Very little It was sunday night, the barman was the also the waiter and I suspect he was micro-waving the awful food in the kitchen. I complained at reception and it was admitted there were only 3 staff in the building. The hotel is listed as 5 * it's facillities are 2* maximum and the food is not upto macdonalds. |

It is a nicely decorated hotel and the room we were allocated was a reasonable size. The restaurant was empty on a Friday night, with only one barman on, who also doubled as a waiter, and was fielding room service calls all night. Supposedly a cocktail bar, we were unable to order a cocktail (from the menu!) because he didn't know how to make cocktails! Food was ok, but not 5* hotel quality - although it was priced as such. |

This was a truly lovely hotel. The service was excellent and gracious. We arrived in a taxi from central Athens - the taxi driver was elderly and his cab was old and without A/C. He put one of our bags in the front seat and was promptly pulled over by the police. He was quite angry about the 100 Euro ticket he received and told me I would have to pay 25 Euros for the short trip to Piraeus. At that point, with two teenagers in the car with me, I just wanted to get to the hotel. When we arrived, a young man who worked at the hotel came out to help us right away and when he heard how much the driver wanted to charge me, he told the taxi driver "no way" and we ended up paying much less. Now, that is what I call good service!! We had dinner at the hotel and they happily prepared excellent sandwiches for us, even though they were not on the menu. Also, with an extremely early boat to Mykonos, they packed us wonderful sandwiches the next morning. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. |

Wiederum perfekter Service bezüglich der "Nicht-Inanspruchnahme" des Frühstücks. Wir wurden wieder für die frühe Fährenfahrt mit sehr leckeren Sandviches ausgestattet und haben eine Kaffee in der Frühe erhalten. Herzlichen Dank! |

υπερβολικά καθαρό σε όλους τους χώρους, πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση, άνετα δωμάτια, πλήρες πρωϊνό, πολύ καλά στρώματα (κοιμάσαι υπέροχα) και....πολύ καθαρό. επιτέλους πολύ γρήγορα ασανσέρ. Πέντε λεπτά (μετρημένα) με τα πόδια από λιμάνι και ηλεκτρικό.Δικαιολογεί στο ακέραιο την υψηλή βαθμολογία του. |
