Lovely hotel run by great staff in a pefect location on th beach - what more could you ask for? Will definately be going back at some point.

The pool area was good.

We were over charged for our room. We were quoted 260 euros per night and ended up with a bill of 424 euros per night, which was a surcharge for sharing the room with our two children, all this for them to sleep on two temporary beds, one a camp bed and one sleeper coach that were placed in the room! It would have been a more cost effective option to book two separate rooms. When we queried this with the receptionist she was rude and unaccomodating.

Rooms, dinner, swimming pools, very clean sea

The Rodos Palladium is a very nice property with excellent facilities. It truly has the look of a 5-star resort, which is rare in Greece (but it's smoke and mirrors). The beach is rocky, but very clean and well maintained. Most of the staff are very friendly, albeit very slow, careless, arrogant, and unknowledgable.

The hotel is 20+ minutes from Rhodes City and rather isolated (15€ cab ride each way or bus) and therefore you're basically forced to use their dining facilities. That is a problem because the food is absolutely horrible. Borderline unedible, in fact. So bad it made me angry to eat it. The hotel is also very expensive. At lunch, 3 drinks and 2 sandwiches were 75€. We also paid for a deluxe suite with sea view, we're given a lower rate room, and the rate was not adjusted. Nor would the staff do anything to correct the situation. The nightly entertainment was also comically bad. But I didn't expect much in that regard. If you want to be bored, eat terrible food, have your wallet gouged, and be surrounded by incompetent staff, definitely stay here. Otherwise, you'd do better in Rhodes City or Faliraki. In both places, there's more to do, options on where to eat, and nicer beaches. Staying here was a big mistake and I couldn't leave fast enough.

The beach and the sea were fantastic. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff is friendly and ready to help. There is a shop in the hotel where you can find many usefull things.

For me the main problem was to find the shadow. During our stay the temperature was near 40, the sun umbrellas were too small to protect 2 persons, and unfortunately, there are no many trees or any other plants to make shadow. I understand that it's problem that can't be solved in a moment ( or even in a year) and this is not a stuff's fault.

Best hotel ever stayed in. Beautiful grounds. Lovely swimming pools. Staff numbers very good, staff very pleasant and friendly. Buffet in dining room excellent, english breakfast very good. Room furnished to a high standard. Entertainment on stage in grounds every night.

Only one thing -nowhere to walk to, no nearby bars or restaurants for a change of scene. Best to book half board.

Staff were very friendly, charming and proffesional. Room, pool, beach, see all fab. Thanks for Anna at the reception for help. The room was spotless and the whole hotel is perfect. I would love to return any time soon.

The internet connection was very poor, complicated and expensive

cuisine correcte et assez variée le soir, personnel aimable, spa et massage de très bonne qualité, présence d'un réfrigérateur vide qui permet de ramener vins locaux ou autres eaux et de bénéficier ainsi à tarif restreint (prohibitif aux bars de l'hotel) de l'apéritif sur la terrasse de la chambre avec vue sur mer.

climatisation peu efficace et extrêmement bruyante, pas d'occultation du jour (réveil à 5H30 !), club enfant aux horaires (10 à 12h et 15h à 17h, fermé le jeudi) et aux activités (dessin ou piscine) restreints. Pas de jus d'orange au petit déjeuner buffet ou alors en supplément à 4,50 euros le verre ! (peu digne d'un buffet 5 étoiles)

ביום השני לשהותנו במלון, ביקשו מאיתנו, להחליף חדר, בטענה שחדר זה שקיבלנו הושכר עבורנו רק ללילה אחד,ומשפחה שמגיעה לדבריהם כל שנה, זקוקה לחדר זה בדיוק, טענתי שהזמנו חדר ל 3 לילות, וזו טרחה עבורנו כעת להחליף חדר,בסוף הניחו לנו.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Angestellte, schöner grosser Pool und das Meer in der Nähe. Gute Lage des Hotels um Ausflüge zu machen oder essen zu gehen. Man ist schnell in Rhodos Stadt oder in Faliraki, wo man ausgehen oder essen kann. Grosses schönes Hotel und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Beim Hotel gibt es eine Bootsstation, von der aus man Ausflüge unternehmen kann.

Eigentlich nichts, nur der Bus ist nicht zu empfehlen. Das Taxi ist nicht teuer.

хороший завтрак, удобные просторные номера, приличная территория. отель не совсем новый но очень ухоженный.

нет wi-fi в номерах, даже за плату, просто вход в интернет в номере не предусмотрен. жили на 6-ом этаже. только в лобби и за деньги. очень маленькие по диаметру солнечные зонты, двоим не хватает.

Prima service, zeer vriendelijk personeel, kwalitatief eten, zeer proper, ruime kamers, mooi zicht, ruoime ontspanningsmogelijkheden, mooi strand aan hotel. Groot zwembad.

Plajını ve konumunu çok sevdim. Personel güleryüzlüydü, odalar ve oteli çok temiz buldum.

Kaldığımız süre içerisinde elektrik kesintisine acil cevap veremedi, jeneratör vs. Olmadığını düşündürdü. Resepsiyon ve odaların bulunduğu koridorlarda havalandırma yetersizdi ve sıcaktı.

Die Hotelangestellten waren ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend sogar zum Teil fröhlich. Die Abendveranstaltungen waren sehr gut und unterhaltsam. Insbesondere Alex war spitze. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und vielseitig. Die Manager könnten ein wenig offener und auch einmal andere Hotelbesucher ansprechen, sofern das Englisch gut ist.

Unser Zimmer war schön ausgenommen das Badezimmer. Dies war renovierungsbedürftig . Außerdem funktionierte die Ventilation im Badzimmer nicht.

L'hotel è in ottima posizione, tranquilla ma molto vicina a Rodi Town. Meglio avere auto propria ma la fermata autobus è proprio davanti. Camera spaziosa e pulita.

Fuori stagione il servizio ristorante è limitato. La sera che volevamo cenare in hotel era disponibile il solo buffet.

- some of the reception and hotel staff could be more helpful - it took us 3 days to fix the air-conditioning problem in our room; - we would appreciate a greater variety of food at dinner; it was a bit monotonous at times and also, the food should be HOT, not lukewarm!! This problem includes also breakfast - who wants to eat cold eggs and bacon?

The location of the hotel is almost on the beach, which makes it a very good resort for people with reduced mobility. The hotel is very nice, the room was clean and comfortable, with a beutiful sea view. We had halfboard and at the restaurant the food was excellent, a large variety of both Greek and international dishes.

There were two things: the water battery in the bathroom was not very new, and so the pressure of the water was down, while the water temperature was either too cold or too hot. Secondly - the key cards did not function two or three times, and we had to go to the reception to recharge them, before entering the room.

Das a-la-carte-Restaurant war in unserer Reisezeit (Ende Juni) abends geschlossen!!!

the room was quite noisy and too hot in spite of the air conditionning.Quite small also. The mini club was open only from 10-12 and 3pm - 5pm (mini disco in the evening also) No greek or french speaking. (more suitable for russian or german or english speaking clients). And, of course, when you discover that you have paid 30% more than other clients, who have booked from a different site and that you have a worse room than them, you realise that even for a 5 stars hotel you nothing is an evidence...

Very good kid's club.
