Breakfast is being served at our coffee shop as well as drinks and beverages all day long. Lunch and dinner are served at our sister property Herodion Hotel, located only forty meters away, at the restaurant and atrium coffee shop, at a special discount for Philippos hotel guests.

Our Coffee Shop is a luminus space adjoining with the reception area and sitting lounge, creating a unified elegant space. This is the ideal place to settle back after a stimulating day exploring the sights, to relax and socialize with a cup of coffee and drinks.

Our hotel is conveniently located at the city center, right at the foot of the entrance to the Acropolis, below the Herodion theater and the "Plaka", the old quarters of the city with its old style charm and affordable shopping & dining. The area around the hotel is one of the most peaceful and quiet spots in the city and yet it is situated just a 15 minute walk from the central square of Syntagma and the Parliament building.

FROM ATHENS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Athens International Airport (ATH) is 31 km (20 miles) from the city. Express Bus no. 95 runs to the airport from Syntagma Square Metro station every 15-20 minutes 24 hours a day. Our hotel is one stop away from Syntagma at Acropolis Metro station (Direction Aghios Dimitrios).

Metro runs from Syntagma station to the airport every half hour from 06:00 till 24:00.
Cost: Euro 6,00

Train (Proastiakos) runs from Larissis train station to the airport every half hour from 06:00 till 24:00. From Larissis train station you can continue to our hotel using Metro (Direction Aghios Dimitrios) and get off at Acropolis station.
Cost: Train Euro 6,00 + Metro Euro 0,70

Taxi services are available to the city center. Flag starts at EUR 0,70 and there is a surcharge of approximately EUR 1,00 for taxis from the airport and EUR 0,20 for each piece of luggage over 10kg. Therefore, you should expect to pay between EUR 20,00-25,00 during day time and EUR 35,00 - 40,00 during night time to reach our hotel.Trip time differs from 45 min to 1 hour depending on traffic.

FROM PIRAEUS PORT :
Metro line stops right in the middle of Piraeus, so you can easily use it to get to the city center with it.

Taxi services are available from Piraeus port, to the city center. Flag starts at EUR 0,70 and there is a surcharge of approximately EUR 1,00 for taxis from the port and EUR 0,20 for each piece of luggage over 10kg. Therefore, you should expect to pay no more than EUR 15,00 to reach our hotel.
