very nice view from the balcony, the owners were very friendly and helpful, the swimming pool was nice and spacious for a small pension the interior design of the bedrooms but it was still a good value for money |

This is a warm hotel run by a very nice family. We really recomend this hotel if you are looking for something more special and greek. We are going to stay here the next time. Santorini is a very beautiful island! |

Location was excellent for the cost, Fira is a casual 20-30 minute walk away past useful services such as bike hire, internet places, good cheap food. Barbara and George were extremely accommodating and helpful hosts that will go out of their way to ensure you enjoy Santorini. The pool is great, clean with an amazing view! |

The staff were attentive yet distant enough to let you do your own thing, the rooms were kept clean. I especially liked the fact the the place was moped and cleaned and new fresh towels were provided each day. we didn't have cooking gear in our room, however I am sure if we asked it would have been supplied without a problem |

Actually nothing other than price, so can't complain much. I didnot get hot water the first day and second morning there was no water, it came after complaining. The hotel owner was reluctant to drop me to the port and i had to take a cab. |

The staff is kind and try to help if you need something. They have a free transfer service from the port/airport to hotel. It's a little bit far from the center, not located at Thira, but you can take a 15-20 minutes walk. |

Very good and friendly people. They pick and drop you at the port/airport. Good breakfast. Well located from the main town of Fira. Nothing really....it's really good for the price that you pay :) |

The friendly and helpful staff who made us feel at home and part of the family. Being picked up from a ferry late at night and given transport back to the ferry on our departure was a real bonus. We loved the place! |

I was very impressed by the service at Pension Livadaros. George, Barbara and their family went out of their way to make me feel at home and gave me all the information I needed to make my stay an enjoyable one. Great location and value for money, close to bus stop, included transfers to and from the port, on-site parking, easy access to Fira by foot, and fantastic service! n/a |

nice staff, and the room is lovely even if it's not big enough. 10-15 minutes to bus stop on walking. They collected us from the port even they only got short notice as we just bought the ticket in the same day. |

Great pool, good to have pickup service as well from the port. Room was very basic, and the staff never seemed to be around. We also ordered breakfast one day and they forgot to bring it. About a 20-30 minute walk to the main part of Fira. |

perfect place to stay in when travelling with friends. Rooms around a swimming pool, clean and comfortable; nice owners, they picked us up at the porth. Good price for triple rooms. It's located in Karterados, small town next to Fira Town, you can easily rent there a car and move by yourslef across the island. really quiet at night for sleeping |

Barbara and George were very very helpful in everything...very close to phira, nice pool and good budget accomodation. We only stayed 2 nights and no complaints whatsoever. |

Good sized room, good size balcony & great pool! Very helpful staff and sheets changed every day. Good location only about 1.5km from Fira. 15Min walk to bus-stop, we had a bike - recommended for Santorini as you will see much more. The towells they supply are very old - bring your own! |

I like both the location of the hotel and the host. They are family, always with smile, helpful, easy, flexible and care for guests. George, Barbara and their daughter are fantastic. room is great. We've got a stair to go up to the roof. Wonderful view over there. we see the ocean from the front and hill from the back. Swimming pool is big and clean. It takes only 10 mins to bus stop recommend! |

They picked us from the port, George and Barbara are extremely friendly people, near to the bus stop,near to bakery and supermarket,cosy and clean rooms,you can use a common kitchen,nice swimming pool ( you can use it from 7 am-10pm) Hot water only during daylight |

They picked us up and dropped us off at the port. The location is central and easy do rent a bike! The bathroom is very little and dusty, its terrible to take a shower!!! |
