I did not like that i have rented 1 normal room and 1 suit and they put us bought in suites and ask us money in plus...wee made booking for diferent room and chepear room. the food from breakfast it is very bad.

το προσωπικο ηταν ευγενεστατο και επισης εχει ωραιο spa

το ξενοδοχειο ειναι αθλιο.εμεινα στην ανακαινισμενη executive vip πτερυγα του ξενοδοχειου οποτε καταλαβενεται τι περιμενα και τι αντικρiσα!!!στο μπανιο ολα τα ανοξειδωτα μερη ηταν σκουριασμενα,τα επιπλα κακομεταχειρισμενα και η ανακαινηση μυθος!το δε κρεβατι δεν περιγραφεται ποσο βρωμικο ηταν(γυρω-γυρω το υφασματινο μερος).επισης το μεγαλυτερο μεροσ του ξενοδοχειου μυριζε μουχλα.απορω πως εχει 5 αστερια!!!

Gittiğimiz gün odaya eşyaları kendimiz taşıdık, odaya girer girmez de değiştirmeye karar verdik çünkü tozlu ve kirliydi. Halı uzun zamandır temizlenmemiş, camlar kirli, banyo ve lavabo lekeli, mobilyalar ve diğer eşyalar toz içerisindeydi. Gardrop son derece eski ve kullanışsız, çekmeceler elde kalacak gibiydi. Geçtiğimiz diğer oda da farklı olmayınca yapacak bir şey yok deyip yerleştik. Kahvaltı salonunda görevli olan garsonlar ve temizlik görevlileri-anlaşılan yorucu bir sezon geçirmişler- asık suratlı ve bitse de gitsek havasındaydı. Kesinlikle güleryüz ve yardımseverlikten uzaklardı.Ve en kötüsü bazı bölgelerde tavanlar akma yapmıştı dolayısıyla otelin her tarafı rutubet kokuyordu. Neyse, biz bir daha gitmeyiz, gidene de burnuna mandal takmasını tavsiye ediyoruz. Kesinlikle 5 yıldız hak eden bir otel değil.

Restorant Bölümünde çalışanlar ve Özellikle Müdürleri sanki insan dövmeye gelmiş gibi kabalardı ! Özellikle yaşlı ve gözlüklü olan bey hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü işletmeciydi ...... Onun dışında diğer görevlilerde personel yetersizliğinden kaynaklı telaş vardı..

Aunque habia mucha gente no te daba la sensacion de agobio en ningún momento. La piscina cubierta mis hijos la disfrutaron en varias ocasiones ellos solos, en las descubiertas habia gente pero sin agobios. La habitacion era muy grande. El entorno del hotel estaba bien era bonito. Para pequeñas compras habiá supermarkets muy cercanos. Aparcabamos a 10 metros de nuestra habitación. Porlas noches ya fuera en las actuaciones de la piscina o en el Bar Amfitrion te podias pasara una estancia muy agradable con la familia y planificando el dia siguiente.

La comida no es de un cinco estrellas. No estaba mal, pero es simplemente un 4 estrellas habitual en España.

La camera silenziosa

La struttura esterna e' mastodontica e architettonicamente orribile. La posizione e' pessima, con mare brutto davanti e il centro di rodi lontano. Si puo' fare vacanza solo con auto in affitto per spostarsi.

Gostei muito da localização, do café da manhã, do atendimento dos funcionários, da recepção.

Não tem internet WiFi nos quartos. Não tem internet grátis em nenhuma parte do hotel. O chuveiro, dependendo do dia não esquentava o suficiente.

- Charme einer absteigenden Einrichtung - wenig geschultes Personal, tritt ohne Vorwarnung in Zimmer, keine Entschuldigung - Safe geht nicht und wird auch nicht erfolgreich repariert - Fruehstueck schlecht - Handtuecher fehlten einmal und wurden erst nach Aufforderung gebracht - Empfangspersonal teils hochnaesig - Strandbereich ungepflegt, trotzdem hohe Preise fuer Liegen - Preise im Haus zu hoch (Capuccino 5 EUR) - viel Verkehrslaerm, an der Durchgangsstraße zwichen Rhodos Stadt und dem Flughafen

Erg muf hotel, niet erg schone kamers. Zeker geen 5-sterren waardig.

We enjoyed both the room change and perfect recommendations of Renata in the reception. Plus, the hotel is located near the city, we were so impressed since we loved going into town twice a day. The car rental and the supermarket is a great advantage. The sea is windy but so clean. Price/performance is good, only if you stay at the room you booked. So the hotel needs a big standardization of facilities& services; when this is provided I can reccomend the hotel to anyone.

The Rodos Palace Hotel is a great Ixia Hotel with its existance of many years, I can see that the hotel is in a transition replecing the old rooms&facilities with new ones; but they have to finish it quickly; because the clients are being disappointed; not finding the room they booked! We have been upgraded to an executive wing which is said so and 30 years old. So, don't believe this trick its actually a downgrade. Once we were in the room we have discovered it was twin instead of double and it was the room of ancient executives, maybe one from Rhodes Knights. Fortunately, we have contacted the reception and we have heavily complained. They have moved us to apart buildings near the hotel in which the rooms were fresh and we had a private pool for 10-20 rooms use. However this time our sea view was replaced with trees. Also we did not like anything in the breakfast since they were too standard. Even though I thought this is not so important we noticed a mouse in the breakfast room with other 3 families, all of us were shocked, but it was quickly gone, I am sure others have tried to keep the hotel manager informed. Long story short, not having cancellation options, we were impressed with our new conditions (new furnished room and semi-private pool and nature) and stayed there for the rest of the holiday.

Have stayed in the hotel many times, as we live in Greece and Rhodes is our nearest large island. Always friendly and value for money.

Facilities are excellent. Potentially used to be a good hotel until they had entered to Euro zone.

Facilities are excellent. Potentially used to be a good hotel. But running very very very badly. Facilities are keeping badly. Intentionally in the worst condition. Stuff were the worst in the world. Manager is also most worst. I recommend you to check other booking site to see comment of gests. There are worst experienced guests as same number as good experienced guest. If there is no problem, you will have good holiday. But, if there is a problem, it going to further more worth by badly managing. Please check other holiday site then book at booking.com or NOT.

Room was very spacious (family garden room - 65m2). Cleaning maids were friendly. Covered swimming pool and pool for babies/children was very nice.

We stayed in this hotel 10 years ago and even had our wedding there but the current standard is nowhere near the level it was in 2002..especially for a 5 star hotel.. Reception staff were very aloof and not very helpful..you felt you were bothering them by asking something.. Disappointed that there were almost no Greek staff to be seen..(we saw 1 during our entire 10 day stay!!). We found it difficult to get pool towels which seemed to be snapped up when the Spa opened at 10h00 and not replenised in the afternoon (after 2h00).. The room was advertised as having a fully equipped kitchen which was not the case as there was no electric kettle, no fridge (a small minibar that we had to ask to use as a fridge), no diswasher, no oven/grill; it had basically only a 2 ring hob, a microwave, a nespresso machine and basic cutlery/cups/mugs/glasses. Also, they told us that we were getting an 'upgraded room' as the room we booked on Booking.com did not have a kitchen?! The room we got was exactly what was advertised on Booking.com and what we paid for (except the so-called fully equipped kitchen!). We had a lot of noise during the night (very loud guests in a neighbouring block and two weddings!) so difficult with a young baby.. We were also disappointed to find that there were ants every day in the baby's cot despite the fact that we changed the sheets every day..!!

非常にゆったりとできた．

Big spacious room (jr. suite) with good facilitys. Good food in gourmet restaurant. Nice sea-view from room.

Needs upgrade - the brass in the hotel rooms are worn down. Poor internet connection/TV (no wifi in room, slow connection - poor analog signals). The breakfast is poor. Only one toaster and one cheap juicemachine for all the guests on this big establishment - prepare to wait in line alot. The old headwaitor in the breakfast area is rude beyond imagination to his guests. I might visit again when he is retired..

Many Swimming pools. Not high season, so not too crowded. Good service

The pools were very cold. Even the 'heated' pool inside was colder than the ones outside
