The location was very good and the staff very helpful. I would recomend the hotel. The decor was Greek in feel and the rooms very nice. The beds were a little hard and our first room was noisy if you left the windows open. It was sound proof if windows were closed. I would recomend the inner rooms |

The hotel is at the centre of Fira and easy to discover the area. The hotel is located near a very busy road which caused a lot of noise. The isolation of the room and the door was not good so we heard loud echo's of footsteps and doors slamming all night. The room we stayed had no balcony or a place to put our wet clothes (swimming suits, towels etc) therefore we had to put them all over the room and they were never dried. Our room was upstairs and there was no personnel to help with the luggages, we had to carry them by ourselves. |

The room was clean and spacious. The decoration and the furniture were nice, with paintings on the walls, lcd tv and comfortable bed. The breakfast was good. The facilities overall were satisfactory. The hotel also gives a discount card of 10 % to the nearby restaurant which is great: nice food, reasonable prices, great service. The room we got did not have a balcony, which is important for someone who goes on vacation to an island. Therefore, we had no place to put our swimming suits and towels after the beach or even relax for a while in the afternoon. Also, beacause of its central location during the night it was too noisy and we did not sleep well. We woke up every hour by groups of friends that were walking down the street, coming back from their night out and singing, yelling etc. The noise would prevent me from going back there despite the fact that the room was so nice. |

very friendly people at the hotel. Pleasant room, good breakfast served. When leaving Santorini, we had to leave very early in the morning (6 o clock), and the night guard was so nice to prepare a breakfast for us at 5.30 in the morning. So sweet! Good location at the heart of the town. The room is very noisy. The hotel is located next to a busy road, so you hear motorcycles and quads the whole night, running past the hotel. Next to that, the halls of the hotel are very large and long, resulting in loud echo's of footsteps and doors slamming..all of which you can hear in your room. So in all, it's a good hotel to stay at, especially when you plan to go out a lot in Fira. But, when you are in need of peace and quiet..and want to sleep early..this might prove to be a bit tough.. |

I liked the complimentary breakfast. Location was excellent, right in the heart of Fira. The staff was extremely helpful with their suggestions for first-time visitors to Santorini. Beds could have been more comfortable but overall sufficient. |

Friendly staff, good location - for late night shopping, good restaurant - have 10% off for the hotel restaurant! Triple room is better than I expected, although the toilet is a bit small. Very safe around that area and a nice Kebab shop right opposite to it. |

Perfectly located at Fira, Santorini... Why get a costly hotel with a Caldera view when you can walk 2 blocks and still enjoy the view while walking along the centre of Santorini? |

It's a good hotel, good location, comfortable facilities. It's valuable especially when other hotels closed in winter. Furthermore I strongly recommend it's restaurant: delicious food and good price. Really good enough! |

Muy buenas instalaciones, excelente ubicación, personal muy agradable y amable, buen desayuno.... en general excelente Hotel, de lo mejor de nuestro viaje por las Cícladas. No hay nada que no nos haya gustado, pero si aprovecho este espacio para advertir del la Agenia de Viaje "Pelican Travel" ya que tuvimos muy mala experiencia con los paseos que ofrecen. Ojo con lo que ofrecen! |

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein centre ville de Fira. Les chambres sont plutôt agréables et silencieuses malgré l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Petit Déjeuner compris copieux et délicieux. Nous étions fumeuses et nos deux chambres n'avaient pas de balcons. |

La situación.está en pleno centro de fira Las camas son incomodísimas, el hotel es bastante cutre.No hay ascensor y tienes que subir las escaleras con la maleta a cuestas. |

フィラ中心地にあり、場所もわかりやすくとても便利。部屋も綺麗でこの価格で泊まれるのはよいほうだと思い- ます。バスタブもついているところも珍しいかと。日本人が多く泊まっていました。支払いもＪＣＢ他多数のカ- ード会社が使えます。また行く機会があれば是非泊まりたいホテルです。 |

L'albergo è molto vicino al centro di Fira e alla fermata degli autobus e dei taxi. Gli spostamenti sull'isola sono facilissimi anche per chi arriva in traghetto al porto di Athinios. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La colazione poco varia e non continentale. Mancanza di latte, se non quello liofilizzato e sintentico. Le stanze più esterne un po' rumorose. |

Nos gustó todo. Estaba todo muy nuevo, tanto la recepción-zona de desayuno como las habitaciones. Al llegar al hotel nos explicaron todo lo que podiamos hacer en la isla. Y nos ofrecieron un chupito del licor local como bienvenida. Nada. Todo fue excelente. |

フィラのバスターミナルからホテルまでの道にデコボコの部分があるので、スーツケースを運ぶのが少し大変だ- ったが、それでも１０分以内に着けた。昼ちょっと過ぎぐらいに着いたが、すぐにチェックインでき、部屋に案- 内してくれた。断崖沿いの通りまで徒歩５分ぐらいで出られ、近くに飲食店や土産物屋があるので便利だった。- ホテル自体は古い建物だと思うが、２００３年に改装しただけあって、部屋の設備は清潔で、エアコンの効きも- 問題なかった。シングルでの宿泊だったが、ダブルの部屋だったため広く、浴室はバスタブ付だった。１泊７５- ユーロだったが、街全体の物価の高さ、夏の最盛期、街中の便利な立地環境（景観という点では断崖沿いの眺め- のよいホテルにはかなわないが）ということを考えると致し方ないかなと思った。 敢えて言うなら、やはり景観と価格。眺めがよく、もう少し価格が安ければ言うことなし。 |
