The hotel is well located if you want to visit the town. The staff was excellent, profesional and helpful. The hotel itself and the rooms are very nice, as regards design and decoration. The "archeological site" side of the hotel is calm.

The front side of the hotel (+ the swimming pool) is quite noisy - there are too many cars passing by. Swimming pool water could be heated. The beach is quite far to walk, especially for older people. But you can always take a taxi for 5€.

Hotel staff very friendly , good location , surroundings lovely .

A few repairs in the room should be fixed ie fuse box in room and sink.

The location is excellent in the heart of the city with interesting places to go for walks, mandraki harbour and my favourite the old town. Hotel is small and luxurious. Lots of choices for food near by and you dont need a car. Very relaxing hotel.

1.The location of the hotel in relation to The Old Town is superb. 2.The staff are extremely pleasant and efficient 3.Only had breakfast but the quality and variety of food was first class

Gym was closed on Sundays Spa staff gave the impression they were not all that interested.

The location was perfect to visit the old city of Rhodes.

-the hotel had a quiet, leisurely ambience on a very pleasant street surrounded by lush green -within walking distance both to the castle and the new shopping district -a modern well designed hotel with nothing to tire the eye

-mislead by the "deluxe room" description' nothing deluxe' and very small room (especially the bathroom) -breakfast very standard though qualified, more local food could be included, especially fresh green produce and e.g. cooked herbed tomatoes,peppers, etc. -would prefer fresh brewed tea in pot instead of the Lipton tea bags in a "luxury" hotel -traffic noise is in the room, the room (windows) needs better insulation

The staff was extremely attentive and professional. They were very kind, the meals were excellent !! It is situated near the old city centre in a quiet area.I Had an accident and they even called me to know about me !! We will definitely stay there for our next trip in Rhodes. The roolms are extremely comfortable.

Friendliness of staff. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Proximity to both new town and old town

A little disappointed that several items on the dinner menu were not available, due to the menu being close to changing to summer menu. The dishes that were available were very good. Breakfast could have had a little more choice. Freshly cooked eggs would have been good - the scrambled eggs were there a little too long.

nice breakfast, located right next to the old city and a 5 mins walking distance from the new city down town, 10 mins walking distance from the old harbour. helpful staff .. specially Kiki at the reception

E' un hotel di buon livello in ottima posizione per visitare la città di Rodi che è sorprendentemente bella.

Avevamo scelto il Rodos Park, per poter visitare la città e per questo aspetto l'hotel è sicuramente stato funzionale. Essendo però piuttosto lontano dal mare, avremmo voluto utilizzare la piscina dell'hotel che però è dislocata in pessima posizione e, soprattutto, ha N. 20 lettini nell'area circostante, assolutamente insufficienti per le 60 camere dell'hotel. Il servizio snack bar in piscina è davvero molto carente: oltre che essere lentissimo, può essere paragonato solo al servizio di un hotel a 2 stelle
