Petros Studios

Great value and a nice pool.

The studios are located one street back from the beach, on the corner, so you've perfect views of the sea and beach. Our balcony overlooked a gorgeous sunrise each morning. The studios were cleaned each day with fresh bedding and towels every other day, which is unusual in Greece. The owners, Petros and Memi, are very friendly and can't do enough to help you. There is free wi-fi, airconditioning and a TV should you need it, and although the studios are basic, there is a comfortable bed, kitchenette, dining table and chairs and furnished balcony

Everything was perfect.......

The studios was perfectly clean and well decorated and all facilities worked well and efficiently; the AC, the hotplates, the refrigerator etc were in excellent condition and were quiet in operation. The studio was bigger inside than I expected and there was plenty of space. The bathroom is typical of kefalonia in style and was also perfectly clean. The swimming pool was a good size, well located, new and very clean but there was no obvious chlorine smell. The furniture was in very good, almost new, condition, the doors and shutters worked well.The beds were very comfortable and mattresses good. The owner was very friendly, hospitable and helpful but never intrusive. She helped me to change my car hire arrangements and has excellent local contacts. The location was perfect, one street back so quiet but we also had views of the sea, mountains and up the street. There is an excellent minimarket 5 mins away and the main area a pleasant 15minute stroll.There are also cafes, bars and tavernas within a few minutes walk. parking was 50m away and in the shade which was very welcome We liked it very much and were surprised that it was so good, given that it is not expensive- it exceeded expectations and is real value for money. I have already and will continue to reccomend it and would stay there again. Although it is not very old, there was still a very good atmosphere there.

There was nothing I was not pleased about. It is excellent.

The "Petros Studio's" label missing from the wall...we are searching 30 minits...

Petros Studios is well located,very near the beach,tavernas and local supermarkets are not too far away. Petros and Memi(the hotel owners)are very friendly and hospitable.Communication is no problem as Memis' english is very good. The swimming pool is lovely and clean. The locals are very friendly and we had fab,value for money meals at a nearby taverna called 'Dionysos',(ask for Maria and Alex). We will most definately return.

Not far from the beach with deep crystal clean blue sea (blue flag)!!! It's wonderfull place for rest, peace & private relaxing!! In petros studio I met very friendly owner with two beatifull children^_^ The hotel is in very good cosmetic condition & facilities in appartment'S. Also in the hotel waterpool is very clean water without chlorine!

Οι ιδιοκτήτες του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικοί, φιλόξενοι και μας βοήθησαν σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν καθαρό και περάσαμε τη μέρα μας στην όμορφή πισίνα, παρόλο που η παραλία δεν απέχει ούτε ένα λεπτό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν όμορφο και τακτοποιημένο και η πόλη του Πόρου πολύ γραφική.

Hartelijke ontvangst, zeer bereidwillig voor info en om het u naar de zin te maken. Familiaal gevoel. Studio zeer netjes. Wandelafstand van het centrum, restaurants en supermarktjes. Vlak aan zee. Superverzorgd mooi zwembad (12 op 7) - zalig om te relaxen.

Grossi scarafaggi trovati nella camera più volte Pulizia della stanza una volta in una settimana

Ottima posizione della struttura perchè bastava attraversare la strada e c'era subito la spiaggia, con tanto di bandiera blu! E' a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e ci sono parcheggi a volontà. Le camere insonorizzate sono ottime per chi ha il sonno leggero. Inoltre erano sempre pulite, la signora Mami passava ogni 2 giorni per pulire personalmente con accuratezza, e per cambiare lenzuola ed asciugamani.

Il bagno era sempre allagato perchè la tenda copriva solo un lato della doccia, un altro lato era completamente scoperto. La cucina conteneva il minimo indispensabile.

mi è piaciuto tutto! Posto ottimo per posizione ospitalità cordialità disponibilità vivibilità e pulizia! Posto tranquillo e vicino ad una spiaggia bellissima! Bella anche la piscina! Ci ritornerei con piacere anche perché il prezzo è ottimo!

ωραιο ξενοδοχειο με καθαρα και ευρυχωρα δωματια και σε εξαιρετικη τιμη!η πισινα παντα καθαρη και προσεγμενη!πολυ ευγενικοι,φιλικοι και εξυπηρετικοι ιδιοκτητες!

La struttura somiglia ad un condominio, affogata in mezzo ad altre costruzioni. Ci è stata riservata una camera al terzo piano e l'ascensore non era utilizzabile nè abbiamo ricevuto alcun aiuto dallo staff per I bagagli. La stanza dotata di climatizzatore ma mal posizionato per cui era impossibile utilizzarlo durante la notte, creando un grave disagio per il fatto che la camera essendo all'ultimo piano era sempre caldissima. La terrazza era si vista mare ma praticamente costituita da un piccolo balconcino ingombro tra l'altro del motoore del climatizzatore per cui poco fruibile, scomodo.

Μείναμε για 5 βράδια.Όλοι οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι,το δωμάτιο ανετότατο,το προσωπικό απίστευτα εξυπηρετικό και πρόσχαρο,η τοποθεσία σε πολύ καλό σημείο και η τιμή αρκετά λογική.Ικανοποιηθήκαμε απόλυτα με τη διαμονή μας.Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

L’accueil est excellent, la gérante est très disponible et serviable. La piscine est très bien entretenue. C'est appréciable de louer un studio mais d'avoir le service d'un hôtel: les serviettes et draps sont fournis(changés tous les 2 jours) , le ménage est fait tous les jours. Emplacement idéal car calme et près de la plage(50 m).

Le petit matériel de cuisine est minimum.

μειναμε στο δωματιο για 4 νυχτεσ μακαρι να ητανε παραπανω!η κυρια που το ειχε πολυ γλυκια καλη κ εξυπηρετικη!μεγαλοσ χωροσ και σε καλη τοποθεσια!επισησ πολυ καλεσ οι τιμεσ!θα ξανα πηγαινα σιγουρα!

η διαμονη ηταν υπεροχη

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato da mercoledì 11 luglio a mercoledì 25 luglio 2012 e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La Sig.ra Gerasimoula Sarli (che tutti chiamano Mami) è una persona molto disponibile, accogliente, solare e molto professionale. Tiene gli studios molto puliti. Il cambio degli asciugamani e delle lenzuola è frequente e ineccepibile. Anche la posizione di Poros è risultata strategica per raggiungere le varie mete dell'isola e la posizione dei Petros Studios è comoda sia per la vicinanza del mare sia perché le taverne sono tutte facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La zona della piscina è molto ben architettata e la manutenzione della piscina stessa è molto accurata. Quanto descritto nel sito corrisponde alla realtà. Grazie a Mami per il piacevole soggiorno.

πολυ κοντα στην παραλια, ευγενικοι και προθυμοι ιδιοκτητεσ, καθαροι χωροι.

Πολυ καλη τιμη σε ωραια τοποθεσια, κοντα στο λιμανι και στο χωριο του Πορου. Ανετο, δροσερο με πολυ εξυπηρετικο προσωπικο. Οποιος επιθυμει να χαλαρωσει μακρυα απο την πολη με την παραλια στα ποδια του προτεινεται ανεπιφυλακτα
