I would like to recommend Plaza in Skiathos to everyone I know. We were very pleased in every way - but one: We had read that we could go on the Internet, which was true, but the price we had to pay was three euro and 10 cents for only one hour. Figure out how much that is if You need to be on 24-7. No good. But everything else was worth it.

Lovely hotel in tranquil location. The hotel is a short walk from Kanapitsa beach where there is a taverna which serves good food with stunning views. You can get a water taxi from the beach into Skiathos town (it takes about 20 mins and costs 3 euros) making the hotel ideally located for a restful holiday. The hotel staff are very pleasant and work hard to make sure that guests are provided with excellent service. A good choice of food is available for breakfast including fresh fruit (melon,grapes,kiwi fruit, peach slices and banana), greek yoghurt and honey, cereals, eggs (boiled or fried), omelettes, a selection of cold meats and cheese as well as bread and cakes. Breakfast is served in the rooftop terrace area which has spectacular views over the bay. There is also a poolside bar and taverna which serves drinks,snacks and meals.The hotel manager Angelo will provide an airport pickup/dropoffservice if requested and works tirelessly to keep facilities in good order. We have just returned from our third visit and look forward to going back again.

Wonderful uninterupted view from balcony over Kanapitsa Bay Rather tired bathroom which should be refurbished. No personal safe in room.

Excellent behaviour of the staff. Nice breakfast with local specialities (i.e. pies). Superb location on top of hill offer nice view over canapitsa bay and cool wind in the heart of summertime. Nice comfortable rooms. Nice open restaurant available serving well cooked dishes. Boat -taxi offers regular trips to and from tovn to canapitsa bay near hotel at low cost price . location of the pool can cause a bit of noise disturbance during early morning and afternoon.

Beliggenheden var perfekt. Morgenmad var fint og afslappende. Jeg valgte hotellet fordi der også var Internet, men det viste sig, at det kostede 3,10 Euro for blot 1 time. Internet bør altid være med I prisen, med minbdre det er et billigt hotel. Familier med børn tog meget plads ved morgenbordet. De støjede og forældrene tog sig ikke af deres børn som smed mad på gulvet og glas blev smadret på gulvet. Personalet gjorde alt for at hjælpe, men forældrene virkede ligeglade. På den baggrund var det utroligt at det skulle koste penge at komme på Internettet.

The problem we faced was there was no taxi at the port. The hotel did not arrange / could not arrange a vehicle to pick up, so we hired a Moror Bike and paid extra 38 Euro plus 10 Euro petrol and reached the Hotel.
