断崖に作られた人気のスタイルのホテルで、雰囲気はよかった。朝食も満足のいく内容であった。プールからの眺めなどもすばらしい。よい思い出になった。

階段は大変だが、これはホテルのスタイル上仕方ないこと。問題は、フロントスタッフが階段を走り回って忙しく、フロントに電話してもなかなか出ないことであった。また、ワイヤレスインターネットは、一番下の部屋（海に近い部屋）ではつながらなかった。なお、ホテルは狭い道に面しており、タクシーを利用するには少し歩く必要がある。また、眺望はすばらしいが、断崖が迫っていて他のホテルに比べるとやや制限がある。ホテルの構造上、部屋はやや湿気が多いように感じた。

Bathroom was of inferior standard for a 4 star hotel.

Is there anything that you didn't like??! In every corner of the hotel you will go, you won't find anything which won't like you.. The way they have decorated their rooms is wonderful!! The staff as already wrote is the best i have ever seen.. And also the facilities they provide could not be better!!!! I have the best memories from Santorini and Pegasus and of course i will be back!!!!!

This hotel is perfect for o honeymoon or romantic getway.The staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. The view from our balcony and terrace were stunning! We loved our stay at Pegasus & would highly recommend it to any one!

Panoramic view of the Caldera with beautiful view of sunset. Friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool to cool off during the hotest times of the day.

The location was wonderful, it was a quiet corner of Santorini but right ont he Caldera with magnificent views.

I paid for a junior suite, but they put me in a smaller room because I didn't want to be right off the pool. They still charged me for the smaller room though when I checked out.

People in the hotel were really helpful and kind. The view from the hotel was increadible. Alexandra at the front desk was sweet and extremely helpful.I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great hotel, amazing location. The rooms are very clean and it feels almost you move in to your own little apartment.The staff was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendation and any excursions we wanted to plan.

I was there with my boyfriend and found the setting and our room very romantic and always clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Most importantly, we were never denied breakfast despite almost always asking for it after 11.

Many, many stairs to our room -- need to be in good shape.
