I liked everything about the hotel except the air conditioning in the room. The Air Condioning did not work correctly in the room !!!!!! The temp outside was 37-38 Degrees last week and when you set the air con to 19 degrees it cut out at 26 Degrees every time. I told them about it at reception but all i was told is that it was normal.It is because we are not used to the heat and that so many rooms need it !!! I dont expect that from a 5 star hotel. This made our 3 night stay very uncomfortable and later in the week we stayed at a cheaper hotel 3 times the size and the air conditioning was perfect down to 18 degrees if we so wished. Pity about that really because hotel was nice.

Posizione meravigliosa: l'hotel sorge proprio di fronte alla spiaggia privata (molto tranquilla) a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Skala (pieno di locali, ristorantini e negozietti). Perfetto per chi cerca relax e tranquillità di giorno, ma allo stesso tempo non vuole rinunciare a farsi due passi in centro la sera. Semplicemente sensazionale l'immensa piscina vista mare ! Rispetto alla struttura centrale dell'hotel (tutta fronte mare con una vista bellissima) molte stanze sono un po' "incassate" sul versante della collinetta su cui sorge l'hotel, ma sono comunque molto pulte e confortevoli.
