ポーターのお兄さんが重い荷物でもタクシー乗り場まで運んでくれました（朝５時半出発にもかかわらず）、し- かし絶景の代償でホテルまでの道は奥まってわかり辛く上り下りが激しく、事前に電話して通りまで迎えにきて- もらうことをお奨めします。足腰の体力が必要。とてもかわいく清潔に維持されたお部屋でしたが、敏感な我々- 日本人には水周りの臭いが気になり窓を全開にしていました。

部屋がとても可愛らしく、テラスからの景色は最高！！

景色（サンセット、星空）は最高でした。プールサイドのベッドで寝ながらゆっくりと景色を楽しめる数少ない- ホテルの一つだと思います。街中にあるので食事・買い物に行くのにも便利です。階段の上り下りが必要ですが- 、絶景を見ながらなのでこの階段すら良い演出に思えてきます。犬や猫も迎えてくれます。

洞窟タイプの部屋なので多少湿気があるような気がします。階段があるので、お年寄りには多少つらいかもしれ- ません。プールの水は冷たいです。

崖に沿ってホテルが建てられており部屋のバルコニーからの眺めは最高です。のんびりとした時間をホテルで満- 喫する事ができました。街から坂を降りてホテルに行かないといけませんが、その分絶景を味わえると思ったら- 納得できると思います。

ホテルの場所は若干分かりにくいですので、ホテルの方に場所を聞いて移動した方がいいです。坂道はきついで- すが、頼めば荷物はホテルの方が運んでくれます。

The views were amazing. Easy to relax. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Access extremely difficult. Not accessible by car, need to be fairly fit to cope with the amount of steps for exit.

All stuffs ( ex: maps, guidebooks, towels etc) are adversely affected by moisture ( become wet and ret). Little bit far from city center (rather steep ). Small pool with rubbish.

Reception will be closed at night, but couldn't reach to mobile. Toilette was not good.

the design of the hotel was so cute! it is really like an aegean and really relaxing with nice view of aegean sea!

breakfast was not very very good but just normal. too much expectation is not good for the breakfast.

Gorgeous view--outstanding suites...the manager was also extremely friendly and helpful (including on tips about how to enjoy the island). Outstanding service and outstanding hotel overall!

Very minor thing, but the wireless internet was not as strong and in fact almost nonexistant in some of the lower levels (though that may have just been due to a slight glitch in the system where one of the internet connections may have had to be rebooted).

The front desk staff Martin and Dimitri are very knowledgeable and helpful, they're great if you need any information about the island and what to do. The location is just a short climb to the town center so its very accessible (it is a significant number of steps to and from your room though), and the view is straight on the Caldera/volcano, which only a few hotels offer, so that's primarily what you're paying for. The breakfast is good and offers multiple options.

When we arrived we were "upgraded" at no cost for half our stay to a bigger room because our booking was not available, which meant the inconvenience of packing and unpacking twice. The bathrooms in both the rooms had plugged drains to the tubs would fill up while taking a shower, and the A/C was quite noisy, since this is an older facility, the amenities are a little "tired", but if you're there for the view that's what you get. Finally, for the prices charged there is no complimentary port transfer which costs almost 5 times as much as taking the bus.
