Porto Fira Suites  

因为是淡季去的，所以地点很重要，这个旅馆就在fira总车站附近，位于悬崖上，视野很好，我们订的套间带- 有独立露台，酒店老板很热情，人很好！洞穴屋的设计我们很满意，在那里住的3天都很舒适，赞一个！

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was good and the room was well cleaned. The design of the room and hotel was very luxurious and fun to stay at.I Went during january and it was still a nice place to stay at a great price. I would definitely recommend this to other travelers!

Just the amount of steps up to the main street. Luckily, we are young but it might be difficult for older folks.

Having been there before, Location, Location, Location... You have to like stairs & walking.....

Room service / bar facilities times stopped at 6pm & we were told the reason was that we were there in the 'OFF' season but we paid the higher season rates!! ( Mid September)

Bedroom / Jacuzzi / Well designed rooms - relatively clean

No Air conditioning in the summer, did not have a solution, did not fix it, did not credit me for this major inconvenience, unacceptable for a 170 EUR/night hotel - period

The hotel staff - Alex was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and the porter carried our bags all the way up and down the approximately 80 steps, and we really appreciated that. The view from our balcony was breathtaking and beautiful even though it was a bit cloudy when we stayed there.

We rented a car in Fira so we could go around the island of Santorini and at the end of a long day we had a hard time finding the road back to the hotel street. Many roads are one way only or pedestrian roads. The steps can be too much if you have heart problems or young kids but we didn't really mind them. The tub was regular size but we would have liked to have a jacuzzi overlooking the volcano.

The view is excellent and the service is very good also. We enjoyed our breakfast at the small balcony outside our room with the breath- taking view.

The location is good. the staff are very warm and helpful. Every room has its own privacy and open terrace. There is humidity problem in the room but I guess it's a common problem at many fira's hotels due to the weather and positon etc.Breakfast is not bad, enough choices even though it's not a 20 meters buffetline.It's lovely enough.

the clean service should be able to improve bit. some furnitures are not very clean.

The breathtaking views were amazing from sunrise to sunset. The location was fantastic.

The only thing we didn't like was the 86 steps from the pool to our room (top level) and the 120 steps to the main street

Me ha gustado todo, la ubicacion, la vista, el confort del hotel. La atencion del encargo, Alex, es magnifica. Hemos pasado un fin de semana espectacular. Altamente recomendable!

世界でも他に類を見ない景色と独特な洞窟ホテルに大満足でした。絶景を眺めながらの朝食も気持ちよかったで- す。ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーで対応もとてもよかったです。恋人同士の旅行が多いようですが、家族でも- 楽しめました。

評価に騙されました。 ハネムーンのため奮発して最高級ランクの同ホテルを使いましたが二泊予約したことを訪問したときに後悔しま- した。 清掃もお風呂とベッドメイキング程度で、床にはごみがおちっぱなし。アメニティーは２人宿泊でも１本しか用- 意されておらず、追加もされておりませんでした。 ハネムーンということこで記念になるよう、いろいろと事前にホテルサイドと打ち合わせをしていましたが、こ- とごとく手配されておらず「メールはたくさんくるので、処理しわすれていた」と一切謝罪なし。もう絶対に泊- まりません。 ちなみに立地は一番悪かったのではないかと思われるほど、とんでもない階段を上り下りせねばならず、夜は真- っ暗で恐怖です。ショートスティの日本人にはオススメしません。
