if personal knows that electricity will be switched off next day, the guests should be warned before. Pls tryto fix telephone communication as soon as possible. tourists and guests really concern about no chance to make a call and arrange any meetings...

A simple, straightforward hotel with a very friendly manager. The wifi is free and works well, the shower is hot, and everything is kept clean. The breakfast isn't very exciting, but the rates are very reasonable and there is a regular tram into central Athens that leaves from just across the road.

Situated on a busy main road so best to avoid if you can't sleep through traffic noise.

Proximity to the beach and to the tram to city are highlights. And easy connection to Piraeus for ferryboats to islands, and to the airport excellent. Staff service very good.

Great location. Just meters from an organized beach. Easy to get to downtown.

Difficult to set the proper water temperature to shower.Room had a moldy odor which made me suspicious of its cleanliness. Carpet in public areas in bad shape, not clean.

The staff are fantastic and make up for the lack of luxury. I would recommend this hotel to anyone because the service is good ans the staff care about the guest.

The small showers were terrible compared to our showers in Australia.

There is no wireless signal so you have to take your latop or computer elsewhere which is a tad annoying

the very friendly attitude of the owner ...η πολυ καλη φιλικη συμπεριφορα του ιδιοκτητη...On my way out, my cash was not enough to pay for the bill...(!!!) The owner - who had seen me for the first time - simply smiled and said 'don't worry, you pay me next time "!!! Unbelievable but true. This should be highlighted. Οταν τα μετρητα μου δεν φτανανε για να πληρωθει ο λογ/σμος, ο ιδιοκτητης προς μεγαλη μου εκπληξη μου δηλωσε φιλικα...'με πληρωνεις την επομενη φορα'. Χωρις βεβαιως να με γνωριζει...

νομιζω οτι ολα ησαν ενταξει... I believe everything was in order. Ony the internet did not operate in the rooms at the time. Only in the lobby.

Hanno fatto pagare colazione senza che noi potessimo usufruirne per partenza alle 6.30 del mattino.

Proximidade das praias ( Voulas ) e do tram.

Mitarbeiter sehr nett, der garten auch schön vom hotel.Der Strand ist nur über der Strasse mann kann zu fuß rüber laufen, Tram Bahn ´Haltestelle ist auch gegenüber, und schönes Restaurant und Club/Bar auch das ist Toll

sehr laut wegen der Strasse vom Haus, das Bad ist nicht so toll, es ist alles nicht so Sauber, das Frühstuck ist sehr minimal und nichts besonderes, aber mann kann seine eigene sachen vom Supermarket holen und da sagen die nichts, Kühlsachrank ist auch im Zimmer.
