The owners were really nice.

Toillet need to be clean a little more.

I was hesitant to look at the 'Greek Riviera', concerned it would be out of my Athens budget hotel price range. It was a pleasant surprise to find that there were comparably priced hotels which allowed the freer feel of life by the sea side and still offered efficient public transporation straight into the heart of Athens (Syntagma). The Parthenis was still undergoing renovations when I arrived but the staff was most agreeable about finding me a room away from the construction and assuring me of 24access to the management should anything be needed. The room was modest and I spent many hours on the spacious balcony in addition to walking along the beach. A private bathroom was again welcome after using Athens hostels as primary accommodation. The price and location are worth considering.

I really enjoyed my stay in hotel parthenis and I will definitely come back here. The staff is very, very nice and helpful, the hotel is clean and safe, the English breakfast is delicious and not expensive.it is a very cheap hotel in a very, very good area of Saronic Golf .

Good position, fairly close to the airport. Nice rooms, staff very welcoming and friendly. Looked after us well. Good value for money.

Only stayed 1 night so no real opportunity to find any faults with it.

The location was good as a stopover between the port and airport, on the express bus route so very conveinient. The gentleman who checked us in and explained where to get some food ec was very helpful.

Hotel is a bit tired and old and could do with refurbishing

For us Parthenis Hotel was a good adress, with nice people and friendly attitude. Very good location to go in Athens or in Pireus, by bus. The rooms are clean and it is a non smoking hotel which was very good for us. There is also a public beach in front of the hotel, so we took advantage of it! I strongly recomand, a good balance between quality and price. We look forward to come back to it!

The hotel is located on an important national road which links Athens to other cities, so the trafic is important. The good think is that the hotel is well isolated, so finally, there was no problem on that.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war in Ordnung , das Frühstück südländisch (keine Wurst, aber Ei, Käse u. Marmelade, dazu Toasts und kl. Brötchen sowie Kaffee oder Tee). Man konnte sich Zeit lassen (bis 10.30 Uhr) und danach noch schön im schattigen Vorgarten sitzen. Das Hotel liegt in Voula (kommt nach Glyfada) und man findet in einer Seitenstraße 1 Restaurant, 2 Imbisse, 3 Cafés, 2 Kioske und eine tolle Konditorei. Dort (oder in der Hauptstraße?) halten auch die Busse nach Piräus und zum Flughafen (jeweils ca. 1/2 Stunde Fahrzeit) und mit der Tram braucht man 1 Std. nach Athen-Zentrum. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich das wunderschöne Meeresschwimmbad "South Coast".

Wir hatten uns erst sehr erschrocken, weil das Hotel direkt an einer der Zufahrtsstraßen nach Athen liegt. Dort brausen die Autos usw. mit ca. 90 km/h Tag und Nacht vorbei. Der Fußweg bis zur Nebenstraße mit den Lokalen ist von daher nicht gerade idyllisch. Dafür sind Bus und Tram gleich in der Nähe. Die Zimmer haben Doppelfenster und Klima-anlage und wir haben dort trotz Straßenlärm und ungewöhnlicher Hitze bis 35 Grad (wir waren Ende September 2012 dort) gut geschlafen. Nach einer kleinen Eingewöhnungszeit konnte man es auch gut auf dem Balkon aushalten und im gegenüberliegenden Meeresschwimm-bad sowieso . Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war nett und ruhig.

Τα παντα ηταν εκτος ορίων Δεν είχε ούτε νερό εμφιαλομένο κρύο ζητήσαμε και μας προτείναν να μας δώσουν και να το βάλουμε εμείς στο ψυγείο .Τα μπάνια των δοματίων ασχημα.

I was able to get a parking space right on premises which was great.

We booked a family room for 4 people for 4 nights. When we checked in we were told that the people occupying that room were staying an extra night so we were given 2 rooms next to one another with the stipulation that the family room would be available the next day. The next day comes and the occupents still remained so we were told if we would not move from our 2 rooms, we would talk about price at the end of the stay. In the rooms we had, one toilet did not work and I did not like being seperated from my kids. At checkout, we were not given any type of rate adjustment. In fact, the lady checking me out was rude and unaccomodating. We did not get any kind of adjustment nor was she apologetic for not giving us the room we booked. She never understood that she promised a family room and never came through.

the lokachion is the only good' thing to say about this hotel as it is near the tramp and the bus but the rooms are teriable and things were brooken/ we took 2 rooms and in one of them the shawer was not warking! after one night we couldnt stand it any more and left to a near by hotel' just next door that was grate and highly recomended- plaza hotel tel (+30)2108991079 . we recomend you to go strate to the plaza

ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο για 4 άτομα, όλοι μαζί. μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. πολύ κοντά η παραλία για μπάνιο.

χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση στο δωμάτιο, ειδικά στις ντουλάπες του, στο μπάνιο, το κλιματιστικό. επίσης χρειάζεται καλύτερη ηχομόνωση, ακούγεται πολύ η κίνηση από τον δρόμο, καθ´ όλη τη διάρκεια του 24ώρου.

For an amazing price the service was brilliant and very friendly and laid back. Rooms were clean and perfectly fine for what was paid. Didn't really use the communal areas but they looked ok too. Good recommendations for restaurant nearby and good advice on how to get to places.

Bathroom and showers weren't amazing but weren't that bad either, annoying you had to pay for shower but we were fully aware of that before we came so wasn't a big deal.

Uralte, abgewohnte Einrichtung, keine Isolierung gegen den Straßenlärm, Bad & Sanitäranlagen in schlechtem Zustand, das Frühstück eine Katastrophe (u.a. seit 6 Monaten abgelaufene Butter, keine Milch vorhanden für den viel zu starken Kaffee vorhanden usw.) - nie wieder!

Very nice price Friendly and discreet staff Location

Simple cheap hotel that was an alternative to the much more expensive airport hotels. Nothing fancy, but did the job. I stayed here prior to an early flight. Taxi to airport was about 30euro.
