Location is good - 2 min walk from center. Owners are very kind! Free tea/coffee. Use of kitchen is a big plus. Room is spacious.

Super friendly couple who run the hotel - we were picked up at three A.M. from the ferry and driven back to the ferry dock two days later for our next ride. They did everything to make us very comfortable during our stay, they were just lovely. Rooftop terrace had a gorgeous view over the city and harbour and our room had a balcony with city views to the hills above Ermoupoli.

Our room had an unpleasant smell - a bit like stale smoke but after a few minutes with the doors open it was fine. The Wi-fi didn't reach our room on the top floor or the terrrace, but if we sat at reception or in the stairwell it was fast.

First, the owners, and especially Maria, are extremely kind and helpful. I exchanged several e-mail messages with Maria well before arriving, and she gave me good advice. Her husband came to pick us up at the ferry terminal and dropped us off there when we left. Maria often babysat my daughter, for up to about one hour, when I had to go shopping for groceries or when I was cooking, and she did it very well; it was almost like having her grand-mother there, to help me out, which was very useful because I was traveling with my 3-year old daughter. Maria also knows the area well and can advise you on where to find stores or how to best reach your destination. Given that the hotel is located in the heights of Ermoupoli, you can go down to the harbor, or up into Ano Syros, and the bus terminal is only 5 minutes away (walking); it is a good base to explore the island. There is a common kitchen where you can cook all meals, not only breakfast. So the budget-minded traveler can save money by not going to restaurants so often (or not at all). There are always cookies and all you need to make yourself a tea or coffee at the reception. The hotel is located in a neoclassical building and from the balcony, you have good views of the area (at least if the room is in the upper floors).

There is no provided breakfast; you have to prepare it yourself (but the hotel is well-equipped for that).

We booked very last minute but were picked up from the port no problem. Maria and her husband were lovely and made this short stay special. Lovely rooms and a great price

Omg!!! The friendliness and helpfulness of Maria and her husband...husband met us at the port with such enthusiasm...gave us tips for touring the port area and the city at large...she met us with "open arms"!! We had a great room with kitchenette and 2 balconies. We also had access to the reception area kitchen which had all the ingredients for making homemade salad dressing for our dinner (cooked in) that night!! The next morning, one has access to coffee, milk, cookies, etc for breakfast. The couple are real "sweethearts" and we called them our "buddies'. We were transported back to ferry the next day.

Internet access was difficult...never really reached internet reception, but was a nice reprieve from such anyway!!!!

We were given a very warm welcome by Maria and her husband,who met us at the ferry. We were given a choice of rooms and decided on the one next to the roof top garden with a beautiful view over the harbour. Maria went to a lot of trouble to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

The toilet facilities were rather cramped.

The hosts were extremely nice and helpful, honestly the hotel was fantastic, everything about it.

Thought at time of booking we had paid so there was a confusion at check out time.

Maria is such a sweet heart and she made us feel at home from the first moment we met her. This is not just a hotel... it has a heart. Not far from the city centre and the view of Syros harbour is lovely.

Hyvä sijainti ja rauhallinen sijainti. Vaikka kävelymatkan päässä satamasta ja keskusta, niin silti hotellin ympäristö rauhallinen ja hiljainen. Vain 20 - 30 min. kävely (nousu) Ano Syrokseen. Huone siisti, puhdas, tilava. Erillinen keittiö ja tilava kylpyhuone antavat lisäplussaa. Kahvia ja teetä saatavilla yhteistilojen keittiössä ympäri vuorokauden. Ystävälline, aivan mahtava henkilökunta; Maria ja hänen puolisonsa. Ehdottomasti haluamme majoittua tänne jos meillä on tilaisuus vielä palata Syrokselle.

Άριστη φιλοξενία, καθαριότητα και εξυπηρέτηση, λειτουργικό δωμάτιο, κοινόχρηστη βεράντα με θέα. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Ερμούπολης. Την ημέρα που φθάσαμε μας παρέλαβαν από το λιμάνι, ενώ την ημέρα που φεύγαμε παραδώσαμε το δωμάτιο στις 12 το μεσημέρι αφήνοντας όμως τις αποσκευές μας στον χώρο υποδοχής του καταλύματος και μας τις έφεραν στο λιμάνι μισή ώρα πριν την αναχώρηση του πλοίου μας. Επίσης φρόντισαν για την εύκολη εύρεση ενοικιαζόμενου αυτοκινήτου σε πολύ προσιτή τιμή.

Atendimento muito bom, super amigável. A dona do hotel é super simpática, tratou-nos como se fôssemos da família. O hotel está em um bom local, pertinho do porto e do centro.

Die ungewöhnlich herzliche Atmosphäre und die Küche, um sich das Frühstück selbst zuzubereiten, sowie der perfekte Internetzugang. Außerdem wurde man am Hafen abgeholt und hatte um diese Jahreszeit die freie Auswahl bei den Zimmern.

Η «ατμόσφαιρα». Χάρη στην αβίαστα χαμογελαστή και πρόθυμη εξυπηρέτηση των ιδιοκτητών, ένοιωθα σαν να έμεινα σε συγγενείς! Πολύ καλή σχέση τιμής-ποιότητας.

Δεν είχε εξαερισμό το μπάνιο αλλά αυτό δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα, ούτε θα με εμποδίσει να ξαναμείνω εκεί.

Η κυρία Μαρία και ο κύριος Αντώνης, ιδιοκτήτες του "Pefkakia Park", παρέχουν μία άνετη και φιλόξενη διαμονή σε ήσυχη και ασφαλή τοποθεσία, μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι της Ερμούπολης. Το σχετικά υπερυψωμένο σημείο που βρίσκεται η πανσιόν -ωστόσο πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι, όπως προανέφερα- προσφέρει μία μοναδική θέα, ορατή τόσο από το δωμάτιο, όσο και από ειδικά διαμορφωμένο κοινόχρηστο χώρο πλησίον του δωματίου, όπου κανείς μπορεί να απολαύσει τον καφέ του, θαυμάζοντας τη θέα προς το λιμάνι και τα κωδωνοστάσια των σπουδαιότερων ναών-μνημείων της πόλης. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ζεστό, με κλιματισμό -δεν χρειάστηκε να τον χρησιμοποιήσουμε ιδιαίτερα- και με ζεστό νερό καθ'όλη τη διάρκεια του 24ώρου. Το μπάνιο ήταν καθαρό και το δωμάτιο εν γένει περιποιημένο με τη φροντίδα της κας Μαρίας. Θα ήταν παράλειψη εάν δεν ανέφερα ότι ο κος Αντώνης μας παρέλαβε με το άνετο αυτοκίνητό του από το λιμάνι και μας έκανε μία σύντομη περιήγηση στην πόλη, ενώ την ημέρα που φεύγαμε, αφήσαμε το δωμάτιο στις 12 το μεσημέρι, όμως, αφήσαμε τις αποσκευές στην πανσιόν για να μας τις φέρει ο κος Αντώνης στο λιμάνι μισή ώρα πριν την αναχώρηση του δρομολογίου μας για τον Πειραιά. Επίσης, η ίδια η κα Μαρία φρόντισε για την εύκολη εύρεση ενοικιαζόμενου αυτοκινήτου σε πολύ προσιτή τιμή. Σε γενικές γραμμές, συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα την πανσιόν "Pefkakia Park", σε όσους επιθυμούν να περάσουν , όμορφα και οικονομικά τις διακοπές τους στο νησί της Σύρου. ENGLISH: We reccomend the "Pefkakia Park pension" to anyone who desires to go on holidays to the island of Syros. It is nearby the Hermoupolis' port to a very peaceful and safe location; the view of the port and of the most important churches' campaniles was astonishing. From our window we were able to admire the sea! There were also another open-air separate place that one can enjoy his or her coffee by looking the sky and the sun above.

Maria la patronne est adorable, elle sait se faire discrete et être présente exactement quand il faut. Chambres super propres, hotel bien placé, super rapport qualité/prix.

Pas de petit dejeuner si besoin mais frigo dans les chambres et cuisine commune à disposition.

Nous avons eu la surprise que l'on vienne nous chercher au bateau. La gentillesse et la discrétion de Maria la propriétaire tout au petit soin du client. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un coin cuisine. La chambre avec sa terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur le port et les collines, tout simplement idyllique. Le rapport qualité prix.
