Location to Port for Ferry. Hotel room was dirty, burn mark remained on night stand for a non- smoking room.

The location was convenient. This is easy. We booked a room for one day for 65 euros.,,..we had to leave Sifnos a day early because of a strike....we were charged 90 euros for the room for the second day. I think this is outrageous. Then we were given a room that was so small that we couldn't open our suitcases. We asked for and got another room that was a bit larger. The pictures on the internet of your hotel were taken by a master photographer,.,,,the real hotel looked nothing like the pictures. Electric jacks in the wall did not work. We will never stay at this hotel again.

We arrived in Athens by boat due to the fact that our next-day flight had been cancelled because of the strike; therefore, at 6 am we needed a place to sleep close to Piraeus Port. We booked this hotel due to its proximity, it's reviews and its fair price. When we arrived we were charged Eur 10 extra for early check-in. The room was not so big, but it was ok for one night and it was clean. The man from the reception was very helpful as he printed out the boarding passes for our flight for free and provided us with useful information about the bus going to the airport at night. All in all, the hotel is on the ok side. Unfortunately, our stay was disturbed by some very noisy Greeks in the other room. The walls were thin and we could hear them yelling and laughing and slamming doors. They kept us up all night (we left at 4 am to the airport), although the reception also called to tell them to be quiet - no effect! Another thing that I did not like was the very small shower. Oh, and we had difficulties finding the hotel as there were no signs leading to it.

Wifi connection in the room was pretty fast and stable My room was tiny, smelly and old! Not comparable to the hotel's photos! The room definitely needs renovation and is not worth the money. Staff was not very freindly or helpful, luggage storage costs extra.

The room was lovely, surprisingly clean and modern considering the port area is generally a little run down. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. We got lost on the way from the bus stop (at the port) to our hotel and wandered around for ages at about 10.00 at night. This wasn't ideal as there were a lot of shady characters and we felt a little vulnerable! Recommend arriving during daylight hours. Was convenient for catching the ferry the next day as just a short walk back to the Pier. Highly recommend booking any island ferries in advance, especially in peak season. We arrived in Piraeus hoping to wing it and book a flight to Santorini the next day but all the ferries were full!

Hard to say. A very small room with a smelly & horrible bathroom. The beddings don't looks like clean. And the furniture are very old.And the conditioner is out of work. A hornet came in when I open the door to balcony.

Close to Piraeus port; we walked here from the ferry (with bags). Pleasant room but plastic shower curtain that stuck to you and when we turned the air- con on it leaked water! We had an early start the next morning so it was just a place to sleep and was more than adequate to the task.

The breakfast spread was good, staff very friendly. The front desk staff opens the lift door for us whenever he is free, this is something as most Greeks are rather curt in their behaviors. We found friendly people in the hotel and were very surprised. The hotel environment was noisy, the kids from next door room were running in and out of their room screaming and slamming doors. The room is rather small though but bearable cos it was comfortably furnished. Design of room wardrobe should be thought through better, you cannot hang clothes in a wardrobe with only half a 20cm length space. Would be good to provide a city map too.

Room is good looking and the beds comfortable. A watercooker and coffee/tea is a nice touch, as well a TV mounted on the wall offering a wide selection of channels. Breakfast has good offerings, throughout. The bathroom is very small, it's almost impossible to take a good shower. Breakfast room interior is not so nicely designed (however the buffet is good).

We have only 2 comments about Piraeus Dreams as it was the most uncomfortable hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of hotels. It was convenient for the port is all we can honestly put. The staff were very nice too. The noise, the area, the beds are awful, no comfort at all there.

location to the ferrys # Our airconditioner did not work. # If you do not have exact directions from ferry port to hotel it is unpleasant. # Dont visit Piraeus unless you absolutly have to. It is not pretty, cracked sidewalks, dodgy characters.

The room was clean and renovated and considering it is a budget hotel, much nicer than I expected. The beds were also quite comfortable and not as hard as I expected. The breakfast for 5 euro per person was a good deal as it was a buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, cereals, yogurt and very ample. If you are catching a ferry from Piraeus, I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location was fantastic ... Pireaus is not a great part of Athens, so to be able to come off the ferries and walk into a hotel so close was wonderful. I was also pleasantly surprised at the renovations... It is a surprisingly new hotel. Free wifi, or an internet room.very clean, and close to everything , buses, metro, ferries. Definitely would recommend. The hotel suited me for what it was, a stop over on my way to the islands. The only things I would say for other travellers, is that the rooms are small, I was a solo traveller, so it was not a problem. Also the free wifi and also internet was not working very well. Some sites I could not access at all... including this site ...

As a holiday maker you really only stay in Piraeus overnight to catch an early morning ferry, for that purpose this hotel fits the bill. The area is a little rough and it may be intimidating for some to arrive after dark.

A simple room with space to refresh after flying into Athens, awaiting connecting ferry the next morning. We had a balcony which was nice to step outside for extra space. Tea and coffee amenities were appreciated for the morning as we didn't take advantage of the breakfast. Recommended for ease, price, cleanliness and 'modern basics'. We will return! Only to consider the lift is on the small side...but you can squeeze in two adults with two large wheelie bags just!

very pleasantly surpised at what we picked for a quick stop over hotel for early morning ferry actually turned out to be a lovely hotel. Staff couldn't have been more helpful even having a great breakfast for all the guests starting at 6am for the early ferries. Def stay there again. it is in a slightly poor road, a few "adult" shops near by but with a very short walk we found a lovely eating area and square to spend the evening.

The location for us was very convenient for our travel arrangements. We arrived by bus from the international airport to a stop five minutes from the hotel. We departed on a rural bus to the Pelopponese from another stop four minutes walk from the hotel. The ferries also all seemed to be within five to fifteen minutes walk. Included was a generous range of breakfasts including full cooked from 06.00 am, early enough for most travellers going onwards anywhere from the hotel. We had no problem having breakfast and making our 06.30 bus.

Location, silence, very clean hotel, free internet access from the room, pretty big room for a 3 stars hotel, breakfast, stuff, everything. A bit surprised about the parking fee (12 euro) and the fee for keeping to luggage.
