Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

It was very clean the staff were very helpful and the pool was a very good size for swimming. I would rate it as 5 star with our experience an would definitely go again. |

Pool area is nice and staff at the bar friendly. Drinks and food there is cheaper than in the village. The location is near the village center and less than 10m walk from the main beach. We got a room with a dirty bathroom. Luckily we arrived 15m before the reception closed and they gave us a cleaner room. Still the overall room hygiene was not really up to standards. They would clean every other day, but not really throughly. In order to get hot water you had to let the water run for 10m - what a waste. Even then, there was no hot water in the evening. |

This was our second time at the Phillippos and this time we stayed for two weeks in June. We had 2 rooms, both ground floor. A studio and an apartment, which was fully accessible for me as a wheelchair user. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, especially Lefty at the poolside snackbar. We spent a lot of time at the poolside as the pool was excellent, beautifully clean and inviting. The apartments are well-kept and cleaned every other day to a high standard. 'Superman Spiros' will make sure that everything is in order if you ask him. We cannot recommend the Phillippos highly enough and will definitely be staying again - and soon! |

I like the place where it was situated, it was sorrounded by hills covered with trees and flowers which make a very quite and fresh air place. The hotel staff accurates the privatcy for each gest. The water in the rooms was salty. |

Nähe zur Ortsmitte (Restaurants, Geschäfte, usw), ruhige Lage. Anfahrt ist schwierig, da nicht ausgeschildert Nach Ankunft im Ort haben wir das Hotel ca. 45 Minuten suchen müssen. Parkplätze sind Mangelware. |

Svært bra beliggenhet på hotell og by. Profesjonelt personale. Rent. Bra svømmebasseng, også for barn. Ingen spesielle. Vi brukte imidlertid svømmebassenget på Solaris Apartments (rett ved fotballplassen i sentrum) fordi dybden på disse passet bedre til våre barn. Vanntemperaturen var faktisk også enda bedre der, muligens på grunn av mindre vind. |

Fine og luftige leiligheter passe sentralt i Kassiopi. Service innstilt personale som det var lett og kommunisere med. Bedre vei beskrivelse til hotellet. Vanskelig for Taxi fra Corfu by og finne frem. Ellers bør de hente inn en gartner og få klippet ned en god del trær og busker på området.Også litt irriterende at kunder kunne parkere bilene sine rundt om på området. |
