A short walk from the Acropolis, 5-star Royal Olympic Hotel is centrally located by the Temple of Olympion Zeus. The luxurious rooms overlook Zeus’s Temple, or the swimming pool garden.

In one of the most central locations in Athens, the Electra Hotel Athens is next to Syntagma Square. A 5-minute walk through charming Plaka takes you to the Acropolis.

So close to Akropolis and the old parts of Athens. Amazing.
Can´t find anything!
Very convinient location for sightseeing. In a quite street few steps from Acropolis and Plaka. Stuff are friendly and helpful. Helped us to move in lugguages and call taxi. Breakfast has many varieties. A nice hotel for holiday. Couldn't find a better one than this.
If the tripple room larger, it would be perfect .
Staff were excellent and friendly The location is ideal The breakfast was adequate
The whole hotel needs sprucing up as it is rather worn. A coat of paint, mend doors to bathrooms.
I only liked the location and the front desk people.
It was a dirty and old hotel with not enough facilities.
Helpfulness of staff Smile of the receptionist Breakfast Cleanliness Proximity to all key attractions Proximity to Metro
Location. Support and kindness of the staff
Nothing relevant to be mentioned
The hotel was in good location and the staff was quite helpful. The taxi driver Mr Dimitris who dropped us to airport was really good man.The computer should have been better at the hotel.
The computer at the lobby.
friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
the breakfast, the ham on the continental breakfast had gone bad and very little selection by the time we reached the dinning area, even though we still had one hour before breakfast finished,
Good location, the hotel is very close to the metro station and there are many restaurants and cafes around it. This is a good place for someone who is looking for something modest.
The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors and the door in the toilet strange, but I stayed in other hotels as well and then I realized that the walls are about the same.
Location is great ! Right by the Acropolis and the Metro.
The hotel is in good conditon. The rrom was nice, clean, and well stocked. Breakfast was fabulous. It is close to many of the sights and there are terrific restaurants nearby. The metro is a block away which made getting to and from the airport very easy and cheap. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
I like everything about this hotel.
The staff were extremely helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast very good and the location really good. Minutes from the metro and right under the acropolis. Would definitely stay here again.
The friendliness, the staff remembering me of and helpful service and instructions That nothing is too much trouble
Rooms are a bit dated and need an upgrade
very average breakfast...
Staff. Location. Quiet.
There were no towels in the bath room.No indications how to use the safe??!!We have to ask for a key for the safe.Awfull view through the window...
Its the best hotel with best staff and best location . If ur going to athens .. this is the best u can do to urself . Staff is a team of the best ppl u can find .they go out of the way to help you . They pamper you and take care of you . I would definately go bak to the same hotel again if ever i get a chance to visit Greece .
The location was great. Could not have been any better. The staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast offerings were varied. The rooms were clean and freshly painted. Excellent value.
The Wi-Fi was temperamental. We had a bunch of lively high schoolers who were noisy all night and who made prank calls twice during the night, at 1 am and 2 am. When we called the staff after the second call, they suggested we go out in the hall and talk to them. Needless to say, we did not follow the advice. In spite of this, we would definitely go back to this hotel. It was an excellent value and we were quite happy to spend 5 nights there.
I chose this hotel because it is close to the finish line of Athens marathon, in which I participated
I left for the marathon start at 5:45. My marathon ended around 13:30, so in order to be able to leave my things in my room (and have a bath afterwards) I had to pay 50 euro! For a bath! Note that we left the hotel at the afternoon for our flight home. And I don't think they specifically needed our room on Sunday.
Location, friendly staff, we were there for the Athens Marathon and the hotel went out of their way to be helpful.
Over the past years my hotel of choice in Athens has always been Airotel. Excellent quiet location yet steps away from metro and all the other Athens attractions. Great attentive and professional staff, ample breakfast, comfortable rooms.
Bathrooms. Although adequate, it's time for some remodeling.
Very near the archaeological sites, restaurants, shops and the train station
Old hotel, no view, no ambiance if you were on a holiday
the hotel is situated in an excellent position both for tourists and those who may have to attend meetings near by Syntagma square
hotel need immediate refurbishment. it was almost impossible to open and close the bathroom door which was hanged somehow and balancing in the air. the breakfast is poor and only instant coffee is available.
spacious room, clean, very close to main attractions - acropolis, acropolis museum, plaka, syntagma, friendly and helpful staff
property is a bit rundown
