Hotel well located and easy to transfer to cruise ship. Room was small but adequate and very clean. Staff was very courteous and efficient. Overall a very good price/quality ratio. |

Friendy/helpful receptionist staff, excellent breakfast selection. Busy port. About two blocks to the pier for a short hop to some of the Greek Isles, watch the ferries, etc. Stayed two days, perfect location prior to board a cruise ship. Highly recommended. |

Fairly easy to find and close to the ferry port. Breakfast was really nice and good value. Having free internet access via pcs was really useful as I don't travel with a laptop. |

convenient location for connection to island ferries and to airport bus yes - I was not refunded breakfast money on my first night stay in September despite saying that I could not have breakfast because I had to check out at 6.30am and I was charged 5E for luggage storage despite a leaflet from the hotel implying that this service was free and in fact my storage was for just one hour. I was told the leaflet was an old leaflet - so why was I given it? The room I was given the first time did not have coffee making facilities, and the second time I stayed the room did not have any cups to make coffee with. This was unnecessary! I am upset about this and I revising my plans about staying a few days next Summer |

Since we stayed 3 nights they upgraded us for no additional charge. The staff, rooms, everything was very good. The shower was very small, but it works. They put an additional 3% on your charge IF you use an American Express card. If you use VISA, no additional charge. |

Very good value for money - comfortable, welcoming staff and decent rooms. Proximity to Piraeus port was brilliant - only a five minute walk away. Difficult to find and wouldn't advise walking about the general area after dark - some very dodgy looking people about, even during the day! |

1. Your brochure states 24 hour room service which now ends at 23:00. 2. Your brochure offered the use of an iron and ironing board but when we enquired we told to go to the American Laundry down the road. All I wanted to do was iron a dress. |

This is a good solid hotel if you are leaving early or arriving late on the ferry. Our taxi from the port was 8 euros. There is excellent express bus service to the international airport 3 euros, and the metro is maybe a 15 minute walk. Not the most exciting area of Athens, but that is not what you should stay there for. Fine breakfast for 5 euro. Location would not be great for an extended stay. Beds are small and firm and showers are humorously small, but that was true for all of our hotels in Greece. |

Friendly welcome, good breakfast, although restaurant staff never even said good morning. Very convenient for the port of Piraeus which was perfect for us. Difficult to find - if we hadn't been in a taxi, I think we would have been wandering around all night! |

Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast. An earlier start to breakfast would help people using the early morning ferries. |

it was close to the port. The staff was great - my husband had his pocket picked and they told us exactly what to do and where to go to report it. Free internet access and the breakfast were great. |

Clean Hotel near to port, comfortable room and tv and free internet, cant comment on breakfast as a early morning ferry made breakfast not a option though it was included in the price. No eating places near |
