The staff were very helpful and the position to the port area, nice big bed. It is not what I would call a 5* hotel... It's really nice but only really a 3-4*. |

It was very clean. It was very close to the port from which we were leaving the folowing day. Also it is very easy to get to from the airport. We took the bus from the airport and as the hotel is well know it was easy to obtain travel information at the airport and also from the driver of the bus. |

General decor and comfort was reasonably good. Price was also reasonable for 5 star accommodation. This is the best Piraeus has to offer and is convenient for catching ferries to the islands if you have an early morning start. While decor and furnishing were up to standard, the hotel is not really 5 star regards service and qualifying extras - no kettle/tea/coffee, bottled water, slippers, basket of fruit or chocolate on the pillow. Such things are standard in places such as SE Asia and China even with 4 star accommodation. Also the air conditioning was so noisy it had to be switched off at night. |

Location excellent. Walking distance to Port and Airport Express Bus terminal. New luxury Hotel with nice furnishings. Excellent breakfast. |
