Breakfast was included & for a nominal fee, other meals were offered. Was out of the way & was not very homey. Stayed in one of the bungalows & did not visit the pool at all due to having to treck quite a distance to the pool. Not close to the beach.

The hotel staff were quite good and helpful. Rooms (we've stayed at two different room) were clean. The internet connection speed was very poor and wireless network available only at the lobby area. Most of the toys at children's -outdoor- playground was dirty, rusty and not suitable for child play. Comparison to the other 5 star hotels -that we've been stayed before-, this hotel not a 5 star hotel.

Et hotell som har en flott beliggenhet og ligger godt til rette for en ferie med total avslapning. Veldig stille og rolig. Stort hotellområde som gir frihetsfølelse. Stort og rent basseng. Vi hadde rom med havutsikt I hovedbygningen som absolutt er å anbefale. Nydelig utsikt og fint, stort og rent rom.Meget bra frokostbuffet som var inkludert I romprisen. Litt dårlig utvalg I a la carte menyen I restauranten samt meget dårlig utvalg av mat I pool-baren. Hotellet burde hatt shuttle-buss service til og fra flyplassen.

Instalaciones muy buenas, pero, como el hotel estaba casi vacío pese a ser temporada alta, estaban cerradas. No es un hotel de 5 estrellas: nadie sale a recogerte las maletas, café y zumos del desayuno pésimos, instalaciones cerradas, tuvimos que reclamar que no habían hecho la habitación a las 7 de la tarde, almohadas con olor a sudor...

La posizione in una zona tranquilla. Camera grande con loggia vista mare ma un po' rumorosa. Late check out gratuito. Personale della reception gentile e disponibile La struttura è trascurata anche se le potenzialità ci sarebbero: ampi spazi, giardini, direttamente sul mare. La colazione e il buffet non a livello di un 5 stelle: cibo non di qualità, si mangia al tavolo con altri, un solo cameriere, tovaglie sporche. Troppo internazionale.

La piscine eau de mer. Complétement desuet, aucun managament, aucun service, le petit déjeuner est mauvais, la serveuse ose réclamer 3,50 Euros pour un chocolat chaud pour un enfant, cet hotel est laissé à l'abandon et pas entrenu. Il est loin de la plage et loin de chania. Ce n'est pas un 5* peut être un 2 ou 3 selon les critères français.

El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto de Chania. Aunque organizan eventos tipo boda está bien insonorizado y no molestan nada. El hotel no tiene acceso directo a ninguna playa. Hay que ir en coche.

Belle vue sur mer ,grande chambre calme, belle terasse,personelles a la reception et au bar de la piscine sympa Buffet matin ,midi et soir invariable et horaire d ouverture et de fermeture a mon avis inadapte et intransigeant ,pas de piscine interieur ,pas de piscine d eau douce pas de plage a proximite de l hotel on s attend a mieux pour
