Porto Mykonos

I can't say that i was really satisfied with this hotel. It was not in the city. it is fifteen minutes away. ( not ideal for the evening when returning from clubbing). The service was horrible. I requested a sandwich from the room service and i asked if it was possible to replace the ingredients with the ones i wnted since i was allergic to fish. They refused to do so. They replied : This is the menu. If you want take something out .It was the first time in my life that i paid so much money for a hotel that was not able to deliver what their hotel was claiming. Thank you.

The location was great, and the staff were very helpfull.

The rooms were alittle disappointing, especially the bathrooms, for the amount of money payed for the room.

Completely disappointing! The facilities don’t correspond to a 4star hotel. The room extremely overpriced (small, not very clean, bad decoration, bathroom without curtain, bed extremely uncomfortable). Plus it is not the one you see at the photos!!! We have booked for a room with sea view, but we could only see the wall of the rooms in frond of us and the parking area. After many complaints they said they had no availability of rooms with sea view and they promised instead a late check out (for the inconvenience that the room was without view). Surprisingly they called us the day of departure to demand to empty the room at 12 p.m!!!. The stuff and direction of the hotel unfriendly and unprofessional. Breakfast very poor. Dont go!

Porto Myconos has to improve first of all its client service sector. Stuff and direction of the hotel is extremely unprofessional. It is also very important not to use deceiving photos for the rooms at booking.com. Photos must correspond to the reality. Also, breakfast (quality and variety), cleanliness, room decoration, gym area, pool bar, do not correspond to a 4 star hotel and need a lot of improvement.

the design, decoration, atmosphere and facilities were excellent. the location super, very friendly staff, the breakfast at the balcony with the view of the Aegean sea was breathtaking even for the Greeks!

Disappointed by overall look, atmosphere and location of the hotel- deceiving website). Room very small and floor under bed dirty. Hair on floor in bathroom. View from room was not very nice (parking lot of port). One of our deck chairs broke the first day we were staying while I was sitting on it, and despite calling and asking for a replacement, a new chair never arrived. The bathrooms are tiny and too small for two people to be in - nowhere to put toiletries. The shower had no door or curtain so the bathroom flooded whenever someone took a shower. No tea and coffee making facilities. Exercise equipment in gym broken or very old. Too much pork at breakfast (inconsiderate of other religions)

The view, the balcony of the main lobby with its view, the service, friendly staff and professional manager. The fact that it is located centrally and has a enough parking space.

The room was very basic and did not have the standards of a 4 star hotel. The bathroom did not even have a space to place my cosmetics. It was also noisy with people above me.

Friendly staff , they did a good job ! picking us up at the port and bringing us to airport etc . the lobby ist very nice and the view on the sea . the food is very good. And the hotel is so near to the city ( 3min.walk ) . rooms are ok , but not amazing , especcialy if you book seaside-view , and then you look on to a parkingplace....and the sea is behind it !

Breakfast is very bad , not on the standard of the hotel ( price etc. ) . coffee is free , but expresso you have to pay extra for breakfast...strange...! The gym is also quite poor , and the pool is very small. And the whirlpool didnt work when we were there... Sea-view room wasnt what it should be , we looked mainly on a parkingplace with 24h lights on it . all 3 days they had 1 cd running !! I heard some songs at least 20 times....

Good location 5 min. walk to city centre. NIce swimming pool and view at night at city lights. Outside area nicely done. Friendly and helpful staff.

Way too small bathroom (2x1m literally). View at the sea is nice, unfortunately there is a huge parking space (part under construction) with many cars in front of it. During few days stay you get 1 small soap and 1 small shampoo. Bit dirty shower curtain.

フロントスタッフの対応はとてもよく、とにかくのんびりできました。概ね満足してます。ミコノスへは個人手- 配のフェリーで行きましたが、ホテルの予約の時にはまだ便を決めていなくて、到着時間を報告しなかったため- 、港からタクシーを拾うのにちょっと手惑いました。予約のタイミングにかかわらず、連絡をしておくと港から- の送迎バスに乗せてくれるので、利用したほうがいいと思いました。それ以外は、特段困ったこともなく、部屋- のテラスも最高。ホテルのどこからでも見える海が本当にきれいで、また利用したいと思いました。

あえて言うなら、クリーニングサービスが二日とも完璧とは言い難い状態でした。二人で利用しているのに、フ- ェイスタオルがなぜか一枚しかなかったり、その代わりなぜか不要の枕カバーが3枚ベットの上に置いてあった- り。。。。清潔感という意味では、まあ許容範囲ですがやや床の掃除が甘かったような気もします。
