The location is excellent - in a pedestrian area, which is known for the many typical Greek restaurants. Main shopping streets and points of interest are within short walking distance. In general, great value for money. At night it gets a bit noisy as there are some clubs in the area. Also, the hotel doesn't have its own parking, and since we were with a car, we had to pay 25 euros per day on a nearby parking lot. But parking is a general problem in Thessaloniki.

It is located in a great neighbourhood, with lots of restaurants, taverns and bars and basically amazing aprty atmosphere - just what we needed on a weekend break. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Also we've got a great deal, I'm not sure what are the regular prices, but for the one we've got it was superb :). Would recommend / visit again.

The location is excellent. Close to restaurants and the harbour. The room was big an very clean. The buffet for breakfast offers a large selection. The price is very cheap. Next stay in Thessaloniki i will book it again.

Close location to all city activities. Good restaurants and taverns close by. Free internet. There is noise coming from clubs in the same block over weekend nites, but bearable. Coming late to hotel you can see drunk people on streets. In pedesterian zone, so no car access. You need to park on streets if you like risk (signs of towing yet everybody parks) or pay additional 15+ EUR for a parking lot. Go to the parking by Astoria hotel. It is cheaper.

Clean, spacious, and well decorated rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast buffet. Great value for money. We can definitely recommend Plaza Art!

Location is perfect, just 1 minute from everything, though some ugly unfinished buildings are situated near the hotel, that why the whole area looks unpleasant. The price was reasonable for such a location and breakfast is included in the rate. The breakfast is rich but the food is not tasty at all - one of the worst i've ever tried. The sausages seemed to be made not of the meat but of something artificial, the eggs were not fresh, the juices were made of very poor concentrates, as well as coffee. The bakery had too much fat. The internet is not free and we didn't use it. Th carpets were very dirty with traces of something brown spoiled over it. The room clearly need to be restored and renewed as there are scratches and other damage on furnishings. The windows didn't close tight and there were always an annoying noise from the street.

The design of the room was perfect. The room had a living room and a bathroom with hydromasaz and it was like a little suite. The price for the room was excellent. For me everything was very good. Only for those who have a car maybe incovenient that the hotel does not have parking. An dmaybe for those who travel for business reasons that it has not have free internet.

The hotel in very close to the events in the city center but as there no parking place and the private parkings are very expensive it is not more considerable for me to stay there another time. With the parking fees it comes for an other 4 star hotel. I would not recommend it.

Location for the price was excellent, cannot say more. Just a few minutes walk from the Pier, the shops and in a fabulous little area offer many wine bars and tavernas in the eve, lots within a stones throw. Staff were nice and the rooms clean, couldnt ask for more for the money. Will definately stay again. Car Park just aroudn the corner.

Very good location, close to seaside and downtown. If possible, try to get last floor rooms, especially room 702; it is an apartment actually, huge balcony and very nice view towards the sea.
