The best thing is the position near beachside in the center of town. The little pool is funny for children and babies. During my period i experienced bath without shower, no hot water, a poor breakfast and tv not working. The pool that appears in photo larger than in reality. |

most of all, the kindness of staff, and also the proximity to the beach.a very comfortable, quiet and cozy experience in a wonderful place, a great place. good experience. the timing of my stay was not the best,a very low season, so i had to struggle a little with strange bus schedules and cabs, but staff made it easier for me! |

We chose this hotel because it was outside of the city center and therfore much cheaper then hotels in Heraklion. It is located about a 20 minute drive outside of Heraklion in the seaside town of Agia Pelagia. The hotel is a two-minute walk to the beach and is on the main drag of the town.The hotel staff were very helpful in everyhing. The hotel was clean and roomy. |

vlak aan zee ; er was een zwembadje we hebben in dit hotel twee maal een nacht overnacht ; de tweede keer moesten we zelf de bedden opmaken , de douche was erg vies ( haren overal ) en er werd geen ontbijt geserveerd , terwijl we veronderstyeld werden de zelfde prijs te betalen wat we overigens niet hebben gedaan . |

Hôtel bien situé avec à proximité (50 m) une petite plage avec resto et joli panorama, à 25 minutes d'Héraklion, idéal comme 1ère escale en Crète tout proche de l'aéroport, Petit déjeuner peu copieux, notre terrasse faisait face à un immeuble en construction: impossible d'en profiter, oreillers et matelas peu confortables Les feuilles au fond de la piscine (non enlevées) jolie piscine, dommage qu'elle soit souvent à l'ombre - Les shampiong et savons absents. - La poussière sur les meubles. - L’absence de rideau de douche. - L’eau mi-froide mi-tiède pour prendre sa douche. - Pas de parking réservé pour l'hôtel contrairement à ce qui était indiqué sur votre site. et prix excessif en pleine saison pour les commodites offertes |

Nous vous recommandons pour des séjours en famille, au calme, bien qu'en plein coeur de cette magnifique petite ville balnéaire. Les matelas sont un peu inconfortables heureusement que nous ne ne pesions pas trop lourd. |

Uns hat gefallen, dass es sich um einen Familienbetrieb handelt und wir freundlich begrüßt wurden. Ja. Während unseres Aufenthaltes (3Nächte) wurde das App.nur einmal gereinigt, frische Handtücher bekamen wir nur auf Nachfrage. Mängel: Zimmertürschloss defekt, Türgriffe zum Schlafzimmer und Bad fielen ständig raus, Kühlschrank war defekt und heizte das App. extrem auf, roch auch brenzlig. In der Dusche und im Waschbecken floss das Wasser extrem langsam ab. Die Dusche war sehr klein. |

wij zijn buiten het seizoen geweest en zo was het nog rustig. Het hotel ligt, anders dan op de fotot te zien is midden in een dorp en het uitzicht is dan ook vooral op de andere hotelletjes errond. |
