The location is excellent, the grounds and the facilities too. The beach was clean and cozy, there are many swimming pools and tennis courts. The rooms were quite spacious, clean and well decorated, the bathrooms excellent. The buffet breakfast was also very satisfactory. There is room for improvement in the following areas: The front desk personnel could do with some training. They were impersonal, no real care was taken to make us feel welcome. Also, at breakfast, I asked a waitress whether I could have a cold coffee instead of the filter one on offer and she said that she would have to check and come back to me. I found this answer uncourteous and, in any event, I have never stayed in a hotel anywhere in the world where they wouldn't make me the coffee of my preference to go with my breakfast. By the way, she never 'came back' to me. (Having said that, the bar tenders and the cleaning personnel were very pleasant). And a last thing: The hotel is located on a hill side and walking up-hill from the pool to the main building in the heat is unpleasant. There is a club car but most of the time it was nowhere to be seen. |

Η διαμονή μας στο Porto Galini δεν ξεκίνησε με τους καλύτερους οιωνούς. Ενώ πληρώσαμε 380 ευρώ για 2 διανυκτερεύσεις, σύμφωνα με το δωμάτιο που είδαμε στο site, φτάνοντας εκεί μας έβαλαν σε ένα δωμάτιο 20 τετραγωνικών κάτω και 20 τετραγωνικών πάνω... Κανονική τρύπα!!! Έχουμε γυρίσει στη κυριολεξία όλον τον κόσμο, σε 4 ηπείρους και στα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία και αυτό δεν μας έχει ξανασυμβεί... Κάνοντας λογικά παράπονα στον διευθυντή δεν είδαμε να είχε τη διάθεση να μας αλλάξει το δωμάτιο την ίδια μέρα. Έπειτα όμως από χοντρό καυγά και φωνές έγινε η αλλαγή στις 12 τη νύχτα... Καταλαβαίνετε το στρες που περάσαμε για το διήμερο. Κατά τα άλλα, το νέο δωμάτιο ήταν καλό αλλά όχι επιπέδου 190 ευρώ. Παρόλ'αυτά ο διευθυντής μας κέρασε την άλλη μέρα... Να κάνει κάτι με τα κουνούπια... Τρομερό πρόβλημα και μεγάλος αριθμός κουνουπιών... Οι ταμπλέτες δεν κάνουν τίποτα... |

Το εντυπωσιακό περιβάλλον. Ο συνδυασμός θάλασσας και πισίνας. Η εκπληκτική θέα. Το μοναδικό μειονέκτημα ήταν ότι δεν είχα πρόσβαση στο wireless internet από το δωμάτιό μου και αναγκαζόμουν να κατεβαίνω στο λόμπυ να τακτοποιήσω υποθέσεις μου. |
