Very friendly and helpful staff (even gave a gift to our baby); very large room; good parking off street (if full, staff organizes alternatives); very central location; one of the few hotels in Crete where the Internet could be accessed from the room.

No breakfast (but staff let us use kitchen); very long and steep stairs to the room; on arrival it can be difficult to stop car in front of the hotel because the street is very narrow.

The staff was really really friendly and helpful. All our hotels had excellent staff but Pension Kasteli's owner was the best. He give us tips for example where to buy goog leather products and not the bad ones that can be found from the Leather Street. He recommended us the most excellent eating place that was the highlight and ending of our great week in Crete. The room was really nice and clean, the best one during our stay in Crete. Location was excellent and peaceful although it is in the centrum. It is away from the busiest streets where all the tourists are. Private parking was good. Whenever we go to Chania again, we are going to stay in Pension Kasteli. Thank you Alex for the great stay and service!

The Hotel is in the middle of the City, the location is perfect and the Rooms are cosy and very clean. The owner is very friendly and will help you with everything you need to know abou Crete. I would definately return to this hotel again!

Central location (but quiet) with parking. Our studio for 3 was very atmospheric, had a/c and it was a pleasant surprise to discover a hairdrier in the bathroom.

The matress on the double bed was extremely hard (the single one was fine) so it was a relief to have to get up early next morning to catch our departing flight from Chania airport!

It has excellent location, and even it is in the middle of the old town of Chania, it's quite, so, after an exciting day in Chanias wonderfuld area you can relax and sleep well. It's only 50 m from the harbour, several restaurants, a fantastic bakery (not specially "shiny", but with super-tasting bread) etc, but you can use the little kitchen to prepare your own breakfast or sandwich with free tea or coffee. It's clean (and I got happy by finding my sleeping-shirt wellcomes me in a nice formation, when I came back in the evening). It's not fancy, but nice, and you get all, what you need, and if you have some energy left, you can surfe on the gratis wifi. Really ok for the price. Nice and friendly people.

Douche avec rideau

Un accueil parfait, un parking privé et une situation idéale. Cette adresse est parfaite pour visiter Hania. Un grand merçi à Alex, le gérant de la pension.

Situation idéal pour visiter la ville, on peut pas faire mieux. L'accueil est lui aussi excellent. Un bon camp de base pour les départs en voiture également car parking...

Un petit rafraichissement de la déco ferait pas de mal...

Molto spaziosa la camera e balcone molto comodo (giardino interno in comune per le camere al piano terra anche molto carino). Bagno decente, solo un pò piccola la doccia. Situata a due passi dal centro e dal lungomare ma in zona molto tranquilla. Ottima la possibilità di usufruire del parcheggio e, nonostante la posizione centrale, la struttura è facile da raggiungere e comoda per gli spostamenti. Gentilissimo il proprietario.

L'accueil très sympathique et l'emplacement dans un quartier historique calme, mais très proche du port.

De eigenaar is zeer aardig en behulpzaam. Ook zijn persoonlijke advies over wetenswaardigheden over het eiland (wandelingen, restaurants, etc) geeft hij graag. Daarnaast zijn de kamers prima onderhouden: netjes in de verf en om-de-dag komt 'the maid'. Prima in orde. Het appartement ligt werkelijk op steenworp afstand van het prachtige haventje (200 meter) met diverse goede restaurants. Als klap op de vuurpijl is een prive parkeerplaats aanwezig (wel noodzakelijk in dit gedeelte van de stad).

De kamer ligt vlak langs de straat en er komt nogal lawaaiig verkeer over. Maar als je de deur dicht doet (airco aan) valt het allemaal wel mee. Ook de douchebak is klein en heeft geen afscheiding met de rest van de badkamer (daardoor wordt het een beetje een waterballet na het douchen).

Nous avons aimé l'accueil sympa et la situation de l'hôtel pour visiter la vieille ville ; le vieux port est tout près et c'est un endroit très agréable pour se promener ou prendre un verre ;nous avons apprécié le calme le soir et le petit parking privé pour se garer .

Persoonallinen pieni viihtyisä ja kotoista hotelli. Yställinen henkilökunta, tervetulotoivotuksessa isäntä sanoi että olkaa kuin kotonanne. Isäntä puhui hyvää englantia ja mielellään opasti kaikessa mahdollisessa. Hotellilla oma pysäköintipaikka. Pieni keittiö alakerrassa on vieraiden käytettävissä jossa kahvinkeittovälineet sekä kahvia, teetä ja kaakaota tarjolla talonpuolesta. Huoneissa jääkaapit. Hyvä sijainti hieman keskustan vilinästä rauhassa vaikka onkin ihan vanhan kaupunkin keskustassa.
