Fabulous location on the rim of the caldera. Our bedroom window overlooked the volcano island and cruise ships 800 feet below. Easy level access from the caldera rim footpath (good for the less-active). Plenty free parking 5 minutes walk away. Quiet location (no traffic noise), yet close to tourist shops.

Very little storage space in the small bedroom. Uncomfortably tiny bathroom with WC just 65mm from the side wall. The free breakfast (orange juice, yoghurt, tinned peaches, 1 ham & cheese sandwich + 2 slices of bread + slice of cake) was loaded into the small fridge each morning when the room was cleaned. By breakfast time next morning the bread was dry and inedible.

owner was friendly. Wifi in the room. Clean.

I only had 1 free transfer to the port. I had to find my own way to the hotel which is rather hard to locate.

The owner was very nice and friendly. The first day, he took all his time to explain us everything that we needed to know (restaurants, places to visit, buses, etc.). The breakfast if good and the offered chocolate bars or bananas for the way was very appreciated. The location is also very convenient (10 min to walk to Thira). And if you're lucky you can get a room with a wonderful view on the candera.

Nothing except maybe the quite small size of the room.

Excellent service and planning by the owner Kosmas, very good for the room. Better than excellent on value. Kosmas wouldn't charge you if you need pickup from the pier. He takes care of all your worries.

Room is not very new, but extremely clean. Small hostel, but with everything you need and great view.

Very very nice hotel, worth every penny and location is quite amazing.

In a small and very cozy hotel has everything, for which people came to the island of Santorini: the incredible views of the Caldera and the sunset from the terrace of the hotel and from the window of the room, Кикладский style in the architecture and design of the hotel, convenient location close to the centre of Fira. The rooms are small, but in them there is all necessary for comfortable rest. Special pleasure to watch the sunset while relaxing in the Jacuzzi on the large veranda. Hospitable and very charming master takes guests as if they are his friends.

La pension esta situada en el centro y mas concretamente en el camino costero desde donde se ven todas las vistas. Me ha gustado la terracita de acceso común con hamacas.

Las camas de nuestra habitación eran muy incómodas porque se clavan los muelles al dormir. El agua del Jacuzzi estaba bastante sucia. El espacio en la habitación era bastante limitado. Al hacer la reserva pedimos una cama grande y sin embargo nos dieron una habitación con dos camas.

Our stay was great. Kosmas is an excellent hotel owner and made our season in Santorini unforgettable. Although it is a simple hotel, it has a fantastic view of the caldera. The room is small, but the price is very good. Nossa estadia foi ótima. Kosmas é um excelente dono de hotel e tornou nossa temporada em Santorini inesquecível. Este hotel, apesar de simples, tem uma vista fantástica da caldeira. O quarto é pequeno, mas o preço é muito bom.

1.最满意的是老板的态度，起初到达时间十分不确定，多次变动，最晚可能到午夜。但店主丝毫不以为意，最后也是- 派车去机场接去旅店，免去了背着行李找地方的担心。主动推荐经典路线餐厅，表达清楚。最后还送到车站。 2.窗外景观开阔，虽然是向南，观火山海景也是很漂亮。 3.离经典蓝顶教堂之一步行三分钟，去Fira步行大约10-15分钟，路上可以顺便穿过商业街。性价比好。 4.离巴士站很近。

1.位置在Imerovgli和Fira之间，基本去哪都要走一段。 2.房间不大，走廊通风，晚上风大时候有点冷。 3.店主一般不在店里面，临时有事找不到。

位置很好 窗外和附近都有美景 门口的坝子可以停车 老板人很好 可以提供接送港口和机场服务 有个露天大浴缸 看起来很爽的样子 由于太冷 没享受成。。。

离fira步行20分钟左右 当精神好的时候还好 当逛了一天再走回去还是有点累的 都是上山的路 淡季晚上比较没有fira热闹 不过很安静 放间偏小

老板叫利斯马斯，人非常好。

部屋の窓やホテルのベランダから朝日が見え、素晴らしい眺めが堪能できました。周辺のホテルと比べると値段- が安く、中心部のフィラまで徒歩10分ほどで- アクセスも悪くない点が気に入りました。

ジャグジーが使えるはずが、故障により２ヶ月近く使えないと聞き、がっかりしました。他のクチコミで見てい- たテラスでの朝食もオフシーズンのためか用意- がなく、残念でした。
