Plaza Art Hotel

The personel was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was rich and on time (07.30 in Saturday).

AC control in the room was not operating properly (no temp.adjustment, just On and Of).

Nice hotel located i nthe center of Thessaloniki, very convenient for shopping and sightseing.Staff is very profesional. Rooms are big enought.

We liked very much the uniqueness of each room, friendly personnel and the top location.

Because of the location of some pubs around the hotel, it is too noisy at night, music plays too loud from the adjacent locales.

This is an average hotel in a great location. Otherwise- broken shower, not working TV remote control, below average breakfast.

Hotel is in the city center and close to the main shopping area and cafes and restaurants. The position of hotel is realy great.

It could be noisy in the evening because a lot of cafes are nearby and I don't recommend for the people who needs very piecefull enviroment.

I like location of the Plaza Art Hotel, it is in the center of Thessaloniki. Design is very interesting...breakfast is OK :)

The elevator, could be considered unsafe. Smoky atmosphere of breakfast room and lobby.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but this is true all over Thessaloniki and not necessarily a feature of the hotel. The cleaning "staff" appears to be one woman that works very hard and I felt for her.

This is essentially a prostitution hotel with lots of couples using it for interludes and other such. My room was decorated in red with drapes that are too long for the windows, it was musty and simply looked disgusting. I felt as though I had been stored in an attic. Indeed, I worked all night and did not even use the bed as it was good motivation not to sleep. Forget about the bathroom.

Good location, close to the city center and the restaurants. Very good breakfast. The only thing missing was fresh fruit.

The pictures of the hotel rooms, which are posted on the internet do not give a good idea of what the rooms look like in reality. No balconies, the rooms definitely need renovation, everything is old and worn down. The hotel is selling triple rooms, but does not have such. Instead, they put an extra bed in a double room, which is really uncomfortable.
