All further children under 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

the staff, the swimming pool the nature arround the place, the buildings, the music from the pool bar (still 2 p.m), the food, the breackfast, the noise of planes and finnaly it was not possible to swim in the sea: there was no way to go to the bay under the hotel and the sea was dirty. |

Beautiful and big room, balcony with perfect see viewI Tenis court, pools, SPA, restaurant and lobby bar.. I had a nice (season opening) price. In may - there was only few customers..maybe a bit spooky, but if you look for possibility take calm and cosy holidays - go there when season just starting... or closing..;) and you' ll get it! |

The spa was not openned (it should be noticed on the website). The pictures do not correspond to the reality. The comfort of the room is not in adequation with the number of stars (for instance, an old cigar was on the balcony....) . The rooms need a serious refreshment. |

Enige positieve was het ontbijt (en dan nog) spa en indoorpool waren gesloten omdat er een bruiloft was (hierdoor ook overlast in hotel zelf), men kan op zijn minst verwittigen als dit geval was, dan hadden we zeker ander hotel gezocht. Zeker geen 5 sterren waard |

L'Horreur, publicité mensongère, ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles ni un 4, nous avons été très déçu...surtout qu'il s'agissait de notre voyage de noces! Nous avons du écourter notre séjour et trouver un autre! C'est un enorme hotel fantome paumé, loin de tout, personnel peu sympa, chambre austère avec lit en mousse ! grande chambre sans charme, vue de loin sur la mer, il n'y a pas de plage et il faut faire 2 km avt d'acceder à petite plage pleine de sac plastique...seul point positif: la piscine d'eau de mer très belle et comme il n' ya personne dans cette immense hotel (sem du 15 aout!) ns ns sommes consolés avec la piscine pour nous! Et pourtant nous cherchions qqchose au calme mais là c'est trop! Resto pas bon, petit déj idem! Nous avons du écourter notre séjour tellement nous avons été déçu...et trouver en plein we du 15 aout un autre hotel (ns avons chois l'istron bay hotel près d'agios nicholaos: qui merite ses étoiles!) |

Det var et vakkert hotell, men avmålt personale, lite folk.Var nok mest basert på konferanser,breyllupmm,dvs "innfødte" De markedsførte utleie av sykler.Det fantes ikke, og bør fjernes fra fasilitetene. Spa tilbudet gjaldt kun noen få tidspunkter .Det bør en få vite på forhånd. |

De kamer zag er netjes en modern uit Het bed was niet best en seaview met een aantal gebouwen ervoor is een vaag begrip. Helaas ligt het resort erg afgelegen en je hebt zeker een auto nodig anders zit je vast op het resort. De weg ernaar is erg slecht. |

La taille des chambres, de la terrasse, de la salle de bain est impressionnante. L'hôtel se trouve un peu "au bout du monde". Il faut une voiture pour y accéder et une bonne vue la nuit pour voir les panneaux. |

La vue de la chambre et la sympathie du personnel . la cuisine est fabuleuse. Le calme autour de cet hotel. Oui en periode calme la direction et je le comprend aisement , accepte de recevoir dans ces murs des ecoles ( pre ados - ados ) en grand nombres pour remplir un peu les caisses. Mais le soucis est que les repas sont animés et les nuit difficiles car le chahu et les portes et cries dans les couloir vous feront passer une nuit blanche a coup sur! |

l'hotel est un peu excentré, la période se trouvant hors saison, la piscine intérieure était fermée et la piscine extérieure vide. la plateforme de jeux pour les enfants était mal entretenue... |
