Excellent service by Theodore in restaurant, and exquisite food so congratulations to the chef! Friendly, helpful receptionists go out of their way to help.Super clean hotel, nice decor.Felt very safe and hotel has positive energy.Highly recommend and will use again and again!
As I often travel with my 14 yr old dog,a totally house trained dog, I tend to use other hotels, as do many of my friends with pets. Most foreigners, like myself, share their homes with pets and cant travel without them as cant leave them home alone. When I can travel alone, however,I always prefer to choose this hotel. Also, the lift gets stuck occasionally,so needs some attention, otherwise it is a perfect place to stay!
Good position for the port.
The food in the restaurant is excellent! The chef is obviously talented! My steak was prepared precisely as I had requested, and both meals I had were delicious. Great breakfast too.Theodore, the waiter is professional, and it is rare to be served by such a polite, educated waiter with the most appropriate manner, who is fluent in French and speaks good English too..The front desk staff were very helpful at all times, going out of their way to assist.Great location with shops and cafes nearby and very convenient for catching a ferry as 5 mins from the port.
The lift occasionally gets stuck. On a previous stay, I nearly missed the airport bus cos could neither go up or down! Shower unit a bit small. Also,it would be great if pets were allowed,as most foreigners, like myself, need to travel with their pets sometimes.
comfortable service, good location for ship, large room
bed is not so comfortable
B'fast, location, interesting lift
it's very near to the harbour.
computer does not work and the internet connoction is not very good
Staff is very friendly and service minded.
The smoking policy in the rooms is unclear, the non-smoking room was smelling cigarets very strongly. This was very unpleasant, I had to rewash all my clothes afterwards.
big room, good shower, comfortable bed, nice food.
Stayed her for one night whilst waiting to catch a ferry. Very close to the bus stop from which the 96x bus comes from Athens Airport. Also very convenient for the shops and ferry. The staff were exceptionally helpful during the booking process and with directions from the bus and to the port. Would definitely stay again. This hotel caters brilliantly for people taking the ferries eg breakfast from 5.30am and great maps
Just a small thing- free water and tea and coffee in the room which was great. But no milk !
Location Views Balcony Price Free Waters-tee-coffee
All of the staff are exceptionally helpful. The room was great, plenty of hot water and the WiFi worked well. The bed was nice and large and VERY comfortable. We had one of the nicest breakfasts ever and they start serving at 5.30 so there's plenty of time for breakfast before you get the early ferry. As always, we really couldn't fault the Piraeus Dream.
We didn't like leaving ;0) but we'll be back again soon.
I know rooms need to be cleaned and prepared, but so early in the morning when many guests are possibly still asleep.? Noise levels and voices should be kept to a minimum. Sorry! This is my only complaint after yet another pleasant stay.Thankyou again.
WLAN worked perfect all the time. Nice balcony. Comfortable bed. Fast room-service. Very friendly and helpful staff in reception.
The shower curtain, in the very small shower, wasn't long enough; lots of water on the bathroom floor. Very small bathroom. Mattress was not >2 m as stated. (Did not matter for us, but could be important for others). Roof terrasse was closed "for the winter", big disappointment - we had lunch, sitting outside, all days during our visit in Piraeus and Athens.
Great value and comfortable rooms with good facilities. Plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. Close to ferries and buses and trains for Athens and the airport.
Can't fault it.
All facilities are good.
Free welcome drinks are available. The receptionist is helpful.
The shower room is too small and easy to leak.
Room, bed, very good. Staff did great job helping plan a trip.
All was fine
Reservation and reception staff are always smiling, friendly and helpful.
all excellent breakfast really good
Extremely kind personnel, all the time ready to help you. Breakfast available from very early morning until 11 a.m. - which gives you time to sleep late!
Proximity to port for embarkation on cruise the next day. Staff very helpful. Basic, cost effective hotel. Small room but good for one night.
i wish to stay longer - nice place !
Our room was large, very clean and updated. You'd walk in and see a desk with computer and a bunk bed and closet with a safe then you'd walk by a modern bathroom onto the "next" room with a queen bed. There was a mini refrigerator and coffee maker plus the fixings with couple of free bottled water. Free wifii. Windows can be opened to let fresh air in. The staff was very friendly but every one of the info she gave for us to find a bank, money changer and tour bus was wrong! Someone said this is within walking distance from the port. Well, it depends on where you are docked! The port is U-shaped. If you have luggage, it is really not walkable even though it was about 5 blocks away. The cabbie "robbed" us by charging us 10 Euro. He would've charged us 15 if I didn't tell him we know we are close by. He then drove us around and around just so we'd think it was farther away except we kept seeing the same H&M store several times! Things for tourists are not cheap anymore. The only time we got something at great price is from an "Asian" grocery store kitty corner from the hotel where we bought 7 packs of ramen noodle and a liter of water for 3.5 Euro. We used the coffee maker for hot water and their cups and had a very satisfying simple supper before we fly out at the crack of dawn.
Location, friendliness, design, breakfast. We stayed there several times now; keep coming back.
Rooms are a little small but ok for a night.
Location, breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful
