Hotellet er helt greit og ligger sentralt til i Aten nærme metrostasjon. Hva gjelder service opplevdes resepsjonen som ikke alt for vennlig. Tonen var utålmodig og litt avfeiende. Rommet var helt greit, men badet var svært lite. |

Det var kjekke folk som jobbet på hotellet.Likte også hotellbaren bra. Når det står i hotellspesifikasjonene at der er balkong så forventer jeg dette men det fikk vi ikke.Så det jeg mener er at det ikke skal stå skrevet viss det ikke er det for da hadde jeg valgt et annet hotell i stede. |

Comfortable, and convenient to the National Archeological Museum There is a big difference between four and five stars. I've stayed at nicer three star hotels all over the EU. The four star rating wasn't really justified, but I've stayed at worse places for lots more money. For my purposes, I can't complain, but I know most other people would not be happy. |

Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Location was not the best for international travellers coming to Athens but the subway was close by. |

Staff very matter if fact. Free internet and view from rooftop bar both excellent. Location near Omonia square was not good after dark. |

The roofgarden we liked very much. The food in the roofgarden was not fantastic, and the big screen was annoying. I heared from a friend who livs in Athens that the neighbourhood was very bad and felt not comfortable walking with the children in the evening. I think especially on behalf of the children the reception could have mentioned something about the unsafety part of the neighbourhood. |

The view of the acropolis from the rooftop restaurant, the cleanliness of the facilities, nice choice of breakfast items, friendly staff, close to the Metro, eating places around the hotel The beds were really hard and the people in the neighborhood around the hotel were questionable |

Helpful staff. Free wireless broadband plus 2 computers available for clients' use. Very central location, easy to get to Acropolis and Archeoligical museum, 2 min walk to Omonia metro station. Nice view on the Acropolis from the garden roof. Dodgy area especially at night which is a shame for the hotel. Restaurant-bar on first floor seemed to always be shut, no one to serve so had to go to garden roof to get something to eat. Food was always too salty. Rooms with balcony on main road are too noisy at night due to heavy traffic. |

I didn't like anything at this hotel. The location was horrible and didn’t have single night to sleep as it was noisy all the time. |

Terrific location within walking distance of Metro and major tourist attractions. Wonderful views of Acropolis and Lykavittos Hill from Rooftop garden. Efficient helpful staff. Would stay there again. No tea/coffee making facilities in room |

We loved the room - the design was very trendy and very comfortable. Breakfast was also very, very good! The hotel offers a large variety of hot and cold food options. Finally, the hotel bar is also very cool! We had an amazing view of the acropolis. The neighborhood. There are better neighborhoods if you want to stay in athens, such as syntagma square. |

The location and very helpful staff. Our room on the 8th floor had a terrace and view of the Acropolis The carpet had a whole in it. The room could use some updating |

The reception staff were very helpful and efficient and the location of the hotel is good for accessing all the sites in Athens. the restaurant service was very poor and not up to the standard expected of a four star hotel. The quality of food was disappointing. Although conveniently situated the hotel is in an unsavoury part of the city locally renowned for pick-pockets and drug addicts, the taxi drivers warned us of this however we did not experience any problems. |

the roof terrace bar with great views of athens, especially acropolis. the room we stayed in was very average for a 4 star hotel, definitely more like a 2 star hotel, very dark, damp, not very clean. |

That the standard was as described, the rate was acceptable and that it was in walking distance from major attractions. The view from the roof cafe/bar was a little below our expectations |

The staff were extremely friendly. As it was our wedding anniversary they upgraded our room to the best room in the hotel. The location was great just 5 mins walk from the metro 1 stop for Plaka area and two stops for the Acropolis. |
