We could not have been happier with our stay at Reverie. We would most definitely stay at Reverie again when we return to Santorini. The 'Reverie' family is nothing short of wonderful. My husband and I felt unbelievably welcome and really felt as though in the 6 days that we were in Santorini that we got a true sense of what life would be like for the locals. Nikolina, the daughter of the 'Reverie' family was beyond helpful, anything we asked of her or needed was given to us warmly. As you can see we would absolutely without a doubt would recommend the Reverie Traditional Apartments!!!!! |

The staff is very, very helpful and friendly and tries hard to make your visit comfortable. Credit card was charged for deposit before we arrived despite booking.com tells you it wouldn't. |

The hospitality, friendliness and advice provided by the host family. All were delightful and during our four night stay we were directed to marvelous inexpensive traditional eating establishments, great walks and hikes and all of the sites that Santorini boasts. |

We liked the very friendly and helpful family who own/run the apartments. The location (geographically) is excellent - in Firasteffani (a smaller village outside of Fira main town itself but with plenty of great restaurants and bars (especially Mylos), but still only 10-15 mins walk into Fira. Apartment cleaned every day, great information about Santorini and local areas, car hire etc. The top suite we originally booked didn't suit us because it's smaller than we'd imagined from the website. The main bedroom is up a very small spiral staircase and has a very low ceiling (less than 6ft). Access to the small (no room for sun loungers), private terrace is a step-up through a window. |

The family, especially Nikolina, was extremely helpful. They attempt to attend to your every need. Also, the laundry service worked great and was 12 Euro for a medium size bag, returned in 1 day. The location is also very convenient. The rate is very competitive for the location. Can be noisy, wedged between the main street and the main walk. No need to pay extra for the rooms with ocean view, just opt for the standard room which is very nice and you don't have to deal with a spiral staircase. |

I have to say only 2 words: " fantastic service!" :-). I will come back for sure in the future.I would like to say that internet wi-fi is free and you can ask 20 hours of continuous connection at the reception, so I really don't understand why somebody had to comment so bad about that here!!!! |

Lovely apartments in a beautiful location. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to help you and give you any information you need about the islandb. Very good facilities; including an ironing board and kettle. |

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a special greek drink when firstly arrived. The receptionist also provide lots of useful information (maps, bus schedule, tourist spots) for us. Also, the room is spacious and clean, with water bolier, tv and fridge. The double bed is good. The toilet is fine. When we leave the hotel, we got a free drive to the Firo bus stop. The only thing we are not very satisfied is the hot water supply is not stable. This is rather poor in the morning. We have to wait for a very long time until the water becomes warm. When we have shower at night, water is hot at the beginning, but after 10 minutes the temperature decreases and can't get as hot as the start. |

The Reverie family was very friendy. They gave us an introduction to the hotel when we arrived, and was able to arrange a car & also book the boat trip for us. They also offered us a free ride to the aiport on the day we left. We book a double with a sea view. As it faced the main road it had some noise early in the morning & also late at night. It offered free wireless internet but we need to get a password for every 4 hours. So we were not possible to use the internet late at night or early morning(unless we organised to have a password ahead) |

Extremely friendly staff who will recommend the best way to tour the island. Central to tourist attaction area. No heated floor in the bath room. We were shivering after shower as we were there at the end of winter. |

George (owner) did transfers, maintenance, breakfast host. He, his wife, & daughters were extraordinarily friendly, humble, proud of their native island. Welcomed like family with traditional drink & smiles, we got exceptional service. breakfast, & advice with many thoughtful touches. Room was very comfortable (full double) & HVAC drowned street noises. We couldn't have asked for anything more! |

The staff (father and daughter) are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms do not face the Caldera (the best ocean views). However, the hotel literally backs up to the main footpath that traces the ocean cliffs, so this was not too important. |

The receptionist was the best and most helpful I have ever encountered. I hope we left a large enough tip to convey our happiness with the Reverie staff. The hotel was modern, clean, romantic, well situated, quiet. The staff made it special. I am so glad I didn't pay more to stay in Fira. Firostefani is better and Reverie is the best! The cleaning product used in the rooms had a strong smell that irritated my nose and eyes. I had to air the rooms after cleaning. |
