Owner met us at airport for no charge. Also helped when we left with a lift to bus station
Friendly owner, nice room. Generally speaking, this is a rather decent place to stay in Thira, but don't let the pool on the photo fool you - it's rather smallish.
Thira is walking distance away, but the walk itself is not very comfortable.
Nice welcoming providing information, city map and glass of water. Quiet area.
Out of the Thira, but I actually appreciated it because the town is noisy and full of tourists.
About a 10min walk to Fira...perfect quiet location and friendly staff. Nice outdoor area with a lovely view of the ocean in the distance.
We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect. The host proposed transfert to the center. It is not so far from the center. 10mins walking. The personnel very nice, room cleaned every day.
- hosts were very friendly and helpful, they even gave us a drive to the bus station when we left.
- you could smell a little old sigarette inside the room.
nice and very helpfull owner
a bit difficult to find (to the camping site and further down the road)
Very clean, the owner is almost always around and is very helpful. Unlike other reviews the hotel is a ten minute walk uphill to Fira. Unless you're incredibly out of shape this shouldn't be a problem.
John is friendly person and he provided many advises for us. Also, he drove us to airport which was really helpful:) Although we had to walk for 10 mins for Fira centre, however, it was safe to walk home. Moreover, the small kitchen is helpful to save money. I had a great time in Santorini and I will recommend friends to stay in this B&B in future.
wifi is not stable
Perfect room and the family that runs the place is very friendly. I enjoyed having a swimming pool and the location is quite good. Walking distance to Fira.
Very nice family own hotel near Fira downtown. Rooms are like small apartments. Have microwave, electric kettle, lil fridge, small table, etc. // The personal is great, they try to help you with everything! // Far enough from Fira buzz in a quiet hood.// Airport transporation for only 15 euro!//I Def would stay here again.
Wifi left much to be desire. During some hours of the day it was impossible to use. Very slow // Swimming pool only up to 8pm.// Although near downtown, you have to walk up the hill so consider it! But if you plan to rent a vehicle it's ok then!! // No tv in the room //
Good hotel near the city centre of fira, reachable in 10 minutes by feet. Hosts are suitable and very nice! They are available in most cases but not for all ones. For example, trasfert from airport to hotel (and viceversa) is not free. Furthermore, for the first two days we stayed in a small hot room despite of we paid for a bigger one. Fortunately, for the next days we changed room and the situation was rescued. This one was big and quite nice. Host accepts only cash to pay our booking (fiscal point was ok: ticket received) so I searched a greek bank compatible with my credit card paying 4 Euro of tax. There are also good things: host gave us tourist informations about the best resturants and places to visit. Furthermore, host helped us to find a good company to rent a scooter. Again, It is a good place to spend your holiday
Close to the center of town. Nice clean room.
What I didn't like is that I was charged 15€ for a pick up from the port, and I had to take the bus to the port when I had to leave, even though on the web site it states that pick up and drop off from/to the port is free.
The staff were fantastic. Could not do enough to help.
Location was not great. It is a fair walk up hill to town.
The hotel is in a quiet area of Fira close to the camping area. The owner and his family are very friendly and helpful. Yannis drove me to the airport from where I had to pick up our rental car. The room was very clean. Good value for money.
The hotel is difficult to find, no signs, about 10-15 minutes walk down the hill from the bus terminal. It's better to call there for instructions. The bathroom was very small. Okay for one night but not for a longer stay.
The owever, his son and wife are all very kind, the room is big and clean with a terrace. Everthing is perfected. We get good value for the money. Strongly recommend.
Owners very helpful, room was clean and had a nice little balcony.
We found it to be too far from the center of Fira. It's a good 15 minute walk and it's all up hill.
Run by a family where nothing was too much trouble. Yanis collected us from the airport when we arrived on Santorini and took us to the port when we moved on to Ios. He organised a hire quad bike quickly when asked. On the odd occasion when we were relaxing by the pool after being out all day Yanis gave us a glass of local wine and coffee without being asked... a really nice friendly family. When Yanis dropped us off at the port we gave him a 10 Euro tip and you'd have thought we had given him the world. If we return to Santorini we will stay with them again. Many thanks for your hospitality. The location was ideal for us 300 metres from the busy town area and there was no noise issues.
Nothing to dislike
Was like a private villa yet close to town. Family were attentive and lovely. Gave very personal service. Felt like I was at home. Felt very comfortable.
Maybe the port is getting a bit old for the capacity of guests entering the island. Taxi ride overcharging???
The owner and his family were very friendly, and really made us feel welcome. There is a lovely area to sit outside the rooms, with a table and chairs. The hotel is hard to find, so call if needed, we got picked up from the bus station. They are a 10 min walk from the city centre. Fridge and shower worked well.
The interior was old, but didnt matter as we spent all day outside.
My stay was great, staff were more then perfect, being just out of town perfect for some down time and especially took use of the wifi, great stay just be mindful it's about a 5-6 min walk to town uphill but didn't effect my stay at all, would deffinetly recommend !
Very helpful and nice family, they gave a drive for us to the port..
Very friendly family owned place. Good value for money.
The staff is very kind and helpfull They pick us at 2 a.m. In the central station Very quite and calm Breakfast ok
Breakfast could have more variety but is ok
Yannis was very kind to come pick us up from the port and he welcomed us at the hotel with a glass of fresh juice, he helped us getting around the city by showing us around , I would definitely go back :)
The hill to go to the center is a bit hard to walk at the end of the day even if it's close, 7 min walk ...
