s-pool beach room-service breakfast
in restaurant by the beach - on weekend the personnel is very slow and unorganized. The prise is very high for such service.
Restaurants setting very good. Beautiful location.
the pool and the sea
the staff in the restaurant in the hotel (not the beach bar) in the evening were rude and slow
Nice bedroom with spacious covered balcony ( 2nd floor room, sea facing ), Nice pool and Sun Loungers with a spacious beach area, Good Beach bar, within walking proximity to excellent local tavernas. Room cleaning unobtrusive, polite friendly staff.
Room rate, food and drink prices in Hotel - especially local alcohol (eg Euro 24 for local white wine?) Wedding parties took up all space by Pool/Beach/Bar areas over our weekend stay, no gymnasium.

Location was good and wifi was OK and conplimentary
Our room had heavy stained carpets, dirty food like stains on bedside lampshade and shower did not stay up. Overall room was outdated and unclean looking. Told the staff more than once, nothing was done. As a regularly international traveller, staying in 5 star hotels, this feels like a 2-3 Star masquerading as a 5 star. A shame because the hotel has a lot of potential and is without any major competition. Massive improvement in staff service both by sea and pool and concierge and reception. If only the hotel's owners and staff took pride and passion in their business, what a great place it could be.
I liked the pool/beach area.
I think the whole place could be freshened up a little bit and it would make such a difference. The style is good but everything looks a little tired.
The beach location is great. The hotel has a beautiful view.
The room we were in had stained and worn carpeting. There was no enforcing of their private beach. Getting the attention of the servers on the beach was difficult. When we dined at their restaurant on the beach it was over an hour before we received our food when we had lunch (kebabs and salmon). The main dining restaurant had a live band that played extremely loudly making it impossible to have a conversation at supper. We could also hear the music in our hotel room and when we called to complain we were told it wouldn't stop until 0100 hours that night. The breakfast buffet was poorly organized by having all of the food placed in a small alcove. Most of the food on the buffet was also not refilled.
service in all areas are poor and not acceptable for a 5* hotel
The beach. The massages (upon request) are great.
Carpet in the room always makes me feel that it is not completely clean. Everything is overpriced in the hotel: minibar, restaurant (but there is a great restaurant in the village, Chima).
View, beach, pool, breakfast
Mosquitos, walls stained with blood from squashed mosquitoes. Ordered double & got 2 singles put together, stains on carpet. Reception staff disinterested in problems despite asking turned away when attempted to express disatisfaction
location,cleanness of room.
Very poor breakfast for a 165 euros hotel. Unavailability of telephone, either staff was not available 24 hours, or the telephone centre was damage. However, a 5 stars hotel has always alternative scenarios. The location indications were very poor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Excellent service at reception and day time snack bar.
Very poor service in the restaurant, limited items available from the menu.
nice pool nice garden nice lobby
no hair dryer
Location, garden, beach
The personnel is polite and willing to serve. Clean Room and all facilities. Nice location
The maintenance was unacceptable. It was a constant noise in the bathroom from the plumbing. I made a notice to the reception, but it was unable to find a solution. In addition the aircondition was very noisy too.
The beach is excellent
Bed is horrific Restaurant prices are way too high
the location and general size and look of the hotel
not a hotel for couples who want to chill in a cool and quiet surroundings and enjoy the evening at the hotel beach bar... absolutely dead no music no guest nothing. all families with noisy children all day all over the hotel and beach area the rest old couples..
The staff were friendly and the rooms spacious and clean. The pool and beach area were very pleasant and the breakfast terrace and the beach restaurant.
Our room was described as 'mountain view' this was actually car park view. There was very little to do in the immediate area and like all big hotels the sense of being in Greece just left you and you could have been anywhere in the world.
Location, proximity to the beach. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Those with sea view are particularly beautiful. Staff is very friendly, though stressed due to the fact that the hotel is understaffed.
Understaffed, resulting in inadequate level of service for a five-star hotel. Also several details are inadequate for a five-star (for example, beach towels provided were torn or otherwise damaged). The hotel has not undergone significant maintenance recently - that is visible in the rooms and elsewhere.
the overall price
Location directly at the beach. Towels and sunbeds for free.
Rooms definitely need to be refurbished; stains at the carpet; curtains hanging loose; furniture old. Rooms with "mountain view" (in reality this is "parking view) are noisy because of the very busy street in front of the hotel.
The beach and garden
It is not clean enough.
Location is good. Parking staff were excellent and very friendly. Same for reception.
Very limited facilities for a 5 star hotel. Just a pool and a bar. Private beach not so private. Anybody can come and use it. Staff at the pool and restaurant oh my god. Ordered 2 coffees took them 1 hour and after we asked them 2 more times they brought us the coffees. Then after 5 minutes they bring us 2 more. When the waitress sees that we already have our order she was like ok what should i do with these now? Can you pay for those coffees too. Couldn't find umbrellas to sit in the private beach and the answer of the waiter was what can we do that's life. Mind you this is a hotel that you have to pay 200 euros per night not a bed and breakfast.
