Perfect situation with a breathtaking view. Staff very helpful and at our disposal at all times. Great combination room with private terrace to be enjoyed every evening at sunset together with a bottle of Champagne..!!

Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The cute little dog that accompanied us for the breakfast is a bonus. The room is clean and the size is reasonable. The hotel is situated on the cliff so the view is great. It is just a few minutes walk from the city center of Fira. However, as there is no signage at the main road nor the path near the cliff, it is not a easy task to find the hotel.

The hotel staff - Alex was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and the porter carried our bags all the way up and down the approximately 80 steps, and we really appreciated that. The view from our balcony was breathtaking and beautiful even though it was a bit cloudy when we stayed there.

We rented a car in Fira so we could go around the island of Santorini and at the end of a long day we had a hard time finding the road back to the hotel street. Many roads are one way only or pedestrian roads. The steps can be too much if you have heart problems or young kids but we didn't really mind them. The tub was regular size but we would have liked to have a jacuzzi overlooking the volcano.

The view is excellent and the service is very good also. We enjoyed our breakfast at the small balcony outside our room with the breath- taking view.

Loved the design of the Porto Fira Suites and love that it offers an authentic Santorini stay. The hotel is directly on the steps up to Fira town giving easy access to the highlights of the town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definatly stay there again.

Me ha gustado todo, la ubicacion, la vista, el confort del hotel. La atencion del encargo, Alex, es magnifica. Hemos pasado un fin de semana espectacular. Altamente recomendable!

息をのむような絶景でした。 加えて部屋は本格的な洞窟造りに、4歳の息子も大喜び。 子供連れでしたが、のんびりと快適に贅沢な景色を堪能しました。 シャワールームもオーシャンビューで、紺碧の空と海を眺めながらのお風呂は思い出になりました。 折角サントリーニまで行くのでしたら、景色と洞窟を十二分に楽しめるこのホテルに泊まるのがベストではない- でしょうか。

La ubicación del hotel permite una magnifica vista de la caldera y de Fira. Muy recomendable los atardeceres desde el bar del hotel, así como los desayunos desde la terraza con vistas a la caldera. Suites con encanto y preciosas vistas.

La posizione e' spettacolare. La vista e' stupenda, lascia senza fiato, a strapiombo sulla caldera. Anche la zona colazione e' bellissima, domina tutto il golfo. Le camere sono poche e tutte incastonate nella roccia.

Il personale della reception era un Po' scortese e soprattutto per nulla flessibile. Avevamo un aperitivo offerto dal'hotel, fruibile dalle 19 alle 20. Ci siamo presentati l'ultima sera alle 20.15 e ci hanno detto che non era piu' possibile.

因为是淡季去的，所以地点很重要，这个旅馆就在fira总车站附近，位于悬崖上，视野很好，我们订的套间带- 有独立露台，酒店老板很热情，人很好！洞穴屋的设计我们很满意，在那里住的3天都很舒适，赞一个！

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was good and the room was well cleaned. The design of the room and hotel was very luxurious and fun to stay at.I Went during january and it was still a nice place to stay at a great price. I would definitely recommend this to other travelers!

Just the amount of steps up to the main street. Luckily, we are young but it might be difficult for older folks.
