The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, carrying our bags upstairs when we arrived, and giving us directions and a plan for a day out around delfi. The room was spacious, clean, with a lovely streetscape balcony. Breakfast was fresh, various and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to even the fussiest of customers.Tops!!!

The room was spacious and clean with heating and hot water. No complain overall. The breakfast was quite rich with coffees, juice, yogurt, honey, jams, cake, fresh delicious bread. The highlight is George, the owner who is always there to help you and makes you feel at home from the very beginning. Parking is an issue not only in Pitho, but in all Delphi.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pitho Hotel. The clean and light-filled room was a quad, so our family of four could stay together. The location was perfect for visiting Delphi. We could walk to the ruins (although the road is narrow!).The owners were so friendly and helpful. We felt like we were staying with a friend. The breakfast with George was delightful. The restaurant across the street that George recommended had a stunning view of the valley and the roasted lamb was amazing. We would stay here again!

The village of delphi exists solely for the purpose of visiting nearby ancient Greek ruins and temple complex at ancient delphi . The accommodation fulfills it's role - you would not go there for holiday - but what the hell they make the mattress of. As hard as a plank. I do not think the owners sleep on it.. My hips were sore as I sleep on the side. So I slept only a little. The owners very friendly and helpful.

George most welcoming and could not do enough for us in terms of advice on parking, carrying cases, good restaurants and directions. Lovely room and facilities. Overall a very good value for money accomodation to which I would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

George, the master of the hotel, is very nice and helpful! As we are late that day and arrived at the hotel at near mid-night, he still waited for us and caught our car!! Also, the facilities of the hotel are very good. Highly recommended!

The owners were incredible and very warm. George told us to go and see a monastery on the way back to Athens and it was amazing. Also guided us to a beach town for dinner on the beach at sunset, just magical.

The proprietor, George, was a wonderful ambassador for Delphi. He welcomed us with open arms and his mother-in-law makes a delicous sour cherry jam. We've stayed in all sorts of inns and bed-and-breakfasts, and George was truly a gem.

George and Vicky are amazing hosts. The rooms are spotlessly clean and our room looked out over a beautiful little rock garden that a beautiful place to sit in the evenings, tranquil and peaceful. The breakfasts are lovely and the location in the heart of Delphi fabulous. George was really kind and helpful when we were trying to retrieve something from our previous lodging (4 hours away by car) and helped us organise having the lost item to a onward location where we could pick it up. A lovely time in Delphi, thank you Georgeand Vicky

Heading to Delphi it was as if the Oracle announced our arrival as we were met on the street and ushered to our rooms and helped with our tons of luggage. The rooms were simple but comfortable and clean. Most importantly the a/c worked well and the small terrace was nice. Everyone was so caring of our children. They were well cared for. The traditional Greek breakfast was made even better with good local bread in addition to the yoghurt, tremendous cherry preserves etc. We really got into some great conversations with our hosts and felt like we weren't just tourists passing through town but people getting invited into someone's home. While it is unlikely that we will return to Delphi, we would most certainly recommend Pithio Rooms.

George and Vickey were fabulous hosts. George speaks English very well and Vickey-not as fluent-works very hard to be helpful. Both could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The room was large, with a comfortable couch. Everything looked fresh and comfortable. Parking is difficult since the hotel is on the small main street. Across from the hotel is a fantastic restaurant with dramatic patio views. Best meals in Greece so far. Highly recommend staying here.

As soon as we approached Pitho rooms with our suitcases, George came running out to help us. A very warm welcome indeed! We also met Vicky who welcomed us in Delphi. Our room was on the first floor (same as the lobby) with a nice balcony at the back. Although there was no view from the balcony (it is a tiny courtyard), the walls there were very nicely decorated with flowers and small statues, making it a nice balcony on which to drink a beer (which we did!). The room was spotless and very quiet thanks to two thick doors separating our room from the lobby, I don't think i slept better anywhere in Greece than here! As soon as we got out of our room again Vicky apologized to us that we did not get a room with a double bed, since there was a family with two very young children occupying the floor that she wanted to put us on, fearing that it might produce some noise. Very considerate indeed, but we were perfectly happy with the room she gave us so no apologies necessary! George made a very nice breakfast in the morning with warm bread and told us all we needed to know about the Delphi sites, we couldn't have asked for a better host! We both agree that this was our best accomodation we encountered in Greece. George and Vicky were so nice to us and if we ever return to Delphi we would absolutely stay again in Pitho rooms. Highly recommended!

George and Vicki were very helpful and gracious hosts at Pitho. Highly recommend. There is no elevator in this small hotel. However, George carried the luggage upstairs for an elderly companion and thoughtfully rearranged his room to be on a lower level.
