The spacious rooms, the contemporary design, the short distance from the city centre, but what I liked the most was the very friendly staff : they made my stay highly enjoyable ! The location is currently not a nice one as it is lost in a sort of no-man's- land, without any pavement. Let's hope that the city council will improve this area and make it walker-friendly as they have done along the city with a beautiful promenade.

The staff was very kind, the location was very good because although close to the city center, it is also in an area where there is a lot of space. Furthermore, the cleanliness was extraordinary and the hotel's public spaces very nicely designed.

It s a very expensive hotel with small rooms and if you deside to drink your coffe or your drink in your room you have to pay 3 euros for room service!!! Unbelievable!!! Porto is a five star hotel only in its price all the other are quiet average something like 2-3 stars max

nice building, excellent breakfast mosquitos, mosquitos, mosquitos, mosquitos !!! we were killing mosquitos from 23:30 to 01:00h, over 15 of them this should not be the issue in the 5 star hotel. hotel was empty. we come with the son 1 year and we receive the room in the far end of the hotel. we need to pass over 70m. not professional service

The brakfast was good and plenty. I thought it will be more luxury, as it was`t as shown in the pictures. we had a very simple room with very old t.v. the beds where not big as other hotels and they are not totally comfort (for me). you need transportation to reach the center. in the website writen thats there is free shutell from the hotel to the center, but there was`t any thing. when we asked the reception the ansewred, we don`t have any shutell!!!!

Free internet, breakfast was also ok Reception refused to give me an iron and ironing board - weird not to have this on demand, of course for an extra charge they offered to have someone iron my shirts?!?!?!. Location is not so great - too far away from the city - located in an industrial dirty area. Too many meetings/conferences going on - busy and lout lobby. Lobby not open at night.

το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και αρκετά ευρύχωρο! το πρωινό τέλειο με πολύ μεγάλη ποικιλλία και το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό σε κάθε περίπτωση!!! πάνω από όλα όμως ήταν η καθαριότητα ... τα πάντα ήταν πεντακάθαρα !!! η τοποθεσία είναι ένα αρνητικό ... η γειτονιά μειώνει πολύ το ξενοδοχείο .. αρχικά πιστέψαμε πως το gps έκανε λάθος αφού δεν ταιριάζει καθόλου ένα πεντάστερο ξενοδοχείο σε μια τέτοια περιοχή ... επίσης πρέπει να πας κέντρο για να πιείς ή να φας κάτι ...

αριστα οργανωμενο, καθαρο, φιλικο και σχετικα οικονομικο ξενοδοχειο. η συχνοτατη συνδεση του με το κεντρο μηδενιζει την αποσταση του απο αυτο. η προσεγγιση του προσωπικου και φιλικη και επαγγελματικη ( ποπη, εισαι συμπαθεστατη και σε ευχαριστουμε πολυ ). το πρωινο του ξεπερασε και τις προσδοκιες μας .
