu Park Hotel. This is the perfect balance of price, service and unimaginable attitude of the staff. The staff are always friendly, courteous, helpful. Here you will feel yourself like a guest, not as a lodger. Perhaps one of the best services which I ever had. Great location, 10 minutes by walk to the city center. Such a way repeat and repeat again! Bravo!

Hotel is well located with fairly good price and good enough facilities.

Since it is close to main road it can get a bit noisy during sleeping hours.

We thought that the hotel had an improved look about it (since the change from Park hotel) the staff were ultra friendly and helpful and epitomised the Greek welcoming ways. The garage was easily accessible and people there still as friendly as ever.

Location is great, a few steps from everything, even local bars. Bus terminal, metro station, Areos Park (for jogging or relaxing) and a lively avenue packed with cinemas, restaurants, jewelry shops and more, are just a few steps away. The rooms were very clean. Beds were huge and in perfect condition. Bathrooms were spotless, and in my case, crammed with amenities that I was lacking at the time (like shaving cream and shoe polish). The breakfast buffet is packed with variety and quality. You could eat that breakfast for a week and not tire. Everything was fresh and on top of that the restaurant staff is there to ask if you need anything extra. The hotel also features a sauna, massage showers, steam baths and a very well equipped gym. The rooftop bar is a great place to relax and take in the view. The general staff was always ready to help, never once did I hear a “no” from them. Most impressive of all is that they all speak excellent English. I’d like to thank Christina, Christos, Antonis and Yiannis for making my stay run as smoothly as possible. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially considering the price, it’s a tremendous value for money. A true 5 star experience all around!

I received a free upgrade to a suite. The beds were good and there was also plenty of choice at the breakfast. The bathroom had no bath but a spacious walk-in shower.

The hotel and rooms has a somewhat old decor. No doubt the orginal design must have been contemporary but it isn't any longer and it could do with a refurbishment.

Executive rooms on the 7th are spacious, comfortable and baclonies with a great view on the town. Nice restaurant with good food, nice bar... Easy access to highways

I had a room with the most amazing view of Athens. The room was on the corner, i had a huuuuge balcony from where i could see all around Athens. Every day at 18 o"clock i would go out on the balcony and hav a drink... on my right i could see the sun sinking into the sea, all the sky turned shades of red... right in front of me there was Acropolis and on the right Lykabettus Hill. so close i felt i could touch it. I stayed in all the expensive hotels in Athens, never had such a view. Room 711, 7th floor. Staff is nice and friendly, ready to help. Ok breakfast.

The rooms are old, walls are dirty, furniture is old fashioned. I think the worst thing in my room was the carpet, although it looked pretty clean, it also looked really old so... how clean can it actually be?... also it was deep red color. Also the walls were stained, yellowish color, really depressing.

Good location, hotel is located in walking distance to Victoria metro station and in quit safe area of Athens (next Omonia is not at all). The room was spacious and has everything we need including bathrobes and bath accessories, sewing kit, shoeshine. Restaurant has a super view to Acropole and panoramic view over the city, there is a cafe bar and swimming pool on the roof. Staff was helpful and pleasant, except a telelphone call waked up us at 6am by mistake. There was no noise, although we were always very tired and slept deeply. Additional bed to our child was provided free of charge. Parking cost 8euro per day, which is quite ok.

All three elevators was too narrow to get all of us and our luggage. The lobby was crowded by the some local people looked not as a hotel guests. On the third day we began to notice dust on the table after cleaning of the room.

Everyone did a great job and nothing was too much trouble to help you. The staff here is outstanding and really made our stay a very pleasant and enjoyable one. Highly recommended. Five stars all the way

There is clean hotel, the pool was nice.

There was noise interrupting the sleep, despite the windows were closed at night.

It's horrible to call for complimentary water and get an anwer from the reception desk saying: "No, but you can drink from the tap if you want" AC not working very well

We have stayed in this hotel before and liked it a lot but it has improved further since becoming a Radisson Blu. The staff and service have always been to a very high standard and my children and I love the roof top pool and the amazing views. Breakfast overlooking the acropolis is always fantastic and the standard and quality of the food is very good to excellent.

The position of the hotel isn't ideal, it would be nicer if it was closer to Plaka, but it makes up for this in service and facilities.The menu in the restaurant is a bit limited, it would be nice to have more variety.

Location could be better. Also the wifi signal could not be used on our iPhones in the room(though we had a signal, this was a known problem). The lobby wifi was ok. We where here for 3 nights. Breakfast was good, but exactly the same every day. Some variation would be nice.
