What a great hotel, loved it so much we extended our return layover in Athens just to stay another few nights. George on the front desk is wonderful, all the team at the pool deck are brilliant and the lovely man in the cafe makes the best Capaccino Freddo I had anywhere in Greece (and I had a lot!). Well done to a fabulous hotel group, couldnt recommend it enough. Nothing, nothing at all |

The design of the hotel and the rooms were very nice and modern, the beds are extremely comfortable and clean. Definitely one of the better hotels in Athens. Very nice staff. |

The staff at Melia were incredibly helpful and were a high point of our stay. I was alos impressed with the rooms, roof garden and breakfast. This hotel is located in a very dodgy area of Athens. |

I find that location is nice...not at the city centre itself but only walking distance which we think is much better since it's very quite in the evening if you really want to rest after a very busy long day tourThough we did not had the chance to enjoy the pool lounge...we prefer seeing the roof top somewhere else... i can only comment 2 things...Lighting is very dark from outside the hotel when we arrive as we can hardly read the name of the hotel then about during our breakfast the baklava dessert...is old you can taste it from the oil that was used... |

Nice, clean hotel in good location (close to one of the mian metro stations). Fabulous pool on top of hotel overlooking the Acropolis. There was an error when checking out regarding a movie we did not watch. Even though the hotel would be charged for this by the external movie provider, the hotel manager agreed to take thid off our bill, for which we were grateful. |

Very helpful, informative and kind front desk. WiFi would be more convenient if available to guests throughout the hotel (not just in public areas). Also, dinner was delicious/decent value, however, breakfast was a bit on the pricey side. It's convenient, the food is good, but you can find breakfast for less down the street! |

despite the obvious danger in the location since Omonia is not particularly well known for its safety, the hotel provided a sense of security and safety that, especially at night, was essential to our stay in Greece. it is close to the Metro station and to major shopping streets in Athens. It has a beautiful view of the Acropolis and many facilities e.g. spas gyms that one can enjoy for free. |

The rooms were comfortable and clean and the hotel staff were always helpful. A bit disappointed by the Spa / The glasses in our room were not changed at all times during our stay. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, plus a lovely cool and clean room at a reasonable price for central Athens. Very pleased with the staff - especially the special arrangements made to park our motorcycles in the front of the Hotel for security. Thank you! |

The pool area was really great, with fantastic views of the Acropolos. the staff were very attentive at all times. the area is not particularly safe and the police attendance near the entry did not add to the ambience. |

Great rooftop, romantic setting, we had live music. Nice room, comfortable bed, great jacuzzi (tub)! Location near Omonia square which looks kind of criminal, lot of graffiti, smell of pee and glass throwed in, also armed police in the street, apparentely protecting a govermental office, but if you are not used to see this in your country it kinda scares you. However once in hotel you get a very safe feeling and the cleaniness is great. |

sky lounge was excellent food extremely expensive in teh hotel, location where the hotel is based is a very dodgy area, the worst part of Athens (omonia square) try to avoid that area at night. Hotel staff werent very nice and helpful, the security guard was extremely rude and the bell boy wasnt really helpful either. The hotel is nice but we werent provided a very good service so left the hotel with bad feelings. |

The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom with a jacuzzi was also nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The distance to the nearest metro station was ok. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. |
