It is new and very nicely furnished Hotel feels understaffed. With the 5 stars on the door you would at least expect a bell boy waiting for you and helping with the luggage.... Breakfast is nicely served, but you wait ages for the warm trays to be refilled, staff problems again

Piraeus is showing some scars from the recession but this hotel was excellent. Welocmed at first by Harry on reception, and later we dealt with Marisadi, who was so nice and helpful I have to give her a special mention. Handy for transport and mini markets. I will be recommending this place to friends. A great stay - loved this place. 5 mintes from the ferry from Crete.

Friendly staff and good location when doing business in Piraeus. Also good location for people who are travelling with the ferries. This is not a five star hotel! They claim to be a member of the "Great Hotels of the World", but there is no evidence of this on the "Great Hotels of the World" website. I would rather rate this hotel as a "three star" (at least when compared to Northern European standards). Luckily I only paid eur 110 per night (incl. Breakfast) which was value for money. Never pay the eur 260 rac rate for you will be extremely disappointed! Breakfast was simple. No fresh, but rather canned food which once again illustrates the hotel's overrating. Rooms feel a bit tired.

Very helpful reception staff. Helped take luggage in from taxi. Restaurant staff very prompt and courteous. Room comfortable. Offered to let us leave our luggage there after our Greek Island cruise (4 days later) and helped with directions to the Metro and which stop to get off to see the Acropolis.

Very clean, very quiet, good breakfast, helpful staff, great location for ferries A few things need fixing, which is unusual for a five star hotel. Only other less than optimal issue is true for all "better" hotels and that is they charge for internet and there are no coffee/tea making facilities in room

I stayed at this hotel as a one night transit stop at Piraeus before taking the ferry. The hotel is well located and is a very easy walk to the port, about five minutes. The hotel is very pleasant in every respect. My room had lovely decor, space and a big bed. I didn't eat dinner or breakfast so can't comment on the restaurant. I am staying there again on my return to Piraeus next week. On booking.com I got a very good rate of €99 including breakfast. The one negative comment I have relates to the lack of reliable wireless Internet. They told me wireless was available, but not for iPads, which seemed strange. I tried but sure enough, I could not connect using my iPad - very inconvenient.

We liked everything. The staff members are very attentive to the clients' needs. The breakfast is delicios. And the hotel is very conveniently located and it's easy to explore the nearby sightseeings on foot. And the location is convenient for people catching a cruise (it take just about 5 minutes by taxi to get to the cruise terminal).

Our experience was that we had a very late arrival. When we arrived a very friendly check-in staff greeted us as if we were friends. Check-in was very fast. We needed to eat but the restaurant was due to close, however they kindly agreed to accommodate us for a meal and wine which was lovely. Hotel reception were very helpful with helping us locate the ferry port and timings the next morning. The room was very comfortable. On checkout, we were to early for breakfast but they had made us sandwiches for the ferry, without us asking! Top service all around and very good rate. Also, location is very near the ferry port, just five minutes walk. Nothing, a great stay!
