- helpful reception and parking lot staff - excellent location - modern stylish spacious rooms

-Housekeeping way beneath acceptable standards for a 4 * hotel (not even close to a resort) - the mini fridge simply doesn't work!!!!! - unsufficient toiletries - helpful and friendly but extremely slow and unexperienced beach bar service. The beach staff was nice and helpful - be extremely careful with room charges at check out!!!!! Mistakes and wrong charges!!!!!!

I liked location

We very much enjoyed our stay at Plaza Resort Hotel, Palaiá Fókaia. The staff could not have been nicer and the hotel is clean and modern, with efficient (FREE) wi-fi throughout, which was a bonus. Timing played a significant role in our stay, because the hotel was not full of tourists. A company conference had booked most of the rooms and so the days were quiet as they went about their business. We went out to eat during the evenings so I can't comment about any noise while they enjoyed the hotel facilities.

No doubt it would be a different story were the hotel to have been full of families. As a young mature couple (!) we enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Location and the sea view beach was clean

This is a 3 stars hotel at most, and it is not a resort at all I booked a triple executive room with sea view, and asked in the reception to have a king bed in the room , just to find out that they have attached two narrow single beds together to form a queen bed with a big crack in the middle between the two mattresses, I don't imagine any 5 stars resort in the world would do such thing, this is the attitude of the low profile hotels the floor carpet covered all the room and it was very dirty with permanent dirty spots all over the room it was really disgusting. The room furniture and bed covers were miserable the bathroom is very tiny, with no slope in the floor which traps the water every where , defects in the washbasin which traps water, not to mention the blinking bathroom light there was no beach activities,sports or amenities, the beach was dead, its a beach hotel only and has nothing to do with resorts the price is very high ,they don't deserve half the price, seriously we deserve partial refund from this hotel highly non recommended

Superb food, perfect sea views and extremely helpful staff!!!

The hotel, rooms, pool and beach are fabulous. Only beaten by the quality of the dinner we had in the Ivory restaurant.

The serving staff were poor, to the extent of appauling. Very slow. At the beach it was difficult to get the attention of the servers and after ordering we would often wait up to half an hour for them to bring a bottle of coke or water. As an international five star hotel charging upwards of 250 euros a night this is not good enough. The restuarant staff were much worse however. There were three tables eating at 10pm when we arrived, yet it took an age to get anything. Drinks orders were slow and forgotten. Butter or oil or extra bread was never brough out. And we even piled our own plates and empty bottle on to another table as we were so frustrated at their lack of speed, attention or care at remving them after each course. A real shame as the location and the food itself were faultless.

The location is in a very nice place within Attica, which is far away from the crowded Athens. Moreover, the sea is excellent at this place

Plaza Resort's beach is very close to public beaches, and the sound from the music is very loud, Someone cannot be easily isolated from the others, and the music constantly reminds that..

Not really 5 Star. Restaurant menu selection was poor. Not really a Greek experience

Very friendly staff, care taking, well improvising if needed, good information at reception desk. Excellent house keeping (new towels twice a day) Nice seaside location, nice beach and pool area. Close to fishermans village with cosy local restaurants and market.

Carpets in corridors and rooms, looking old and shaggy. They MUST be changed, not to new carpets, but into hard floors, wood or (even better) stone.

το δωματιο , ειχε θεα προσ το παρκινγκ αν και ειχα κλεισει με θεα στην θαλ/σα

Πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα. Ωραία σκιά και δροσιά τα δέντρα και το γκαζόν δίπλα στην πισίνα. Η live μουσική το βράδυ. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό, και το φαγητό και ο χώρος.

Κλείνει η κουζίνα και ανοίγει πάλι στις 20:00. Το service στο καφέ-μπαρ του ξενοδοχείου ήταν κακό.

de kamers met zicht op de bergen stroken niet met de foto's van de site, véél te klein, gordijnen die te lang zijn, gordijnen van de rails, badkamer niet meer hedendaags, we zouden nooit meer naar dit hotel terug gaa de ligging en uitzicht is geen moutain view maar op lelijke oude appartementen

Η εξαιρετική συμπεριφόρα και εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού ιδίως στους χώρους της παραλίας και του εξωτερικού μπαρ

Δέν είχε μπιστολάκι μαλλιών το μπάνιο, μικρή οθόνη τηλεόρασης, κοντές διπλές κουρτίνες δωματίων με αποτέλεσμα από τα χαράματα να σε ξυπνάει ο ήλιος, δεν είχε κατάλογο room service στο δωμάτιο, ακριβό το εστιατόριο στην πισίνα- σε σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής,

Eιναι μια πολυ καλη προταση για καποιον που θελει να χαλαρωσει σ ενα beach hotel εντος αττικης.ειναι βολικο για παιδια,μεγαλη πισινα,ησυχη αμμωδης παραλια,ομορφοι εξωτερικοι χωροι,πλουσιο πρωινο.

η απολυτη παραπλανηση μεταξυ ενος 5αστερου-και καλα-ξενοδοχειου και του επιπεδου service.πρωτη μερα...δεν υπηρχαν πετσετες για τις ξαπλωστρες- περιμεναμε 40 λεπτα να ερθουν-δευτερη μερα...ψαχναμε για δευτερη ξαπλωστρα κι οταν ζητησα απο καποιον μου απαντησε μαλλον τελειωσαν,αν βρω καμια θα σας φερω...τελικα προσφερθηκε μια απο την διπλανη παρεα.τριτη μερα στο πρωινο ξεχασανε τους καφεδες...αλλα ζητησαν συγγνωμη... το καλυτερο ομως ηταν το μπαλκονακι του δωματιου.δεν ηταν για να κατσεις οχι επειδη εβλεπες τις πολυκατοικιες της παλαις φωκαιας αλλα επειδη δεν ειχε καθαριστει μαλλον ποτε...αποτσιγαρα...ψιχουλα...και κουτσουλιες περιστεριων.και μεσα βεβαια η μοκετουλα ειχε τις πινελιες της απο χυμενους καφεδες...δεν λεω...τελος μην παρετε μαζι σας καμια δικη σας λευκη πετσετα.θα την μπερδεψουν οι καθαριστριες και παπαλα...

το οτι ειχε κοντα τη θαλασσα

πηγαμε 3 μέρες γιατι παντρευαμε ένα ζευγάρι φιλων. από το δωμάτιο μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι, από το πρωσοπικό δεν μείναμε, είχε εκπαιδευόμενους , οι οποιοι δεν γνώριζαν τη δουλεια και αργούσαν τις παραγγελίες μας. η δεξιωση τοτ γ'αμου ήταν απαράδεκτη, δεν ειχαν καθόλου καλό σερβις, η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού ήταν άσχημη. ο dj ήταν άσχετος και ο κόσμος έφυγε νωρίς. στις 7 που θελήσαμε να φάμε βραδινό το μόνο που σέρβιραν ήταν κλαμπ και τοστ. απαράδεκτο για πόσο καλό ξενοδοχείο.

1. Στο δωμάτιο που μείναμε δεν κλείδωνε η μπαλκονόπορτα. Δεν επιδιορθώθηκε παρότι αναφέρθηκε. 2. Δεν κλείδωνε το χρηματοκιβώτιο. Δεν βρέθηκε λύση παρότι αναφέρθηκε. 3. Ιστός αράχνης στο ταβάνι και μυρμήγκια στο νιπτήρα. 4. Τρίχα στη μπανιέρα. 5. Ανεπαρκής ψύξη στο minibar. 6. Προβληματικό wi-fi.

αργο και ανεπαρκεσ service για το μεγεθοσ και τον τυπο του ξενοδοχειου ζητησαμε αλλαγη ψυγειου που δεν εγινε ποτε καθωσ και βοηθεια διοτι δεν εκλεινε η κουρτινα και δεν ηρθε κανεισ

Location, room

Extremely slow service especially at the beach, the reception was indifferent to customers' needs, no way a resort.

Schöne Lage am Strand, sehr gepflegtes Gelände.

Trotz geringer Belegung wurde uns nur ein Zimmer zur lauten Straßenseite ohne Blick zum Meer angeboten - hätten wir sehr gerne genommen und auch bezahlt!
