In the southern coast of Athens, just 325 ft from Glyfada’s sandy beach, and a short walk from the tram station, the Hotel London has air-conditioned rooms with private balconies and free Wi-Fi...

Nice attentive staff and great location. The cleaning was great. Overall it was a decent hotel for it's price.
Breakfeast was okay, but not beyond that. One evening the hotel restaurant was closed and there was no prior notice of that. The sound isolation of the room was really bad. You heard everything from the nearby rooms, which made it hard to work from the room. The Wi-Fi was extremly choppy, which made it quite difficult to work from the hotel.
Staff was amazing, very helpful and very nice with us, couldn't ask for more. Breakfast is awesome, lots of food and desserts.
Nothing to complain about. Everything was really good
The hotel is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and rich.
In the country of oranges I would expected they serve fresh orange juice at breakfast, but did not happen so.
Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay plesant.
While the location is nice and right across from the ocean, it will take a longer time to get to the city center of Athens.
rich breakfast polite and friendly staff good location view to the sea
a little bit noisy needs renovation
Room service excellent .. Reception staff really helpfully ... Five start for reception staff
Bathroom is really small and breakfast was really not for eat .. Cold and not fresh . Bread was like a stone ..
I did like everything
Everything was perfect. .....location...view....cost of stay ...breakfast very rich. ...staff excellent helpful ..... A A A !!!!!!!!! I recommend it to everybody !!!!!
The hotel is very old. The walls are very thin and you wake up everyday with a little noise. I stayed at the first floor where the staff had the storage and I had to wake up every day at 8 am because of their loud work. They had a party on the H level and I had to hear every voice and when I called the front desk, they only apologized.... Very Bad choice and NEVER NEVER AGAIN
The reception service and the breakfast were excellent!!
The bed was not exactly double as we had requested.
Impressive breakfast, included in the price. More like a 5-star hotel breakfast. Small but cozy room. Free Wifi with excellent connectivity and speed.
Small outdated CRT TV. Slight difficulty finding parking.
The hotel has excellent staff, whom are very helpful, brilliant resturant right on the beach opersite the hotel! Roof terrace has an amazing view and nice to have a few drinks there! At there Breakfast is plenty of choices, The hotel is in a brilliant location!
Wifi wouldn't allow you to watch videos so was stuck watching greek tv that I couldn't understand on a small tv screen, double beds were big but we're two single beds put together so when lying in the middle you would be falling down the gap between the gaps! If they changed these two things the hotel would be perfect in my eyes and either way i will be staying there again when I visit athens next , great value for money!
The hotel is nice. Room was small but cozy. Room service was fast, and food was fine. Free Wifi, which was fast and without any disconnection issues. The most impressive thing was the breakfast. A huge buffet with large selection of products, many of which are from the Greek cuisine. You need to visit this place just for the breakfast. Literally a 5-star breakfast.
No parking, and I bit difficult to find parking around. Old-styled CRT TV of only 14 inches is unacceptable and looks strange considering that the hotel is very nice in general.
Position. Easy connection to public transport. Kindness af staff
Breakfast blew us away, best I have seen.
EVERYTHING! THE HOTEL, THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND VERY POLITE. AND 10/10 FOR THE BREAKFAST.
Good position Excellent staff Clean Very good breakfast Very good room service. Value for money
Wifi is very good, never had any trouble, there is a separate router for each floor, and for lobby. Also, receptionists are very nice and helpful, and they speak english very good. Location of the hotel is ok, depending of your needs. If you are looking for relaxing at the beach, this hotel's location is perfect for you. If you are going to city center, there is a tram that goes directly to a center, but there are 15 stations (around 40 minutes). Ticket that is valid for all modes for 70 minutes costs 1,20 euros. Also, port of Piraeus is 8 stations away. And, if you want to visit Glifada, it is 15 stations away. So, in that way, location is ok. The bus station from the airport (bus X96) is right in front of the hotel, so there is no need for taxi. The ticket costs 5 euro for person. Also, breakfast is nice.
At first, they gave us the room that wasn't like one at the pictures when I was making the reservations. But as I was very tired, I noticed that the next day, and when I asked at the reception, they said that they only have one room that available, at the first floor. But the noise was too loud, so I didn't take it. The next morning they had more available rooms, so they gave me one at the 3rd floor. It was exactly like at the pictures. There was nothing wrong with the first room, it's just, the furniture was older, let's just say it was uglier. But at list, there was no noise from the street (in front of the hotel, there is a very busy street, so all the rooms that have sea view are like that). If you choose room with sea view, you know what to expect - noise from the traffic. But, these rooms have bigger, nicer terrace. I didn't have any problems with sleeping, but the terrace was useless, because of the noise. Anyway, I didn't appreciate that they gave me the wrong room at the beginning, but when I complained, there was no problem. They even left us some fruit and water in the room. It is obvious that this hotel needs renovations, as soon as possible. Lobby is very nice, but rooms not so much. Bathroom is ugly and old, there are cracks at the sink, toilet and shower. There is a carpet in room, so I don't know how is it at summer. Rooms are spacious enough. This would be a great hotel if they renovated.
Helpful stuffs. And the best hotel breakfast I have ever had in my life. Location is good, clost to the tram station, you will need 40 minutes to get the Athens city center. Clost to the seaside, which is good.
The wifi can not use gmail on my iPhone. Don't know why.
Especially to have the sea view side of hotel was the best and all the people at reception were great and lastly the location right next to Carrefour and Bus stop and tram stop!!!
The widest choice I've ever had for breakfast in this kind of hotel (and even prepare a BOX to take away if you leave early). The place is far from the noisy and busy city center but it is well diserved by PUBLIC transportation.
Nice front side balcony with view. Good bed and pillows (even if asked for a double and they gave me 2 singles next to each other) Shampoo and body wash products. WiFi (on Lobby, 1st floor). Very good break-fast with lots of choices. Clean. Very close to public transport (Bus - Tram Line). Nice and helpful staff !
No decoration in the room. carpet was a bit old. There were not enough wall plugs. Personally I would like more light in the room. Small TV with bad reception and few channels (at least on first floor) No Parking. Some noise from Poseidonos Avenue (needs some soundproofing work, but it was pretty much "ok")
the hotel had a nice view at the sea to relax a bit for me and certainly for my collegue ;-) the location is practise the bus and the tram is at the opposite of the hotel that brings you in 15 min to the shopping Streets and also a direct connection to airport etc ... . Also very good news for the early birds , the breakfast is amazingggg. For me personally the best was the hart of the hotel Elpaida , Giorgia , Dimitrius and Angelica were soooo friendly and gaved a perfect , professional and classy service! i wish everybody in hotel Poseidon a good new year and hope they continu this style of working ..... .
Tv room was small,
The location is good very accessible to public transport. The view from the hotel is excellent!
The rooms are small and old. The non smoking area still smells of cigarette.
