At a beautiful and quiet location right on the beach, the Plakias Bay Hotel offers wonderful views and comfortable accommodations. All of the 28 rooms have one double and one single bed, a private veranda and bathroom, sea view and air conditioning. Take walks on the beach and admire the rocky bay. When back at the hotel, enjoy the healthy and delicious homemade food and the owners' own organic red wine served in the restaurant in a cozy and family-friendly atmosphere. The beach right in front of the hotel is a Blue Flag certified beach. Hotel Rooms: 28

è un hotel a gestione familiare e propio su un mare molto bello e loontano dal caos della piccola cittadina Il bagno è al limite della tolleranza: un buco per la doccia che schizzada ogni parte e non essendoci le fognature in tutto il sud di creta è sconveniente dover lasciare la carta igienica sporca nel cestino

E' stata una piacevole sorpresa di più non potevano trovare. Molto gradevole lo spirito cordiale e la massima disponibilità a qualunque richiesta del cliente. Bella e ampia la camera nella sua semplicità in stile greco e con una splendida vista mare dal grazioso terrazzino della baia di Plakia. Abbondante colazione con prodotti genuini e di ottima qualità consumati in un amorevole giardino sempre con un impagabile panorama. Apprezzabile la pulizia in qualunque spazio dell'hotel. Adatto per famiglie con bambini per la bella e comoda vicina spiaggia. Lasciato a malincuore e ci torneremo.

Mir gefiel die ruhig - entspannte familiäre Atmosphäre des Hotels. Das Frühstück ist ideenlos eintönig, die "snacks" zu Mittag ebenso und werden daher nicht in Anspruch genommmen.

Ce que j'ai surtout apprécié, c'est le calme, la vue et la gentillesse du personnel et des patrons. La plage est magnifique! Les lits sont très confortables, les repas excellents (malheureusement que 2 soirs par semaine). Il m'a manqué une TV pour accéder aux informations.

L'hotel è direttamente sulla spiaggia, ma fuori Plakias; tenete presente che -ad agosto- questa parte della baia è battuta da un vento fortissimo e non è possibile stare in spiaggia, meglio myoversi nelle baie vicine. La struttura è graziosa, ma il prezzo della doppia è davvero troppo alto per ciò che offre l'hotel. Di contro il personale è squisito.

Quiet. A bit on the side of the town but not too far to walk. Very good location near tha nudist part of Plakias beach (the nudists are not under your nose though, you can avoid them if that's not your thing). With car / motorcycle 5 minutes away from the Damnoni beach and from the Micro Amoudi nudist beach.
