The view was just amazing, our room was big and individual and the breakfast was very good as well! my hairdryer was broken but it wasn't a huge deal. |

The front desk staff Martin and Dimitri are very knowledgeable and helpful, they're great if you need any information about the island and what to do. The location is just a short climb to the town center so its very accessible (it is a significant number of steps to and from your room though), and the view is straight on the Caldera/volcano, which only a few hotels offer, so that's primarily what you're paying for. The breakfast is good and offers multiple options. When we arrived we were "upgraded" at no cost for half our stay to a bigger room because our booking was not available, which meant the inconvenience of packing and unpacking twice. The bathrooms in both the rooms had plugged drains to the tubs would fill up while taking a shower, and the A/C was quite noisy, since this is an older facility, the amenities are a little "tired", but if you're there for the view that's what you get. Finally, for the prices charged there is no complimentary port transfer which costs almost 5 times as much as taking the bus. |

The room was spacious and cosy. We enjoyed watching the sunset from our private deck with table and chairs. The swimming pool was nice. The gay couple at the reception was really helpful. Transfer from the boat is expensive if using the shuttle used by the hotel, so prefer a taxi |

Sunset view from the room, Greek style breakfast, location, pool, rooms had private patios..... The beds could have been a tiny bit more comfortable. Hotel Staff could have been a tad friendlier. I also think the hotel should have the upstairs bar open - at least for drinks during sunset. |

The location is ideal, right in the heart of Fira. Yet, it's away from the hustle and bustle of the town. 5 mins walk from the bus terminal and main square. Spectacular view of the volcano island and the aegean sea! the rates was a little pricey but the view was spectacular!!! No recommended for those traveling with young children as the hotel is make up of different tiers connected by steps. As it's being built by the caldera cliff. |

Amazing view and truly unique style - everyone's fantasy of the Greek Isles fulfilled. The only thing I wasn't really happy about were the beds - very, very hard - like a slab - I was actually sore the next day - I would love to come back and stay longer but I would have to bring an air mattress. |

Wonderful Volcano, Sea, Ferry port and stair to Fira view hotel. each room has half private balconi, trad' white painted cozy room. heated blanket. perfect for honeymooner and who wants meditation and relax. Fantastic View. many steps to approch this hotel, without baggage this might be great walking in. However, with baggages that must be work out. especially when you are cheking out. but it's View is irregistable. |

This hotel was recommended by a Greek friend of a friend and it certainly lived up to expectations. The private patio outside the rooms, the tasteful design of the hotel and the magnificient view. We even liked having the 3 to 5 cats greeting us every time we leave the rooms. Difficult to lug heavy luggage down the steps but had help from hotel staff, but the view from the rooms are worth it. |
