Surrounded by olive groves, the family-run Petrinos Lofos is located on the foothills of Rodopi Mountains, 5 km away from Vistonida Lake. It includes an outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness room and a restaurant. Enjoying free Wi-Fi, the air-conditioned rooms are decorated in warm colours and open out to a balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside. They are all equipped with a satellite TV, mini fridge and kettle. Bathroom toiletries, bathrobes and slippers are also offered. Guests at Petrinos Lofos hotel can start their day with a homemade buffet-style breakfast and later enjoy a coffee or drink by the fireplace of the lounge area or at the terrace. Local specialities are served for lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The town of Xanthi is 23 km away, while Nestos River Delta is within a 30-minute drive. המקום שקט. באמצע שדות מעובדים על היתרונות והחסרונות שבכך. הילד שלי (11) התלהב מאוד מעשרות הצפרדעים הקטנות שקיפצו ליד הבריכה עם רדת הלילה. למי שאוהב שקט - זה מקום מצויין. מי שאוהב חיי עיר - המקום מבודד וכדי לאכול צריך ליסוע כ 20 ק"מ לעיר הקרובה קסנטי. בעלי המקום מכניסי אורחים (כמו כל היוונים). יש בריכה גדולה ויפה שכיף לרחוץ בה. יותר קרוב לצימר כיפי מאשר למלון (אין מגבות לבריכה למשל אבל גם לא ביקשנו) המיזוג לא מדהים והיה כבה מיד עם פתיחת הדלת ללא מתן שהות. נמשע דבר קטן אבל כשמאוד חם (כמו שהיה כשהגענו) זה ממש מעצבן. בכל פעם שמישהו יצא למרפסת או לחדר שליד - המיזוג היה כבה. גם בעבודה מלאה - לא קירר מספיק. היציאה למרפסת בעייתית במיוחד כי אין בחוץ ידית לדלת כך שבכלל אי אפשר לסגור אותה. מפונקים ? אולי. אבל כשמשלמים כמו על מלון טוב אז גם מפתחים ציפיות. בעיה נוספת - קשה למצוא את המקום. הוא מחוץ לעיר ובכביש ללא כתובת. אבל אחרי שמצאנו - סך הכל נהינינו במקום.

The location was out in the country and very quiet. The owners were friendly, helpful and we had great service - they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was decorated nicely and very clean with a nice bathroom. The only thing we had trouble with was low water pressure in the bathroom.

- Ein echter Geheimtipp! - Very nice hotel: Located on a small hilltop, overlooking olive trees, view to the sea and the mountains, featuring a large swimming pool. Very quiet, 5 km to the next beach, a lake is also close by. - Very friendly and helpful hotel staff, good & delicious "homemade" breakfast - Several animals (dogs, cats, donkeys, a horse, geese, ducks, chicken etc) make a relaxed stay in the greek countryside complete
