(1) общественные зоны - кафе первого этажа и террасса на крыше (1) отель 4-5 звезд должен соотсествовать заявленной категории, в этом отеле 2+ в лучшем случае, нельзя называть grand hotel такой отель (мы думали так только в египте поступают, а не в европе) (2) комнаты и корридоры должны быть оремонтированы не как в общежитии(с пластиковыми треснутыми уголками на стенах), кондиционер не должен выливать конденсат на пол балкона, (3) стекла треснутые должны быть заменены, (4) продумать изоляцию от уличного шума, (5) нет свежей зелени и соков(не инвайт) на завтраке. |

качество белья, полотенец и т.п. чистота, комфорт, отзывчивость персонала (без труда поменяли даты бронирования, т.к. не было возможности сделать это электронным способом за 2 дня до заселения в отель), очень неплохой завтрак (может быть, маловато овощей-фруктов, но в целом - очень достойный континентальный завтрак), близость главных шопинговых улиц и исторически-культурных достопримечательностей (не потребовалось даже использовать общественный транспорт), 20-30 минут пешком до Синтагмы (от нее же автобус в аэропорт), столько же до Плаки-Монастираки (можно срезать и идти по пешеходной улочке почти сразу за Omonia Square, ориентир, конечно же Парфенон) звукоизоляция - отель находится в очень шумном месте, но в целом терпимо - все таки удобство расположения и комфорт, цена-качество перевешивают. По поводу криминогенности района - согласна с отзывами, но просто нужно быть аккуратными (центр Афин вообще мало приятное в этом плане место). Лично мы без приключений, хотя заселялись в 2 часа ночи и возвращались часто поздно. |

Впринципе находится в центре, но мы каждый раз его искали по полчаса, так как отель затерян в переулках :) А так всё ок. |

Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Location was not the best for international travellers coming to Athens but the subway was close by. |

Staff very matter if fact. Free internet and view from rooftop bar both excellent. Location near Omonia square was not good after dark. |

The roofgarden we liked very much. The food in the roofgarden was not fantastic, and the big screen was annoying. I heared from a friend who livs in Athens that the neighbourhood was very bad and felt not comfortable walking with the children in the evening. I think especially on behalf of the children the reception could have mentioned something about the unsafety part of the neighbourhood. |

The view of the acropolis from the rooftop restaurant, the cleanliness of the facilities, nice choice of breakfast items, friendly staff, close to the Metro, eating places around the hotel The beds were really hard and the people in the neighborhood around the hotel were questionable |

Helpful staff. Free wireless broadband plus 2 computers available for clients' use. Very central location, easy to get to Acropolis and Archeoligical museum, 2 min walk to Omonia metro station. Nice view on the Acropolis from the garden roof. Dodgy area especially at night which is a shame for the hotel. Restaurant-bar on first floor seemed to always be shut, no one to serve so had to go to garden roof to get something to eat. Food was always too salty. Rooms with balcony on main road are too noisy at night due to heavy traffic. |

I didn't like anything at this hotel. The location was horrible and didn’t have single night to sleep as it was noisy all the time. |

Terrific location within walking distance of Metro and major tourist attractions. Wonderful views of Acropolis and Lykavittos Hill from Rooftop garden. Efficient helpful staff. Would stay there again. No tea/coffee making facilities in room |

We loved the room - the design was very trendy and very comfortable. Breakfast was also very, very good! The hotel offers a large variety of hot and cold food options. Finally, the hotel bar is also very cool! We had an amazing view of the acropolis. The neighborhood. There are better neighborhoods if you want to stay in athens, such as syntagma square. |

The reception staff were very helpful and efficient and the location of the hotel is good for accessing all the sites in Athens. the restaurant service was very poor and not up to the standard expected of a four star hotel. The quality of food was disappointing. Although conveniently situated the hotel is in an unsavoury part of the city locally renowned for pick-pockets and drug addicts, the taxi drivers warned us of this however we did not experience any problems. |

the roof terrace bar with great views of athens, especially acropolis. the room we stayed in was very average for a 4 star hotel, definitely more like a 2 star hotel, very dark, damp, not very clean. |

The staff were extremely friendly. As it was our wedding anniversary they upgraded our room to the best room in the hotel. The location was great just 5 mins walk from the metro 1 stop for Plaka area and two stops for the Acropolis. |
