Reverie Traditional Apartments

Extremely warm, helpful staff. Free internet. Great rooftop terrace. Good location close to main town and good access via pedestrian path yet quiet. Spacious, clean rooms with good self-catering facilities.

The freindliness of the family run business. The general help with holiday type issues. the cleaning regime was very obvious

maybe some traffic noise.

Reverie family is very warm, friendly. location is very convenience, close to Fira (15 min walking distance)

We loved the hospitality of the Reverie Family, their smiley faces and willingness to help us to be comfortable all the time... Me and my wife had spent our honeymoon here and we had absolutely nothing to complain.Even there was a bottle of white wine waiting for us in our room as a gesture from the Reverie Family. Our room was very clean and we had everything we needed.Very nice breakfast served every morning.Long story short, we liked pretty much everything at Reverie.Very much recommended.

The ice cold swimming pool:) The temperature of the water could be slightly more accomodating:) Very refreshing though once you manage to get inside.

The propietor George and his wife and daughter plus the staff were most helpful to us. picking us up at the airport and taking us back to departure lounge. A nice continental breakfast was available in the small breakfast room. The supermarket was at the back door for supplies for your apartment needs. restaurants abound. A most pleasant atmostphere, pool sparkling and the cleanliness was excellent.

Everything! This family owned hotel is centrally located on the nicest place of Santorini. Walking distance to Fira. The owners were waiting for us upon our late arrival from Athens.(The air traffic controllers were on strike and our flight arrived late). The owner's daughter, Nicolina, came out to meet our taxi, carried our bags inside, served us a shot glass of desert wine, then fed us information about what to see on the island and where to eat. Internet was free in our room. Room was cleaned every day. Had a Bathtub! The charge for our calls to Athens were minimal. (much better than using our international cell phones) George, the owner, drove us, without pay, to the new port when we left the island. Wow! amazing family!

We had a wonderful time at the Reverie which is very conveniently located right next to a foot path that leads you directly to Fira within ten minutes. The rooms and kitchenettes are very nice and you can get all you need at the mini market just 30 feet from the hotel (the prices at the mini market are really good too, we compared with other, bigger, stores in Fira and the mini market has an excellent selection and good prices). The pool is small but sufficient. The staff (family) are wonderful. Our Air Olympic flight was over two hours late (typical for ao) and we arrived at Santorini after midnight. Despite the late hour, George was there to pick us up. The family are very welcoming and informative and they take great pride thier hotel.

We could not have been happier with our stay at Reverie. We would most definitely stay at Reverie again when we return to Santorini. The 'Reverie' family is nothing short of wonderful. My husband and I felt unbelievably welcome and really felt as though in the 6 days that we were in Santorini that we got a true sense of what life would be like for the locals. Nikolina, the daughter of the 'Reverie' family was beyond helpful, anything we asked of her or needed was given to us warmly. As you can see we would absolutely without a doubt would recommend the Reverie Traditional Apartments!!!!!

The staff is very, very helpful and friendly and tries hard to make your visit comfortable.

Credit card was charged for deposit before we arrived despite booking.com tells you it wouldn't.

We liked the very friendly and helpful family who own/run the apartments. The location (geographically) is excellent - in Firasteffani (a smaller village outside of Fira main town itself but with plenty of great restaurants and bars (especially Mylos), but still only 10-15 mins walk into Fira. Apartment cleaned every day, great information about Santorini and local areas, car hire etc.

The top suite we originally booked didn't suit us because it's smaller than we'd imagined from the website. The main bedroom is up a very small spiral staircase and has a very low ceiling (less than 6ft). Access to the small (no room for sun loungers), private terrace is a step-up through a window.

I have to say only 2 words: " fantastic service!" :-). I will come back for sure in the future.I would like to say that internet wi-fi is free and you can ask 20 hours of continuous connection at the reception, so I really don't understand why somebody had to comment so bad about that here!!!!

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a special greek drink when firstly arrived. The receptionist also provide lots of useful information (maps, bus schedule, tourist spots) for us. Also, the room is spacious and clean, with water bolier, tv and fridge. The double bed is good. The toilet is fine. When we leave the hotel, we got a free drive to the Firo bus stop.

The only thing we are not very satisfied is the hot water supply is not stable. This is rather poor in the morning. We have to wait for a very long time until the water becomes warm. When we have shower at night, water is hot at the beginning, but after 10 minutes the temperature decreases and can't get as hot as the start.
