The one thing was the shower head isn't hung above your head , you
must hold the shower head yourself. There's only a tiny shower tray
so the shower curtain sticks to your back as you're trying to
manoeuvre the hand held shower head around your body and water is
spraying everywhere because the shower curtain doesn't prevent the
water from spilling out! Perhaps a glass screen or door might be better!
Because the bathroom is soaked after a shower! And if the shower head
was hung above your head it might make less of a mess! This isn't a
complaint, I really can't fault the place! I'm just saying it
might be more practical to do this! Other than that the shower worked a
treat, brilliant and powerful
Pearla beach is fantastically located! With an atm right next door (to
the left on exiting) mini golf, fish spas, restaurants, bars, You name
it all outside your door, the main town is sprawled along the road
you're located on therefore there's no walking distance to the
centre as such! If you head right on exiting the apartment though, up
towards the petrol station (silk fuel) most activity seems to be from
here on up! All the staff at pearla beach made us feel at home. They
helped us to book trips and organised for us to be picked up right
outside the accommodation one day when we were heading on a boat trip!
Super service! There's a bar/cafe area although we personally
never ate there others did and it seemed good. The beach is literally
right behind the apartments, you go from the pool at pearla beach
through thelocal soccer training grounds and you're on the beach ,
it's 40m away from pearla beach, not even a minute walk! It's
fantastic! The beach is gorgeous, loads of beach bars and restaurants,
sun beds, parasailing, jet ski rental, sup board rental, paddle boats!
You name it! And it's very safe! We had a studio facing the road,
very clean and modern, bright and airy with air con. There's 3
single beds, we used on as a sofa as we were only 2! The balcony (on
ground floor) even though on the street was not noisy and we had no
problem sleeping. The beautiful blossoming trees across the way and our
little garden outside the balcony made the road view pleasant!
There's a dining table, dresser, ottoman etc! All you need! The
kitchen is small but very practical with everything you could need! Even
a coffee maker! No toaster or microwave I think but we never used them
as we didn't eat dinner at home, it's very cheap to eat out in
agia marina! The fridge has a freezer so it was perfect and handy.
