Right on Monastiraki Square, just steps from Monastiraki Flea Market, 360 Degrees features a roof bar- restaurant with panoramic views of the city and the Acropolis.
Score from 47 reviews Exceptional
Conveniently located just under half a mile from central Athens, Stanley Hotel features a swimming pool, 2 restaurants and 3 bars, including an open-air bar on the rooftop.
Score from 1938 reviews Good
A short walk from the Acropolis, 5-star Royal Olympic Hotel is centrally located near the picturesque Plaka neighborhood. The luxurious rooms overlook Zeus’s Temple, or the swimming pool garden.
Score from 2128 reviews Very good
Ideally located close to the Acropolis and Plaka, Acropolis Select combines comfort and convenience for a great value base in Athens, just 55 yards from the metro.
Score from 758 reviews Very good
Everything, except its a little scary walking around at night.
No place to eat at night if you dont have reservations at the restaurant. Room service has a limited menu.
Good customer service. Friendly staff...
No free wifi in rooms..Old grayish towels.. No iron in the room..
great balcony pool and bar restaurant with view of acropolis
location although close to Omonia station is not the best if you want restaurants or entertainment.
My girlfriend and I spent a lovely week at the hotel and I have to say it was hands down the nicest hotel we've stayed at! Comfy beds, lovely jacuzzi bath, friendly staff and a beautiful view of the Acropolis! We're now thinking of booking the same hotel in Tenereffe next year as we loved it!
The roof and the swimming pool
The location is not good at all
The location is good and everything is at few minutes walk. Staff was very nice and on service. Big smile and positive attitude at all times. Highly recommended for stay in Athens!
Better breakfast variety
The lower level staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly" The waiters and cafe staff tried to accomodate us and make us feel welcome.
The design of the room was unsafe. My roommate fell and broke her arm due to a door jam that was placed too far into the hallway going into the bathroom.. The management level never contacted us about it or had any interest In the dangerous design. Only the front desk staff cared.
Location is within about a 25 minute walk of the Acropolis with plenty of shopping and dining a few blocks to the south. Staff were polite. Pool area had a great view of the Acropolis.
Bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. Pool area looks run down and the water was too cold.
Swimming in rooftop pool with views of Acropolis et al. Rooms with nesspro machine Staff who cared and worked tirelessly to make it a very pleasant stay (couple of problems resolved almost instantaneously and courteously)
Piano Bar that didn't have either a piano OR a bar :(
Facilities are very good, staff is top of the line, the area is good enough to walk to all the main attractions
For the price, room decoration and general status was on the older side, the bathroom ceiling above the shower had mold, room could be cleaned better as well
The staff were exceptionally professional, service was quick and friendly. The facilities were wonderful and the sky lounge was beautifull
The bottled drinking water was ridiculously overpriced, even though the rest of the prices were standard and affordable.
The hotel's personal and their problem-oriented solutions that you can't see in Scandinavian hotels.
Noise in the topfloor room from the restaurant on the roof.
The Rooftop Garden is an excellent place where we can enjoy good food and also picturesque night view of Athens. Further, restaurant staff there are very friendly and helpful. A BIG plus!
Bath and hand towels in the room probably need to be replaced with new ones, as they looked a bit old.
Great service on early arrival and breskfast boxes provided for our 5am checkout. Pool was a great addition and great service from pool bar staff. Maps for city provided.
the clean, spacious very comfortable room. the staff and location.
Comfortable beds and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and good coffee. Courteous staff and fast service. Cant fault the hotel at all as everything was wonderful and at a good European standard. Have stayed here before and will stay at Melia Athens again.
This hotel did not disappoint. Great location, close but far enough from all the noise. Beautiful roof top terrace, great clean rooms.
There was not one thing we did not enjoy.
hotel lovely, staff lovely and helpful, views from the roof top pool great
hotel was in a place full off drunks drug taking, prostitutes' and homeless, not nice district
Accessibility for many activities.
Not having Free Wi-Fi to rooms.
Location, cleanliness, staff was nice, particularly the staff at the roof top restaurant in the evening.
No free wi-fi, room was not ready when we arrived (after 3:00pm). left luggage at front desk, was not brought up to our room had to do it ourselves after 7:00pm.. Food was good (paid for it), beer, wine and liquor was ridiculously expensive.
The bed was so comfortable! The room service was great and loved the spa bath
The smell in the steam bath, the pool was closed at 6:30pm and we arrived after that time and would have like to have gone for a swim
We liked almost everything about the hotel - the location, the room (we upgraded to an executive suite upon arrival), the staff and, above all, the roof swimming pool, which has a direct view to Pantheon (amazing especially at night).
One of the ladies from the reception was not really what one can call "customer friendly"...The towels and bathrobes were clean, but a little worn out. Parking space is not sufficient for such a big hotel.
Centrally based Lots of bars and restaurants Close to the Parthenon
Hotel design was modern- very clean
The hotel was not in the location we thought - it is not close to any major sites like it advertises- - you also had to pay extra $$$ for wi- Fi plus the pool/bar closes at the most popular hours- between 6:00- 8:00 pm- it would have been nice to have a drink or swim after being out all day- we booked this hotel 24 hours before our stay and tried to add the breakfast plan for a few dollars more- they denied us telling our family to pay full rate of 18e each for breakfast- Booking.com even tried to help us get the rate with breakfast included and they told them no, too- not very accommodating! And After paying for 2 rooms!
